Faced with having to have it replaced again because of the hailstorm of June 2012, we wisely got a contractor this time around, and that's how we ended up with Trademark Roofing. Trademark Roofing is owned by John and Holly Mann, who are quite wonderful. They are friendly and conscientious. John and his workers arrived when he said they would and set to work. They did not play radios, so were quiet-except, of course for the necessary pounding on the roof! They cleaned up everything, and the roof looks really nice. Here's the most important part. The Douglas County building inspector had to okay the roof. After he was finished he came to the door and told me he was done with the inspection. "This is the way a roof should be done," he said. He went on to tell me that he saw a lot of roofs that had been poorly done, and it was so nice when he came across such a great job. Five stars out of five for sure!!

We had them install soffit vents and bathroom fan vents to bring our roof up to modern code standards and 6" gutters to better handle the massive amounts of rain our large roof collects during monsoon storms. The flashing around the skylights looks great, the soffit vents are nicely spaced, placed out of view of the windows, and well-squared relative to the house walls. The downspouts with hinged attachments were all assembled to have handmade latches to catch the hinged section when they are pulled up. Everything went smoothly and David and Eli handled all of our concerns and questions quickly. On top of that the crew picked up after themselves at the end of each day, and they carpooled so we only had to accommodate parking for one truck for each crew working on a given day. The final price was the estimated price plus the plywood replacement cost and the 3R estimate was in the same ballpark as another roofer we had bid the job. Best of all, there was no pressure to "sign now" or increase work scope or do anything awkward like replace perfectly good and undamaged skylights such as we saw from other roofers who were storm-chasers (following the insurance claims from our big hail storm). We would happily recommend 3R Roofing and their crews to anyone who needs quality roof work and a good price!

Bob came to my house several times to walk through his process, show me sample materials, and answer all of my questions. He never pressured me on cost or timing. His price quote and labor warranty also beat the competition hands-down! Bob's crew was very respectful and performed the job to my high expectations. My house was a tricky one...a really old roof with three layers of existing shingles and wood shake, very close to a neighbor's property on one side, and with minimal parking to accommodate their dump truck. Despite all of these challenges, the crew managed to maintain all debris and cleaned up the construction site before leaving each evening! My husband researched roofers and had extensive conversations with several of them before selecting Beall's. We were thrilled with our choice. Beall's was prompt and responsive. They are roofing experts and answered all our questions clearly and in detail. They even upgraded us from our previous standard roof. They came by with materials and samples for everything we needed: shingles, gutters, trim, flashing, and fascia, and talked us through the process of picking everything we needed. They also coordinated directly with the lone supplier of screens for our windows and got all the replacement screens measured, ordered, and installed very quickly. The crew was prompt, courteous, and skilled, and cleaned up after themselves so we didn't have trash in our yard and didn't have to worry about our kids stepping on nails etc. Everything happened on or ahead of schedule and the crew always showed up when they said they would. They also took care of everything with the city permit, the insurance company, etc. with no involvement from us. The insurance and mortgage company processing took awhile and by the time we were cleared to start work, it was fall and we worried about impending bad weather--but Beall's fit us into their schedule right away and got the job done quickly so that the new roof was fully installed and complete before the snow came. The new roof looks perfect and passed inspection by both the city and our mortgage company with no issues. They committed to painting our house as well as the roof replacement and said it would likely be a couple hundred dollars out of pocket for us for everything. In the end they wanted to charge us the full cost of the house painting, when including the painting was a huge part of his sales pitch and one of the main reasons we went with them. When I went on the roof after the replacement I noticed they did not replace the turtle vents, the same hail dented ones are still there, but they were billing me for the vents. After calling getting those taken off in the same conversation they added charges for roofing around my swamp cooler which was there when they did the assessment, evaluation and estimate, there was zero reason for there to be unknown cost regarding the swamp cooler. And these costs were only added after I called about the vents NOT being replaced. I felt that they had a specific dollar amount they were trying to get. As another person said here, they were out to get the most for doing the least. They were trying to bill for things that were not replaced and I am still mad, like why didn't you just replace the vents and we would have paid for them! Instead of not replacing them and trying to have me pay for work that was not done. Boils down to all the trust being totally broken. Could have had a customer for life. And what is really bad is posting about himself and the company doing things the right way and treating people right and that was NOT my experience at all.

Do not trust these guys…read more... Upon multiple consultations with them, they clearly are extremely dishonest and have no integrity. To top it all off, their drivers like to brake check you when driving! I unfortunately got stuck behind one if their drivers pulling a trailer around 1 PM in Boulder on Canyon going through the shopping areas. They brake checked me because the dude driving pulled out in front of me at a 4 way stop. These guys are slimey, scummy, and dishonest.
