For the several months that TPWO was closed for the lock down, I was concerned how I was going to continue my journey of weight loss and fitness. When I received an email that the studio would be reopening I was so excited!, and then concerned. However I was reassured that I would resume one on one and all the equipment is cleaned between each usage. I wear a mask as well as my trainer. I don't have a second thought about my, one on one session. I had my first workout after eight months and was worried how much I may have reverted. Which I did a little, but after a few sessions I have gotten to and have passed the previous weight I was lifting on a few of the machines! AMAZING! I have lost a great deal of weight since I began this journey, with Jennifer at TPWO, my blood pressure has reduced to better than recommended, I am in a much better mental place, I have tons of energy and am so happy to be working out again & I look forward to my next one on one sessions again!

I was always misinformed or incorrecrly taught how to use weights with the gyms I joined in the past. I thought go fast with lots of weight. WRONG!! By going s-l-o-w for apx 2 minutes, you get a great workout after you find the correct weight for each machine! I love all of the trainers in the Danville location - Sean, Dan, Vanessa and Rachel. If I need to change my workout time, they all work together to get you in when you are available!! AND they have nutrionists!! If you have a desire to gain strength, get healthy and only have so much time - this is The Perfect Workout!!

Linda is laser sharp at analyzing your physical condition and goals, and crafting and implementing compatible exercise plans. She is incredibly professional and well educated, but also seems to have that rare touch - a natural as a professional trainer. She will get you to push much harder than you would on your own, perfect your form during every exercise, and develop core muscles that you never knew you had. I've worked with other trainers before, and have even participated at Crossfit, but what makes her different from any other trainer is that 1) She genuinely cares about her clients and their fitness goals, and 2) She makes SURE that you are able to get the best workouts, with the right amount of intensity (and it varies with each person), SAFELY. I was looking for a nice and quiet gym with good personal trainers who understand my fitness level, health and put me on a fitness routine based on my needs and goals. That's when I found ATP fitness and reached out to the owner Baron. He guided me very well and assigned Nick as my trainer. Nick is a fantastic personal trainer who is not only highly knowledgeable about workout routines but also with diet/ nutrition. He is very kind, patient, thorough and really cares about his clients. He makes fitness enjoyable and creates a positive and motivating workout environment. He focuses on proper form and ensures that I exercise safely and effectively. He tailors the workouts to fit my specific goals and fitness level. He also put me on a diet plan suited to my dietary needs (vegetarian) with the goal to reduce weight, lose body fat and start building muscle mass. He gives constant feedback on my progress and reviews the workout plan frequently to ensure that I am on track. He helped me with my workouts during my travel using training videos and ensured I didn't have a long break. I am seeing drastic improvement in my fitness level and have dropped quite a few sizes! This gym is like a second home to me and I highly recommend it! It has a great atmosphere where it feels welcoming and motivating, suitable for beginners or experienced gym rats alike. They've been awesome with my injuries, making workouts feel like rehab. Plus, the gym vibe is killer, coaches are awesomely fun, community is soooo friendly, and bonus: hubby's here too, making it our cute favorite hangout spot! - since I can't run that much, found a new tribe yay! this makes me so happy.
