You will feel welcomed and not out of place~all ages, all sizes, all demographics....here working out at their own fitness levels. This is an amazing workout and you and in and out in 1 hour. Stretch, High Intensity Strength Training, Stretch....DONE. You move the entire time. I have hip and back issues and I modify so many moves, but you do what you can at your level. The trainers make sure you keep form and modify to hit the right muscles. The gym is so great, I joke that the "floor" sold me as it is super padded so I can actually get on the floor and workout! This has been such a great experience. After loosing over 100 pounds I had to get my muscles stronger and this was the path. I am so grateful to have had this AMAZING Awesome Experience. read more

Camp Transformation has been an amazing experience for me and my family. I joined The Camp Transformation Center in Murrieta about four weeks ago, and it's been such a positive experience! I've always been a little intimidated by the gym and strength training, but the sense of community and welcoming environment here completely changed that. The structured classes make it easy to just show up and focus without having to plan a workout. The trainers are awesome, always guiding you through the exercises and offering modifications when needed. I actually look forward to going to the gym after work now. Their challenges are a great source of motivation, and I love how they include meal planning, body scans, and weigh-ins to help track progress. I started The Camp's 21 day challenge because I liked the idea of class workouts, being motivated by others, and having a meal plan. I've always felt more encouraged working out with others and having someone push me knowing I can go past my comfort zone. Prior to joining I was struggling having a lack of energy, needing to nap before picking up my kids from school, and just feeling blah. Ever since I've been working out Mon-Fri and eating cleaner, I've had more energy, not needing naps and sleeping better at night. My clothes are fitting better and I'm feeling stronger. I continued on as a member because the place has great energy, friendly staff and members, and they blast music to pump us up. I love the saying on the wall, "Within these walls your life will change." The Camp - 6-week 20LB Challenge - Challenge1   It is amazing how fast the time goes by when you're focused on a challenge like this.  In the last six weeks, I was able to make a change in how I view eating, training, and sleeping.   The 6-week challenge helped me with improving and in some instances completely changing unhealthy behavior (e.g., irregular eating and sleeping patterns).    Along the way, the program allowed me to meet and exceed the program's goal of 20lb in six weeks.   I truly value and appreciate all the encouragement that our AFF provided:  Trainers, Office Managers, and the people who I got to know over the six weeks.  These new connections and friendships, along with ongoing support of my wife and children, really helped me through the process. Long post, but the occasion feels monumentous. Final weigh in of my 6week challenge. I get why everyone hates before pics when they start a fitness program, but they are so good to have! It's a little shocking, to be able to look back and see the change. I'm a little embarrassed to admit I let myself get to that point. I broke my foot last fall, and had stopped exercising consistently, got a little consumed with work, and then started having some autoimmune issues that required months of steroids. I felt like the weight gain was just a snowball that was gaining momentum. I tried to eat better, and made several attempts at getting back to a consistent exercise routine. But just couldn't stick with it. I was so busy with work and family that I just put that at the end of my priority list. It finally got to the point when I could no longer wear my pants!!! I had insomnia and wasn't sleeping at night. I generally felt terrible. And I decided something drastic had to change! I went back to The Camp TC and signed up for a challenge that day! I used to train here. I used to do nutrition counseling and teach fitness classes. It's an incredible program, that I've seen work for hundreds of people, me included! But no matter how much you know, sometimes it's hard to find the motivation to keep exercising on your own when you are sore or tired or BOTH! Sometimes it's hard to change eating habits without a little accountability, to have to show up and report on your progress weekly. So I put myself back in the program! I love having a place to go that has so much support, and gives you all the tools to get your health and fitness back on track! I love the community, and all the friends I see each time I go to a class, and how everyone cheers each other on. About 2 1/2 weeks into my 6 week challenge I fell in my driveway and broke my wrist!!! It would be so easy to get a medical note to put the challenge on hold and start over when my arm is healed. But I just decided I'm not going backward. There's no reason a broken wrist should keep me from sticking with a great healthy meal plan, that would probably just help me heal faster. And when I thought about it, there was really no reason to stop exercising either. I actually feel like the exercise speeds the healing as well. The exercises definitely had to be changed up a bit, but I didn't miss a workout! I seriously showed up the next day at the gym in the splint and bandages and sling, and rode the spin bike. And I've been showing up every morning ever since with the cast. Today I weighed in 22.1 lbs lighter than I was 6 weeks ago, even with the cast on! I feel so much better! The joint inflammation has been substantially reduced, the back pain has cleared up. My shoulder pain is gone. I'm sleeping better. And my PANTS FIT!!! It's been a pain in the behind with a cast, but it will be off soon! And and I'm on to my next goal. This week I started my next 6 Week Challenge. I'm excited to get back some of the muscle I've lost over the past two years! Thanks all my Camp TC friends and trainers! I sure appreciate you! read more
