Could not be a worse run business. Stopped by a week ago during "business hours" and was told the computer system was down and to come back later. Went back mid-week this week and they were closed again during operating hours, this time with no one there and no kind of notice posted about closure. No one will answer the telephone. The number on Yelp is different from Google and not a working number. Being able to get Baskin-Robbin's egg nog ice cream is the absolute biggest deal in the world for my best friend, and her birthday is tomorrow. It was a tradition with her late mother, and she hasn't been able to find it since she passed. Ice cream is ice cream but they still have the inside locked down and only allow you to go through the drive through. I had to get back in car, order comes, then pull around and sit down outside so if the little ones made a mess, it wouldn't be in the car. I didn't get any napkins and you can't go in to get them so I had to get creative. Also, one person working made it difficult as the line was backed up a lot. I went through their drive through to order my milkshake, a chocolate shake make with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup. I have always ordered my chocolate shakes this way. Well, today the "help" at the drive through informed me it would be an extra dollar for the chocolate syrup to make the shake. Not possible? Yep, that's the way it was and I told them I would not be returing as a dollar for a tablespoon of chocolate syrup was unheard of at an ice cream shop. Things are changing. They will be lucky IF they can stay open. It's definitely new management. Greedy management that is going to drive this last BR on this side of town out of business. We put in an order a few days in advance for an ice cream cake to be picked up @11:00 AM. Was told when we got there that the cake lady was not there yet and to come back at 12:30. We've gotten cakes from here before and know the ice cream is supposed to be on the bottom and the cake on the top. Well by the time it took us 10 mins to get home we had a melted mess. my boyfriend and i stopped here and we will NEVER be going back. we pulled up to the building which had no lights on but the open sign was on. I've never had a store threaten to call the cops because of trying to redeem multiple gift codes. I gave a gift code to my mom and she had her own. She called me later to tell me that the they threatened to call the cops because she tried to use hers and mine. She paid the extra because she didn't want a fuss but only received essentially a sample size that was worse than grocery brand stuff. Poor customer service and poor quality control... it's one thing to be bad at only one but to be bad at both is something else entirely. Avoid this location. read more

We've lived here for 15 years. I've got pictures of my kids eating ice cream cones out front when they were little. This store used to be good, but not any more. My son and I stopped by there tonight since the summer heat just hit, and like Steven E. said, the ice cream scoops were tiny. $12+ for four scoops and they were like the kids scoops used to be. The server actually weighed the cup of ice cream on a digital scale before handing it to me. The place used to be staffed mostly by teens. Now, it looks like a family is running it - mother, father, kids. They are obviously foreign, judging by their accents. And they must have bought this store wanting to make a decent living. So I've been to this Baskin Robbins at least 4 times throughout the summer and I actually like their ice cream. I went yesterday but unfortunately they had actual ice in the ice cream as if it was old but That was the first time so no big deal. I have 3 starts because I hate that you can't go inside to order, you now have to go through the drive through and sometimes it will be wrapped around the building. One time recently, cars were wrapped around the building for the drive thru, so I went to Lick Ice Cream for the first time and got way more bang for my Buck. Lick is my new favorite ice cream store thanks to Baskin Robbins. I will say that the Lick Ice Cream place gives you much more ice cream for the same exact price. Came here on a Saturday night... big mistake! Very busy, line was out the door. I wanted to leave at this point but somehow decided to go in. Slow service and small space with limited seating. Waited at least 15 minutes in line. They had one person at the counter and 3 other employees working the drive thru. There are a few indoor tables but we couldn't sit inside comfortably because of how crowded the tiny space is with people standing in line around you. I couldn't see the flavors and toppings offered until I got to the front of the line to place my order since it was blocked by the massive amount of people in line in front of me. Forced to sit outside and it was hot even at night. Should have ordered a cup because I had to rush to eat my cookie sandwich that melted when I was halfway done; had to throw it away. Hubby enjoyed his banana royale sundae... said it was delicious. Some employees were rude or weren't listening to customers as the woman in front of me had to ask repeatedly for sprinkles and a cherry. The young lady at the front counter asked her coworker to pull my card out of the card reader to stop it from beeping while she helped with another order and she rolled her eyes, snatched it out and slammed it in the counter. I guess it was too much to ask since she had to stop what she was doing for two seconds to do that. I won't be coming back to this location that is operated by a bunch of teenagers. The building is tiny and in need of a serious design update with limited parking. We had to park near the gas station next door. It is also dicey getting in and out of here located on a busy part of Two Notch Rd. I'll stick with Marble Slab Creamery. Got a second star because the ice cream was actually good. read more

Prices are so expensive for crappy scoops and the tiniest amount of toppings. Ordered a 3 scoop fudge Sunday and I got a quarter sized piece of fudge. This location deserves a negative 10. Service is slow, therefore backed up. The manager, ShirishSJ, has an awful attitude... very disrespectful. She's working the drive through, but there is a communication barrier. It doesn't help that she becomes frustrating and insulting, by over talking and cutting you off. I've frequented this location in the past for the 3 scoop sundae, which is usually regular serving sizes (adult scoops). Today the manager states the scoops are child size, when asked to see a sample of "child size" she refused, stating she has other customers. I asked when the change occurred, she said it's not a change. So I ask... the scoops are the same as before? To which she replies yes, but then reverts back to saying "child size." So which is it? We went ahead and ordered thinking it would be the norm, as she states this is not a change. Well low and behold.... BE AWARE... they are now serving child portions for the same adult prices. $15 for children sundaes served with a hefty dose of attitude. She interrupted and spoke over my mother. When I corrected her poor behavior she had the nerve to tell me not to be rude to her, to which I introduced her to rude. If you are stressed dealing with the public hire more staff. Ice cream purchases are usually fun times, but this was an epic disappointment. After being a loyal customer to this location for many years, I am gladly taking my business elsewhere and suggest you do the same. The service and servings are disappointing and sad. And this was at the hand of the manager. Probably can't get any lower. Shirish needs customer service training. The Lady working who claimed to be the owner and manager made my child cry as she was forcing him to make a decision. She said, "F* you. Don't come back." I couldn't believe it. BY NO MEANS do I ever recommend anyone coming here for a custom cake. First off, all of the reviews about the portion sizes are 1000% accurate. I ordered a Peppa Pig photo cake from this location for my daughters 3rd birthday. Highly dissatisfied is an understatement. To the owners credit I can say I was warned in advance the color may be a little darker or a little lighter. I was NEVER told however it would look NOTHING like what I purchased. I would have never paid in advance had I known what I would be picking up! Honestly had it not been 3 hours before the party I would have purchased a completely different cake, without Peppa because she couldn't have been any more disappointed with this one . I ordered a half sheet and received 1/4 sheet, the photo was not centered nor fitted to the cake, edges not smoothed, phone number is disconnected for this location, can't order online.... the list goes on. This was my first year not trusting my instinct and ordering from Publix, who always delivers. I will never make that mistake again. I will be escalating this all the way up to corporate if needed and requesting a full refund of $61.58. This location needs to be shut down or sold to new owners. Just awful and way overpriced. We ordered two single scoop hot fudge sundaes with nuts and spent almost $14 dollars. We don't mind the price so much but what we got was just shameful. The ice cream scoop was so small, I promise it was gone in in three bites. What was left was so repulsively sweet that it was inedible. I went to Baskin Robins and ordered a sherbet for my son. When we came out I decided to steal a bite to see how it tasted, and I was met my chewy little pieces in it as well as what looked like hairs. I was horrified and disgusted by what I was met with. I immediately told my son to throw it out and went back in to complain. As usual I got a lame we're sorry for any inconvenience. They didn't sound sincere about it and didn't even get a refund. I was absolutely angered about this poor service and angered me even more how innocent people, most likely kids, eat that and don't do anything about it.
