Made an account just to applaud this young man. I came here on Saturday for my friend's birthday party. I like this location more than the other location just because of the fact that the layout is better and it doesn't feel as cluttered. The first thing I noticed walking into the facility was that it was humid and hot inside. If you do plan on coming here, bring plenty of cold water. Or if you're part of a party, ask the party host for plenty of pitchers of water. That brings me to my next point, our party host Randy was one of the most respectful and professional people I have ever met, especially of someone his age. He was extremely attentive to the party and honestly gave us a lot of peace of mind knowing that everything would be taken care of. Because the room was so hot, he was able to bring a couple of fans in to help cool us down. He was able to handle everything with ease and carried a level of maturity and professionalism that I would expect from someone working in a much more demanding or upscale environment than a trampoline park. He consistently checked in on us, made sure we had everything we needed including refills and plates, and was always willing to help without making us feel rushed or that we were bothering him. If I'm being completely honest, Randy has the kind of skills that could take him much further, and I genuinely hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Employees like him can make a huge difference in someone's experience. As for my kids, they had an absolute blast! They spent a good amount of time on the super trampolines and in laser tag. One complaint I do have is that it seems a bit unnecessary to have the kids line up in separate teams, only for everyone to end up going into the same room once the doors open. It felt like an extra step that didn't really serve much of a purpose. Overall, we had a really good experience. My biggest complaints would be the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the A/C. The bathrooms could definitely use more frequent attention, especially during busy hours. I think hiring more staff to regularly check and clean the bathrooms would make a noticeable difference. The A/C could also use a lot attention. As the day went on, the room started to feel more and more like a sauna. Flip N Out Xtreme blew my expectations away when we had a party here for my son's birthday! The place was very close to our house and the parking was spacious, and as for the activities inside there were a variety of things for my son and his friends such as dodgeball, basketball, obstacle courses, laser tag, and rock climbing! Randy the employee helped supervise my son and his friends when they were playing dodgeball and laser tag, as well as providing excellent customer service. Overall, this was a 10/10 trampoline park experience and I will be recommending this place for anyone who has children! read more

Save yourself the headache and book your child's birthday party somewhere else. $150 to reserve a 2-hour slot is already pushing it. But I made my peace with that -- birthdays come once a year. So we're already in for $350 between the $200 package and the $150 rental. What I could NOT make peace with was this: I forgot cake plates and politely asked a staff member for 5 plates. Just 5. The answer? "That's only included in the $350 package. You purchased the $200 package." So you're telling me that on top of the $350 I already spent, you want another $150 upgrade for 5 paper plates for a child's birthday cake? That's not a package perk -- that's petty. To add insult to injury, at 1:58 they were already hovering around our table telling us "time is up." We were the ONLY ones in there with a table. I took my nephews here and they had a wonderful time! I like it here because it feels like there are different nooks and crannies without being overwhelming in size. The facilities are generally clean. There's staff that come along and swiffer ever so often. To my surprise, the vending machines are not charging crazy prices. Two dollars for a bottle of water seems fair in today's economy. Same goes for all the snacks, drinks, food which I find refreshing for a place like this that could price gouge if they wanted to. Should've been honest and disclosed that the AC was down so my party guests wouldn't have to be miserable. I wouldn't have paid for an extra of jump time per kid with no AC... or maybe we could've asked to move to the other flip n out location... kids were getting nose bleeds and sweating pools everywhere lol that can't be sanitary good thing kids have fun no matter what but I felt so sorry to all the parents trying to make it through the heat. And it was even awkward for the employees having to apologize or tiptoe around the situation. Came here for my friend's kiddo's b-day party recently on a Sunday morning. Staff was quick to assist and get us to the reserved room we had. The staff is VERY attentive (literally came to check every like 5 minutes for the 2 hour duration we had the room, either asking if we need anything, refilling drinks, schedule/planning, etc). TIP if you do plan on putting up decorations in the room. Their FLIP N OUT EXTREME "decor" on the walls are made with a material that makes tape DIFFICULT to stick to. We ended up having to put banners/balloons/etc around these panels. We never asked the staff if they had push-pins or something. Feel like those would be BEST? but unsure if its the safest option if incases they fall and get stepped on (especially since people may be in the socks they give) Staff gives you these "non-slip" socks to wear if you plan on playing on the trampolines. The general playing area is large and wide. There is also a small area for small kiddos (i believe UNDER 48"?) which is nice. There is an area off to the side which is for dodgeball with trampolines too. Kind of cool. Venue itself seemed large (if you were a kiddo). There is even a "Parent Lounge" that sits above the general area for parents to sit and watch their kids, though it seems like more parents like just standing around on the side instead. We went there for a kid's birthday party and had a blast. It's a super fun place for both kids and adults!! For birthday parties, the private rooms are booked for 2 hours, where you can serve food, cake and snacks while the kids enjoy the play areas. Since it's a trampoline park, you'll want to keep an eye on the kids to make sure they don't bump into or jump over each other. They require everyone to wear socks and not wear shoes in the trampoline area, but I think this rule should be enforced more strictly to keep the place clean and safe. I love bringing my children here! The employees are very kind and attentive to the children's safety. Fyona, in particular, stood out--she was everywhere I looked. From picking up trash and cleaning the bathroom to helping out at dodgeball, she was constantly working. She even radioed for ice when my son got hurt. Truly an exceptional employee! Overall, it was a great experience. The facility is clean, well-organized, and a place I enjoy bringing my children to often. Wow! What a fun place. I had my 9 year old grandson today and was trying to find something to do with him. He had enough of the pool and it's too darn hot out. Found this on Yelp and thought we would give it a try. From the moment we walked in-we were greeted by an amazing young man at the desk-Max. Such a sweetheart-explained how everything worked-the activities and was so kind to my grandson. Let me tell you this--I even had a blast. Their bathroom are clean, plenty of trampoline areas in case one area gets busy you can move to another spot. We came for a kids party and it was such a great experience. We had a party room and our host was Cam (his name was longer but I don't remember it, sorry). He was very attentive and helped our party with our needs like refilling our drinks, coming to cut our cake, getting more cups, etc. We really enjoyed the facility itself. I went to this place for my nephews 7th birthday party. The children wanted slushees from the machine that they have, I paid and the machine breaks down. Leaking everywhere not dispensing correctly. Their manager came down to see what was going his name was Du Jun, he looked very young to be managing, I told Du Jun I would like a refund as the machine did not dispense the product. He stated it would be done once he finished cleaning the mess up, which he did not really because he stepped into a trash bag and hopped around while the janitor did most of the cleaning. My family was leaving and I rode with my family and could not make them wait as we had dinner reservations afterwards, I let DuJun know this so he then proceeded to text someone that he stated could help refund me my money. It's been a little over a year since we have been here and while the staff is still amazing, friendly, and helpful, the facilities have gone a bit frayed! The basketball hoops look like they may come crashing down and barely being held together. The mats were dirty (I will hope it is because it was a busy holiday week) and a couple of the trampolines need attention. The cheese pizza was pretty good and came out piping hot. The young tall man working the cafe was very cordial. While there were private birthday rooms for their events, there was a group gathered in front of the cafe doing their own festivities. Lol Great concept with a lot of activity but definitely not for kids 4-5 years. There is a part for toddlers but the thing is toddlers don't want to stay in this part they want to go where the big kids are. Also big kids don't watch little ones, they jump all over place and can hurt little ones. If you go on weekends it's so crowded. Came here yesterday, the last weekday of spring break for CCSD, and it t was busy, but not that busy. It is such a spacious facility, and the staff has always been welcoming and kind. We've been coming here since they opened and had a couple birthdays here. It's still my favorite trampoline park. The prices are reasonable, and if it's not busy the staff that checks you in will allow your party to jump longer. They took out the lockers in the front and moved them to the back, most likely to reduce theft. They have paid lockers in the front area now. read more
