Since I started working with Stefanie a year ago, I am now pain free! She knows exactly how to work with injuries, and rehab them. Not only have I healed from chronic pain, but I have muscles I never thought I would and feel so much better both mentally and physically. She is an expert in nutrition and all the things your body needs to meet it's full potential. She has a great personality and is easy to work with...but she won't hesitate to call you out and give you a push if need be. Stefanie was able to figure out wht and correct my technique so I could continue working out. We started with the fundamentals of movement and although it seemed so simple, she was able to perfect every movement without nit picking. Stefanie really is a life coach- giving me advice on nutrition, hydration, stretches, supplements, mental health, relationships, pre-natal, and postpartum health. I am so proud of all that we have accomplished in almost a year and a half.

He took the time to really listen and answer every question with patience and understanding. When I first started with Robert and resistance stretching sessions - I wasn't expecting anything to work.
