Additionally, I felt left alone in the fitting room for too long while trying to figure out the pricing, and we missed taking a photo of the 'say yes to the dress' moment because of the rush. On the bright side, they were very accommodating and flexible when I needed an extension due to my family and personal commitments. When I walked in, there was no one in sight... I stood there for a minute or two, and then a woman finally came out. I told her I was searching for bridal gowns. She instantly said that they didn't have many in stock and "by the way... when's your wedding date?" I told her I didn't have a date set yet, because i just recently got engaged. She then walked me over to her limited selection of approximately 20 gowns and told me to pick one a size larger than I normally wear. That was one gown. And all of the others said they couldn't be ordered. On top of that, almost all of the bridal gowns had stains on them. I don't know if that was from people looking at them, or if they had been worn before. After I looked for 5 minutes I told the woman have a nice day and I left. As a retail manager, I was appalled by the lack of respect and enthusiasm by the woman working. When a new bride walks in to look at your gowns... Please be a little more excited for her next time... little actions can go a long way.
