We had a reservation for five people at 6:30 PM on September 17. When we arrived, we were asked to move several times to accommodate larger groups that were expected to arrive. We didn't mind and tried to be understanding. However, we were there before the other large parties, yet somehow our appetizers came out slow. When they finally arrived, they were cold. Some appetizers we didn't even order were brought to our table. Our main course was then brought out last, after the larger groups had already received their food, and it was cold as well. There were two servers and two food runners, so it was difficult to understand how the service became so disorganized (need more staff.) We watched other parties who arrived 30-40 minutes after us receive their food before we did. What made the evening worthwhile was simply being able to spend quality time with our family and celebrate my birthday together. Otherwise, the experience would have been a complete disappointment. I also noticed that one of the larger groups of ladies didn't appear to stay for their main courses. They simply asked for the check and left. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I don't plan on returning. Also, the menu doesn't match the website.
