It was pretty quiet when we came in, and we decided to get a pint to take home. The employee filled it with our flavor (Reese's), but then she kept going back and forth weighing it taking some out, adding a little back in, and repeating the process multiple times. It felt really unusual because in the past, they've always just packed the pint full. When we got home, we noticed it wasn't filled to the brim, which was disappointing. We stopped in on a hot Sunday afternoon with a smattering of other customers. We received friendly & patient service from the lady who helped us. We sampled a few flavors that were new to us. We ended up ordering a scoop of Cookie Monster in a cup with a cake cone & a large Cappuccino Blast with mint chip ice cream blended in. The store was mostly clean, but the seating area had m&m's on the ground & some tables that needed wiping. The chairs are cushioned & comfortable. I love Baskin-Robbins and come here often with my family. The ice cream is always great, and my go-to is the Oreo shake--smooth, creamy, and just the right level of sweetness. Yesterday was no exception; the shake was as delicious as ever. But for the first time, they gave me a paper straw. And let me tell you--it was awful. It felt weird in my mouth, made sipping the shake more difficult, and got progressively soggier with each sip (see the attached pics). By the time I was halfway through, it felt like I was drinking through wet cardboard. Look, I get the environmental concerns (though I'm not sure how using paper straws helps with that), but can we pretty please find a better solution? Maybe a sturdier biodegradable straw or even just the classic plastic ones we all know and love? Still, the ice cream is great, the service is friendly, and I'll keep coming back. But please, ditch the paper straws. read more

Boy how things have changed! Prices mostly! $9 for a quart of pre-packaged ice cream or $5 for a single scoop of hand dipped ice cream just seems out of bounds! The variety of flavours offered is good. The service is okay. Not overly friendly, but adequately pleasant. The store was clean, and decorated with a modern motif. My daughter wanted Baskin Robbins today, so we stopped. Normally, I do not come here because I can walk into a grocery store and buy her any two half gallons she wants for the same price... but today, I decided to stop and splurge. We pulled into the grocery store parking lot. It is closest to the bar named Diamond Plate. Easy to find. Since I have last been here, the customer entrance has changed from the parking lot to the back of the store that is closest to the street(and it could've been like this for a while since I can't remember the last time I was here). When we came in, we were greeted by one of two women. One turned around and asked us what we would like before we barely got to the case, but she was nice & eager to help. After my daughter carefully considered the different chocolates they had to offer, she picked one chocolate scoop and with our favorite, mint chocolate chip scoop. In my honest opinion, I don't like the mint chocolate chip here... it tastes better from the grocery store. After we paid $4.99 for the 2 scoops(it reminded me why I stopped coming here) we left to eat in the car. I found myself wondering why ice cream costs so much... is Dairy Queen expensive with their Blizzards? It's not like I'm paying for the experience. I guess someone else scooped the ice cream for me? Of course I got a couple bites of her ice cream after prying it from her cold hands.. it just isn't creamy enough with a lasting flavor. Just as I remember... The shop was very clean because they did not offer indoor seating. We were in & out within minutes and on our way home. I just came in to the store tonight after having dinner. I love coming in here because all of the staff always looks like they're having so much fun. They really Seem to enjoy their work. I cannot recall the last time I have been to a Baskin Robbins. I have lived down the street from here for the last 10 years and just discovered this location. It is in the Save Mart shopping center next to Papa Murphys. It is somewhat hidden. I had a serious craving for a sundae so here we came. We were immediately greeted by a young man who took our order. He was pleasant and helpful all the way through. She told me that she couldnt accept $100 per owner because they don't have enough money/change in the drawer and don't like accepting $100. I don't see any signs in that location stating you don't accept $100 bills. Plus it's a lie they didn't have enough change when I waited for a family of 5 order ice cream and 3 other customers ordering before me. It was 3 workers with poor customer service skills. I believe all 3 need to be retrained. Also I believe the manager was there too not willing to help in any way. No sorry or nothing. I have had problems with her in the past. Went into this Baskin Robbins today. I must say its the cleanest one I've ever been to. I was greeted right away and was asked for a sample of the flavor of the month. Which was Oreo milk and cereal. Delicious!!! That's what I ended up getting. While leaving I noticed in there dessert case they have something new I've never seen before. Polar pizza's.
