I would give zero stars if that were an option! These people are thieves and they have the worst customer service and most incompetent employees I have ever experienced in my 55 years of life. I placed an order online and paid for it online. I'm sick, so my husband ran in to get it. I ordered a banana split and a freeze. He went in and they said they said they were out of the flavor I ordered the freeze in and ask if we wanted something else. I told my husband to have them make it in lemon sorbet, he comes out again because they were out of that too. I pick another flavor and they said they were out of that so my husband tells them just make something they aren't out of because by now he had run back to the car 4 times. Mind you, online it does not say they are out of any of the flavors. Then they charge my husband who tells them it was an online order and already paid for. They say it wasn't. My husband is beyond irritated at this point and pays for it. He finally comes out with a now completely melted banana split and a nasty drink that was so disgusting I had to throw it out. I give him my phone showing we already paid for the order and he goes back in so they can refund our money they incorrectly charged us. They tell to come back tomorrow because they aren't allowed to correct their own mistakes and issue refunds that they owe customers. I then phone the store. The young lady says she realizes they should not have charged us and that we already paid online but that the owner won't let them correct it and we will have to come in when the owner returns from vacation. $40 later, due to be charged twice, I have not had a bite of ice cream that was meant to soothe my sore throat because after all their nonsense it was melted to soup and warm. Now we are expected to pay for items that were inedible not once, but twice, waste our time and gas to come back another day to have the owner fix the error of their employees. Take the extra time and drive to another location or a different ice cream shop. This place is absolutely ridiculous and appalling! I wonder how much money they rip people off for doing this. They just ran across the person who will take the time to report them and take them to court just on principle. read more

Was going to give a 1 star but decided to give 2 only because the staff is very nice and friendly. Let me start off by saying this isn't my first time ordering a cake from this location. The first time I ordered a cake it came to me exactly how it's shown on their website/catalog. Perfect and zero complaints ! Well this time around I decided to order a personal size cake for my fiancé for Valentine's Day. This cake has severely disappointed me. This cake is also in their catalog and I didn't request any special changes or modifications. Just I wanted it exactly like the pic. Now I know there always will be some small differences but this doesn't even cut close to the image. Below are the expectations vs the sad sad reality I was given. It literally looks like I ordered this thing off wish. I was embarrassed to even show my fiancé. 1. It's not even square. It's a weird shape. Like a pyramid with the tip chopped off. My Dad said it looked like a loaf of bread. 2. The hearts look clearly rushed, misplaced, and just chaotic. 3. The "be mine " on the top heart is hardly legible. 4. Genuinely sloppy work overall. I would like you to also keep in mind I placed and payed for this order a month in advance. So it's not like I gave them a last minute order. Buyer Beware... I went to the Baskin Robbins located at 4241 Elverta Rd #Suite 10, Antelope on February 22, 2023 to purchase 3 Pre- Packed Quarts Ice Cream. The last time that I went to this location it was cheaper to purchase 3 Quarts tor around $19.00 However, I wasn't aware that the price had increased until the girl said my total was $25.38 and I inserted my Card. Then as I engaged with the Cashier regarding the price, she was clueless. So I said that I wanted to take one Quart off and she said that I would have to wait for the Manager that was by the Sandwiches. She finally comes over and I explain the situation, requested a Refund for one Quart. I was told that they don't do Refunds. Only their manager could issue a Refund and she would be in the following day and I could either call her or come back tomorrow morning. When I spoke to the Manager named Mary she stated that the girls are not allowed to issue Refunds because they have had a lot of Scams. She also stated that they could have mailed me a check and a couple other things. Nevertheless, I wasn't offered any other way to resolve this issue and I never left the Store during that time. So Mary went on to say that I could bring the ice cream back and get a Refund and I said why you can't Resale it and there was silence. These Quarts are not sealed and she said there wasn't anything she could do because I received the product. I don't go out often and it would have been difficult for to go back to her store. So I told her that she got my $25.38 this time, but I will Not purchase anything from her Store again. She needs to post a sign "All Sales are Final". read more

Server informs me theres a shortage of BR Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream & they dont have it at the moment, didnt go into specifics why, so i settled for Oreo Cookies and Cream. 2 scoops cost $4.49, so I grabbed my Ma and I both 2 scoops each. She prefers waffle cones, I asked for a cup. The server charges me $4.49 each, but my mom gets an AVALANCHE of ice cream compared to my 2 scoops in the cup. I felt bamboozled, I wanted that much ice cream as well :( Baskin Robbins turned me off, as quantity means alot when it comes to spending my $$$. Not my fave place, I personally prefer Leatherbys. We chose green.
