The answer? "That's only included in the $350 package. You purchased the $200 package." Kids are constantly cutting in line to get into laser tag and taking advantage of the little kids waiting patiently. Came here for my friend's kiddo's b-day party recently on a Sunday morning. Staff was quick to assist and get us to the reserved room we had. The staff is VERY attentive (literally came to check every like 5 minutes for the 2 hour duration we had the room, either asking if we need anything, refilling drinks, schedule/planning, etc). TIP if you do plan on putting up decorations in the room. Their FLIP N OUT EXTREME "decor" on the walls are made with a material that makes tape DIFFICULT to stick to. We ended up having to put banners/balloons/etc around these panels. We never asked the staff if they had push-pins or something. Feel like those would be BEST? but unsure if its the safest option if incases they fall and get stepped on (especially since people may be in the socks they give) Staff gives you these "non-slip" socks to wear if you plan on playing on the trampolines. The general playing area is large and wide. There is also a small area for small kiddos (i believe UNDER 48"?) which is nice. There is an area off to the side which is for dodgeball with trampolines too. Kind of cool. Venue itself seemed large (if you were a kiddo). There is even a "Parent Lounge" that sits above the general area for parents to sit and watch their kids, though it seems like more parents like just standing around on the side instead. For birthday parties, the private rooms are booked for 2 hours, where you can serve food, cake and snacks while the kids enjoy the play areas. Since it's a trampoline park, you'll want to keep an eye on the kids to make sure they don't bump into or jump over each other. They require everyone to wear socks and not wear shoes in the trampoline area, but I think this rule should be enforced more strictly to keep the place clean and safe. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. This is my second time here, both time all staffs are very nice, one time I even forgot my phone at the counter but a staff found it and kept it safe for me. Their children price is $14 below 4 ft, but sometimes their monthly deal made it very affordable such as 3 hour for 1 or bogo hour free. Their bathroom are clean, plenty of trampoline areas in case one area gets busy you can move to another spot. They are very relax about their none slip sock rule as long as you bring your own they are fine, unlike certain place force you to buy sock from them. Wow! What a fun place. I had my 9 year old grandson today and was trying to find something to do with him. He had enough of the pool and it's too darn hot out. Found this on Yelp and thought we would give it a try. From the moment we walked in-we were greeted by an amazing young man at the desk-Max. Such a sweetheart-explained how everything worked-the activities and was so kind to my grandson. Let me tell you this--I even had a blast. Flip N Out Extreme is a trampoline park located in Las Vegas Nevada. There are two locations. My family and I typically visit the Summerlin location off of the 215/Flamingo exit. It's located in a large shopping plaza next to other local businesses such as the HUE Salon. There is plenty of parking spaces available. On a Saturday, my daughter wanted to visit a new place that she hadn't stopped by before. Upon searching for indoor trampoline parks on Yelp, we stumbled across Flip N Out Extreme. We arrived at Flip N Out Xtreme around 1:00 P.M on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn't too busy inside. Looking at the prices, we decided to choose the 3 hour for $35.00. You'll need to sign a waiver before going inside or purchasing. You can sign the waiver online by searching for Flip N Out Xtreme, or you can scan a QR code at the front desk to auto-direct to the website. Pricing varies between 1, 2, or 3 hours for full access pass. Pricing is lower for little flippers. Grip socks are required and you can buy a pair for $5.00. 1 Hour - $2o 2 Hour - $30 3 Hour - $35 ​Additional Hour - $14 After we purchased, we were provided paper bracelets to wear. Since this was our first time, we had to explore first before playing! The Café was pretty good and inexpensive! We ended up ordering the following food Curly French Fries Chicken Tenders Pretzels with Cheese Sauce Blue Slushies Soda All of the food was less than $20.00! I was surprised as usually food at indoor playgrounds or trampoline places are pretty expensive! The Pretzels with cheese sauce was scrumptious. The pretzels had plenty of salt on them. My daughter enjoyed the French Fries and the Slushy. We wouldn't order the chicken tenders again though. They lacked flavor and the chicken consistency was slightly off. There are separate rooms for birthday parties. Throughout our time at Flip N Out Xtreme, you could hear on the microphone several shout outs for birthdays. It was pretty cool! There is a parent lounge which is on a second level that overlooks the indoor trampoline park. It has a variety of couches and chairs. There are also TVs playing food cooking channels and sports! We came for a kids party and it was such a great experience. We had a party room and our host was Cam (his name was longer but I don't remember it, sorry). He was very attentive and helped our party with our needs like refilling our drinks, coming to cut our cake, getting more cups, etc. We really enjoyed the facility itself. It's been a little over a year since we have been here and while the staff is still amazing, friendly, and helpful, the facilities have gone a bit frayed! The basketball hoops look like they may come crashing down and barely being held together. The mats were dirty (I will hope it is because it was a busy holiday week) and a couple of the trampolines need attention. The cheese pizza was pretty good and came out piping hot. The young tall man working the cafe was very cordial. While there were private birthday rooms for their events, there was a group gathered in front of the cafe doing their own festivities. We may still return but for the price of an all day price being $40 it does give me pause. Hopefully the facilities will get some TLC as it is a great and fun space. read more

Went there for a birthday party, you can rent a room and celebrate birthday, down side is kids will stay in the playground area and can't make them in room to do cake. Lol Great concept with a lot of activity but definitely not for kids 4-5 years. There is a part for toddlers but the thing is toddlers don't want to stay in this part they want to go where the big kids are. Also big kids don't watch little ones, they jump all over place and can hurt little ones. If you go on weekends it's so crowded. Young kids who work here are very nice and do their job very well, they try to make big kids not to do crazy things, but that they when we went they were understaffed. read more

Positives: The facility has seen significant improvements, which are appreciated. The toddler area has been completely redone with new mats, tunnels, lighting, and other engaging features. Several new slides have been added in the back, along with a new netted climbing structure--great updates that show a real investment in the space. Concerns: Unfortunately, some of the new equipment raises safety concerns. A newly installed slide at the back appears to be poorly designed. We witnessed the very first child to try it get injured, and several others come off the slide in tears. The wall at the base is far too close, creating a real risk for injury. We strongly encourage parents to supervise closely. Additionally, although we've visited this location dozens of times and have always done our best to follow the rules (we actively supervise our kids and do not sit in the parents' lounge), our experience this past weekend was disappointing. Despite our kids (ages 3 and 7) playing respectfully and within reason, they seemed to be singled out repeatedly by staff. They were warned about things like jumping in the same square (this was at 9 am, not 4 pm, when it's wall-to-wall kids), climbing gently on inclined structures, and swinging on a feature that appears to be designed as a swing (To the staff: if this is not a swing, please remove it. Or read Don Norman's "Design of Everyday Things," which explains "affordances." IE: If something looks and acts like a certain object, than it will be used as such). It began to feel like we were being watched more closely than others, which created an uncomfortable environment for both us and our children. We typically arrive early to avoid the chaos of crowds and parties, and we're always proactive about safety and respectful play. When my children left, asking if they had done something wrong -- and my older one said she no longer wanted to come back -- it was disheartening. We've been long-time supporters of this facility, even during COVID, so this experience was especially disappointing. We hope the team takes this feedback in the spirit it's intended: with appreciation for the improvements, but also concern for safety and fairness. read more

Came here yesterday, the last weekday of spring break for CCSD, and it t was busy, but not that busy. It is such a spacious facility, and the staff has always been welcoming and kind. We've been coming here since they opened and had a couple birthdays here. It's still my favorite trampoline park. The prices are reasonable, and if it's not busy the staff that checks you in will allow your party to jump longer. They took out the lockers in the front and moved them to the back, most likely to reduce theft. They have paid lockers in the front area now. read more

I had forgotten to bring grip socks and she got me covered with the lowest price for my two little boys for two hours and in, in no time. Compared to the other major trampoline park in our area, this one is so much cleaner with all of the activities actually open and running including the rock climbing and laser tag. I will say this is a fun place for children and adults. My only issue with it was that it looks nice at first but once you really start opening your eyes all I could see was how gross the place is. There needs to be more of an enforcement of where the food can be eaten. I saw parents feeding children food in the jumping area. So there were crumbs all over the trampoline and on the floor and that to me was so off putting. Next was what I believe is a parachute style area that when you jump in and get near the edges I discovered crumbs, food, wrappers, candy and that was the moment I felt like bathing in bleach and burning my clothes. I can only assume rats and roaches feed of of that and are lurking beneath. Listen, I get it, it's a family friendly place but can't they have someone monitor the area better or remind families when they pay the rules. Maybe a person inspecting the area. Also can they have a crew that can vacuum the areas a bit more often. read more

Had to make a Yelp account for this! The service was amazing, from the front desk to the overall park. All of the floor workers looked happy to be here, and didn't see a single person on a phone! Pretty rare to see in a place like this. The managers there were amazing and definitely knew what they were doing. DJ and Kirsten knew how to run the show and nothing that would alarm a parent. The cafe was pretty good, medium paced service with some items pretty good. (My favorite being the funnel fries). Laser tag was fast-paced and very organized with a game being ran every 20 mins! Another shoutout to Jada at the front desk helping explain everything to me from the pricing to where we could place our shoes! Love coming here with the kiddos I babysit. It's $12 compared to skyzone which is $25.99 for the same amount of time. Flip n Out also has unlimited laser tag games included in the ticket. The parking is easy and there's a lot of it compared to skyzone. The staff at flip n out is very nice as well. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the music at Flip N Out is SO loud, you can lose yourself in your thoughts and get a migraine. You also can't have conversations because of how loud it is. I've asked staff to please turn it down, and they were actually accommodating. read more

My son and I were here yesterday on Monday, and our first experience was amazing! We learned that throughout the week they do deals, and Mondays deal was buy 1 get 1 free. They have interesting pizza vending machines which turns out better than I expected. They also have vending machines for snacks which is pretty handy and neat, although it is pretty pricey for some items. Even thought the place was pretty empty the monitors were still pretty attentive, even the manager was up there watching. The staff in general were great! From the front desk to the manager, everyone was welcoming and kind, Towards the ends of our jump time a couple of kids snuck in, and the staff on duty (the manager and a female worker) immediately took care of it. It is lovely to see how much this place cares about safety and security. We will definitely be coming back in the future. As a parent/grandmother, we came Saturday, August 3rd, to celebrate our grandson's 5th birthday. The facility has huge play areas, which allowed the guests, young and old, to enjoy themselves. Our party was scheduled from 11:30-1:30, which is only 2 hours of private room time, and 4 hours total allotted time to be at the facility. My daughter-in-law found out just a few days before the party that we wouldn't have the room the entire time. Too late to make any changes. It might not have been an issue if we had gotten our food by 12 or 12:30, but food ordered (pizza, chicken tenders, and fries all great, btw) and cake. Well, that gave us 20-30 minutes to get a room full of friends and family to eat and vacate! Not nearly enough time to not feel rushed and uncared for. We were escorted from the room. We had to set up and clean up, too! My daughter-in-law said she won't book here again unless something changes, as it is very pricey! I agree! I'm including a short video. read more

We had our son's b'day party here today, and I wasn't impressed, especially for the exorbitant price! We had to wait for the "party planner" to show up to our bay, which the manager had to go find her btw, so the kids could get their socks and wrist bands., and it was well past our 11:30 start time fyi. I'll start out by saying the place is pretty much run by young people, and our assigned "party planner" didn't even show up to work on time costing the kids time to jump and play. They gave us two pizzas that they ordered from Marcos, didn't even provide their own food of any kind, and we brought pizzas from Papa John's to supplement. Our party only had maybe 20, 25 people max, so two pizzas never would have been enough, which we knew ahead of time because the contract says one pizza per 5 jumpers, and our package allowed for 10 jumpers. We brought all the drinks ourselves, except for two pitchers of drinks they provided. We also had to provide plates and napkins. The planner did serve a few slices of pizza which we didn't really have a need for, and said she'd be back to serve the cupcakes we brought in, but never did, so we did it ourselves. No big deal except it's her job, and they provide a spot on the invoice for a gratuity which I really didn't want to add, but I didn't want to be that person, so reluctantly I did add gratuity. Come the end of our party block our planner of course shows up on time to give us the invoice and let us know we had to be out of the party bay by 1:30, and that the kids couldn't play anymore. Overall I would never have a party there again, nor recommend them to anyone I know. There's plenty of other places that would appreciate our hard earned money during these times of bidenomics. read more
