During music camp they made drums from old coffee containers, bean shakers, plate tambourines and much more. A couple things holding me back from a 5 star are the cramped space during pickup and drop off. The outdoor play area is lackluster for the little ones, but very secure - most importantly. The instructors are sometimes different from day to day, which throws us off a bit. I was impressed by their creativity in the curriculum for the little ones. The instructors were very caring and skilled at working with the age group. They really work on following instructions, lining up, listening skills, etc... so we'll be going back!

YES YES YES!!! First time using kids quest and it's definitely worth it!…read more Tip: call in advance to check if there is any available spots. They tend to fill up quickly. Complete the pre-registration on their website. When we check in, the staff was super friendly and patient to explain the rules, process and security for the kiddos. Food/snacks: there is a price list of snacks, drinks and food that is made in the kitchen inside the play area. We requested that our kiddo gets a snack or drink when he requested it so they didn't need to call us to get our okay which made it easier on us and them. Security: once you check in, you get a barcode and the same barcode is on a sticker on the back of your kiddo's shirt along with a wristband. To check out your little one, yiu have to present the barcode along with your ID before your kiddo is released to you. The gate access is not a simple push gate but it needs to have a team members unlock the gates. There is always someone at the check in counter so that made us feel safer that someone was overseeing the entrance to kids quest. I recommend dropping off your diaper bag with all the essentials that your little one may need (diaper, diaper wipes, extra clothes etc). For safety reasons, they do not allow outside food or drinks. Unless there are dietary restrictions. The hourly rate is $14/per hour for a max of 5 hours. Immunization records are not required if you live outside of Nevada but if you use their service for 15 consecutive days than it's required and sent via email. They don't tolerate bad behavior even between siblings. If that happens, they will call you to pick up your kiddo. I like that so that other kids dont mimic that behavior and your little is safe from bullying. The space was HUGE! There were play kitchen, virtual ball type games, climbing obstacles and some video games. Literally something for every kids at any age. They also had plenty of staff members around all the time to keep an eye on the kids who also are able to help change diapers, remind kids to use the potty but kiddos 4 years and older use the restrooms themselves. The service was overall amazing and the price was very reasonable with the care that they provided. This place is such a great idea to have at Red Rock and has made me rethink my choice in hotel on my next visit.

At this point we have not gotten the outcome we find satisfactory and would like to share our experience with others. On 9/13 for the first time we dropped our daughter off at kids quest in the Red Rock Hotel and casino,she was there for approximately an hour and a half that night while my husband and I had dinner on hotel property. When we picked her up, we were heading home, and asked our daughter about her time at kids quest. She shared with us there was a boy she was playing with (which she later identified in person and kids quest personnel confirmed they were playing together), and that he TOUCHED HER VAGINA. Said they were in the play structure (which staff also confirmed and where she came out of when we picked her up) and he told her to take off her pants and panties and coerced her with play money, said she could have it if she played his game but reported he never gave it to her (she's not even 4 years old yet). We immediately drove back to kids quest and in an attempt to verify if my daughter was okay, I looked in her pants and panties and found said play money stuck to her rear tucked under her panties (she had no idea it was there but it confirmed the story she already shared with me) kids quest director later confirmed it belonged to their pretend play area in the facility. I immediately called police, and had her identify the boy the second we got back to the facility. While police were on site trying to gather information about the boy, incident and camera footage, the boy was allowed to roam and play in the facility with other children and was not removed. I even commented while there and police said they were not in charge of kids quest policies. We were there for what felt like a really long time while families and parents came and went when one of the workers had an "oh shit" look on her face, I knew this was the parents of the boy my daughter had just accused of sexual abuse and she again identified him as he approached the counter. At this point unsuspecting dad has walked away when the police officer approaches mom. Once she is made aware she frantically jumps on the phone to call dad back, because he walked away with no concern about the uniform officers in the lobby. It was apparent they did not notify the boys parents. At the end of the day, metro has shared there cannot and will not be criminal charges against the 7 year old boy- he cannot legally face criminal charges until the age of 8. According to kids quest director that night, he and twin brother are locals and frequent this location all the time and this is the first report of this kind against him. According to the VP of kids quest after the internal review their findings show their staff responded appropriately that night and did notify the boys parents and there was no evidence this occurred so they could not ban the boy from returning to their establishment. Reminder, cameras are down so all they have is the word of their employees and my daughters word vs the boys to put the pieces together. Their staff did not remove him nor contact his parents as they claim in their internal investigation. I brought this to the VP of kids quest attention when I provided a copy of the police report where the officer wrote, "dad refused to provide any additional identifying information as he was upset that kids quest did not notify them of the incident and he only found out about it as he was there to pick up his children." This clearly contradicts the findings of their internal investigation. At the end of the day an accusation, lack of operational cameras and a police report that contradicts their internal investigation is all I have. It's proven not to be enough for them to dismiss this boy from their establishment, or cast enough doubt for them to admit they fell short in their response or possible prevention of the situation but I wanted other parents, not kids quest, to decide what's best for their family and be aware of our experience before choosing to leave your kids at this facility.

The Teachers and Staff members are so welcoming and genuinely care about each and every child that walks through the front door. My son is in the Pre-K class with Ms. Faith. And let me tell you, she is such a wonderful teacher who always goes ABOVE and BEYOND for the students in her class. Not only is my son learning Spanish and sign-language in her class, but he is now reading better than my 6yo who attends 1st grade at a CCSD elementary school. A year ago, my son was struggling with his speech, expressing himself, and was socially awkward. Not anymore. Thanks to his teacher, he is very self-expressive and has so many friends throughout the facility! Ms. Faith finds fun and cool ways to incorporate STEM learning into their everyday curriculum. She also ensures to teach and celebrate a wide range of cultures and holidays such as Black History Month, Hispanic Heritage Month, and Lunar New Year! The classroom is filled with a diverse group of children so it is important to her that she does something special every month to celebrate them! My 6yo attends the facility on days that CCSD schools are out (holidays, spring/summer breaks). She has grown close with other children there and when I pick her up at the end of the day, she tells me she had an "Awesome day!" The summer break camp for the older kids is great because they have field trips planned out every week. The front desk staff are by far the best group of people, who are always willing to assist families if needed. Whenever I dropped her off or picked her up, she was in great spirits because I truly think she had a great time there. The staff is extremely willing to work with you and they do the best they can to help each family individually. I unfortunately Had to pull my daughter on Friday 8/7 Due to some major health and safety concerns. On Saturday My daughter was admitted to the PICU at 6 AM. I had to take her to the ER because her oxygen dropped to 88% and was fluctuating between 88%- 94% Even after breathing treatments and repositioning. She was diagnosed with Mycoplasma pneumoniae and she will be in the PICU for a minimum of 3 days. I had noticed there was a child who was extremely Sick and was having severe coughing fits. I brought my concerns up to the director, and as you can see in the message, she did acknowledge that the child was coughing but only made a courtesy call to let the mother know her child was still sick. I believe that child should've been sent home for the simple fact that the teachers were unable to stop this child from coughing on other children, Wiping her nose and then touching other children and toys,& really just maintaining basic health standards. I understand that children get sick and I understand that the staff is not able to have their eye on the children 24/7. However, this poses a major health concern If they're still going to allow sick children to be there. When I addressed my concerns, I was hit with the pretty generic corporate response and told to refer to the policy. As you can see (photo attached) -- the policy is quite vague and leaves a lot of room for interpretation. I've highlighted the section that I feel would've qualified that child to be sent home. The director stated multiple times that she is not a doctor And doesn't have much medical knowledge. I, however, am a health professional, and I do have the medical knowledge. I knew that the wet, productive cough, loud breathing & severe crying, we're all signs and symptoms of more than just a common cold. So, In this case, they weren't even following their own policy. There were approximately 20 babies who were exposed to Mycoplasma pneumoniae because of their negligence. I think it's in the best interest of the facility to review their sick policy and make some changes to avoid anything like this happening in the future. They're inability to follow their own policy, Has left me with an extremely sick child, PICU bills & a week of lost income. If you do choose to sign your child up, I suggest that you look over the policies extremely closely & DO NOT let them downplay your concerns like they did with me. If you have a child that is more susceptible to illness I would suggest looking elsewhere. The staff was very kind throughout this entire process (even when I had a sever attitude w/ them out of frustration) but that does not negate their negligence to this serious situation. I will be attempting to meet with the director on Monday to go over her policy so they can make proper changes to avoid this happening w/ other children. But, for me my trust in the facility is completely tarnished

My family and I had a great birthday celebration at Maeve & Rayne Play Lounge…read more It was cool and comfortable inside despite the summer heat blazing outside. The decor was SO cute, the music playing was whimsical and the entire facility was nice and clean. Each of the kiddos enjoyed playing with the playground, fun variety of puzzles, toys, pretend play and rides on wheels. Even the adults enjoyed the board games and beautiful layout of the entire space. If you are looking for an unforgettable space to host any type of event this is definitely one of the best in the valley! Highly recommended! I waited a couple weeks for write this review, but I want to make sure other parents are aware too…read more First off, it's very cute , lots of toys and stuff to do for toddler and babies. Very nice woman greeted us and checked us in. But unfortunately right away I noticed there were children of the owners who were there playing as well. Not an issue. One of the owners seemed to be mildly attentive to her child , but the other owner never looked up from her computer or got up once in the 2 hours we were there. And Her child seemed to be the one causing the most problems for my children. I have a 1 year old , just learned to walk , and a 3.5 year old boy. At first the owners daughter wouldn't leave my baby alone , kept trying to grab her or shove a toy in her face. No matter how much I kindly declined or walked away she followed .. at one point in the baby playpen area , the little girl tried to grab my baby from my arms and as I pulled away she yanked my arm and yelling at me, almost causing me to drop my baby. I was so taken back and startled , as well as upset , I almost left. But we had been there only 10-15 mins, and my son was having fun , so I just got my baby and left that area. The owners daughter as well as the other owners daughter , so two little girls , were quite bossy and mean towards my son. They wouldn't let him do the monkey bars at one point , grabbing his legs , kicking him with their legs, yelling at him , blocking him. I saw them multiple times sticking their tongues out at him and spitting. Saying rude stuff that my son hasn't heard before and I don't want him replicating this type of behavior at all. I was so irritated. I kept telling him to leave them alone , but kids keep trying as stubborn as they are. As well as I saw the owners daughter having snot drip down her face, she took what seemed to be a run down raggedy baby blanket and blew her nose in it several times and wiped it on toys. Then just discarded it on the floor for any other child to grab. At one point I went back to the baby playpen area to just get away, and another mother and her baby were in there , and she was telling me how the owners children, specifically the older boy (which my kids had no interaction with) was extremely mean and bossy every time she went so she tried to stay far away from them. I agreed and could see the behavior myself. Once I felt my son had enough as well as myself , we left and went home. I didn't want to leave such a negative review , but I was so disappointed with how the owners didn't watch their children just because they own the place. When I put my son in his car seat , he said he never wanted to go back to this indoor play area again. I asked why, he said the two girls were too mean to him. We won't be back. I've been to now 6 indoor playgrounds in Las Vegas, and this one was very cute, but the children were why we won't be back. Unfortunately being owners kids, they will always be there.

The daycare also provides diapers and wipes which is so convenient! We bring in bottles and food but they also offer solid food from the kitchen that is safe for her to eat. We're also looking into getting our school aged daughter in for a week or two in the summer program. Overall this has been a great experience for us.
