Stopped in for some road food breakfast...made the boy accompany me on my traverse of the great state of Louisiana to pick up his Grandmother and bring her back south for a few days to see all her grandchildren... The boy made it to St Francisville before he started whining about being hungry...whipped into the drive thru and ordered up 2 Sausage & Egg biscuits with hashbrowns... It hit the spot...the hashbrowns were crispy and the biscuits were flaky...McDonald's still does a great road food breakfast... The drive thru service was quick & accurate...what else can you really expect from a fast food chain...I'd stop again... read more

Normally we get pretty decent service and hot food, well at least semi hot. Today was an absolute no go. I ordered on the app (it's usually quicker) all of our food (bacon and sausage egg and McGriddle) was cold, not even room temp COLD, besides our hashbrowns service was just not there either normally they are pretty good. A friend and I came through the drive thru right before closing, which working in the service industry we were not expecting to be served at all and were fine with but Felicia came to the rescue to feed these hungry souls and did it with a smile and was so helpful. I would give no stars if I could. Possibly the worst McDonald's in existence. The inside isn't even open most of the time. Staff are usually kids or ratchet adults that would rather play instead of do their jobs. Don't even bother with curbside because you'll wait 45 minutes and have to go in and demand it anyways. There is no nice way to say this, but this place sucks. I should have checked the Yelp reviews first. We just ate here one hour before closing and were the only customers inside. There were several people hanging around outside. We waited over 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches and fries. The buns on our sandwiches were stale and chewy. The fries were overcooked. We were not given a receipt for our order. The worst part was the staff. They were playing around with each other, yelling across the restaurant, and a couple of them kept going outside to visit with people in the parking lot. Twice we heard the lady at the register ask if someone would make our order because they were too busy playing around. We wont be back. read more

I went through the drive-thru today around 3:15, and requested a simple order: two drinks. The employee had difficulty understanding the order. Upon driving up to the window to pay, the drive-thru attendant was distracted on her personal cell phone and said to one of her co-workers "hold on let me tell them about themselves" before walking away from the drive-thru window while I waited to pay. At that time, I decided to leave. McDonalds does have standards for their employees. No matter the job, be courteous and do your best. read more

An hour and a half before the closed I came in with 24 sandwiches 3 large fries and the whole crew was very friendly and got the food out relatively fast for having to make all the food fresh and everyone was happy about their food. read more

This McDonald's doesn't even the deserve 1 star because it's the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life and I've been to them all over the United States. Went thru the drive thru here this evening about 7:30PM. I pulled up where you order and nobody ever waited on me and this location had no customers. So I finally pulled up to the pay window and YEP nobody was there so I sat a little while and finally as I was about to drive off a female worker came to the window with her food in her mouth. I ordered and payed then proceeded to the next window to get the food and guess what YEP nobody there. Then I saw a worker she was bagging up my order as she was carrying on a conversation with another young female coworker that was GET THIS she was actually brushing her hair and tossing it all around behind the damn counter by the food !!!! That's disgusting any way next time you are hungry and craving some McDonald's just SAY NO and think of her hair all over your fry's ! read more

Boy, yeah, phew, just terrible. Still getting over it. We stopped by for road trip take out, during the pandemic. Things started out fine, but went south when it came to getting our food. They forgot three items in the order. Then, to try to spread the virus at maximum effect, the person interacting with the customers did not to wear gloves or a mask. To top that, the person packing the orders had a mask but chose to let it dangle from one ear, neutered from its purpose and meaning in life. No gloves on that one either. Stay away. There are great locally owned joints for quick take-out in town. Why are you even looking at a Yelp review of this McDonalds? Git along now. read more

The sweet tea and breakfast foods are great. But honestly later in the day it's hit and miss. Sometimes your order will be perfect and sometimes it looks like they just threw what they wanted to in the bag. Sometimes it's 4 star and others it doesn't even deserve 1 star. read more

Gave it 1 star cause the Big Mac, fries, & soda were standard for McDonalds. The lack of more stars were due to the manager cussing at a very rude employee an all the front counter staff was to busy watching the "argument" to pay attention to those of us in line. The ladies bathroom was horrible an that was after an employee had used it so the staff knew it was dirty an did not do anything about it. Then went back an ordered a Oreo frappe an had to again get the front counter lady attention so she could take the order. Once I got the drink is was not up to standard cause it was more coffee tasting an no Oreo taste, Sad to say but I won't be back to this McDonalds at all. read more

One star for food. This McDonald's has two very unprofessional young ladies. If you hate your job there maybe its best to find something else both of these young ladies are rude and have terrible customer service skills. My husband and I drove up at 9:50pm and the first thing that comes across the intercom is " Oh my God" not Hi welcome to McDonald's or anything polite. After ordering we pull up to pay and you can hear one of the young ladies yelling " get your a** inside and help" over the intercom outside. Really? Take your headset off or mute yourself if your going to be unprofessional. We pull up to get our food and my husband asked for some napkins and straws. The other young lady giving us our food just rolls her eyes. Avoid this McDonald's and drive to Zachary or New Roads. It's a shame how beautiful and friendly the saint francisville community is and there is this place located there with rude and unprofessional individuals. read more
