I showed him a post I saw online about it and his response was, "Let's go right now." We stocked up on snacks and can't wait to go back soon. The shop itself is small and packed, but the owner is nice, they're open late, and it's nice to have a convenience store in that area. I think they're going to rotate their offerings, so I can't guarantee that they'll always have the British snacks specifically, but they do have an international section, so it'll be fun to pop in and see what's being offered.

It has a nice faint sweetness at the front of your tongue but once it hits the back all you sense it overwhelming bitter and an almost sour feeling. The aftertaste is pleasant though. Yes, I know it's supposed to be bitter but I've had others that were distinct but not overpowering in bitterness. The Alliance raises money to fund projects and programs at Connor Prairie. The store is operated by volunteers of the Alliance. The store is seasonally opened in the fall. They sell apples and anything apples, including candied apples, apple cider, apple butter, apple pies and more. We bought apple slushies for the entire family. In addition, they sell fall and Halloween decor and a large selection of chocolates and candies. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The store is located on the north side of the Connor Prairie complex and no admission is required to visit. There is free parking in front of the store. I highly recommend a visit.

She had a huge smile, gave me a sample of their signature caramel, and gave me a run through of Abbott's history. The caramel was amazing!!!! It's so creamy and smooth and melts in your mouth without sticking horribly to your teeth. I left with a bag that didn't last to long in the house.
