It started off with me nervously looking around the coffee section but quickly transitioned to the most amazing coffee experience of my life when a kind gentleman that works at this store swept my cup into his hands and made me the best coffee I have had in years. He also looked around for the tater tots I wanted to get but they didn't have any. Now that I think about it, it's actually good that they didn't have tater tots because I am poor so I only use a microwave to make food and you can't really make tater tots in a microwave. What you CAN make however is a hot pocket, so I just bought two boxes that I took back home while enjoying the sweet sweet taste of that coffee I just mentioned. It's a tradition I started with my grandmother many many years ago. They have always been my favorite Easter candy, and I look forward to them every spring. However, this year I'm disappointed in them. As I mentioned, I purchased a pound of the eggs. The inside does not look like they usually do. It is a deeper colored brown; and unfortunately, they do not taste the same. In addition, they are much smaller than the ones I have bought in years past. I am really disappointed. I guess the only light in this is that I will save money this spring inasmuch as I will not be purchasing my usual five pounds throughout the season. Nor will I recommend them as I have in the past.
