Italian ice and soft-serve does not disappoint. The service here is very nice just like the food. They make sure to get the order just right and not disappoint. Unsure how we found this place but glad we did! This was the best Italian ice I've had! Was set it apart was the creamy texture and flavor selection. Not to mention every flavor actually tasted like that thing, unlike some please where you get a sugary artificial taste. We don't live in the area which is a bummer, but whenever back in town we will be there! read more

Absolutely delicious Italian ice! I got the Strawberry ice and chocolate ice cream gelati. Ate every drop! My husband got the bahama freeze with vanilla ice cream and his was so good! Perfect for a hot day in SC! Seating wise they have outdoor and indoor with high chairs! They also have a drive through!! We will be coming back here a lot! read more

This was a nice treat but definitely something I can't enjoy all the time. It was 6.50 for a small cup of ice cream. Because we can't tolerate much dairy, this was the perfect size for us. But if you are trying to treat an entire family, this can get real expensive, really fast, lol! The service was fast and friendly (I went around 9pm, they close at 11pm) and they have several options to choose from. the young lady at the window was patience with me as I went thru all of the flavors trying to decide. I will be back to try the Italian ice. The place is drive thru, but plenty of outside parking if you want to enjoy your ice cream in the parking lot. They also have a few covered tables outside. It's a nice ambiance at night if you want to observe the beautiful views of the infamous hardscrabble road construction lol! It was the summer time, at night, so teenagers were hanging around in their cars. Not a big deal to me, they seem to keep to themselves and was not causing any trouble. read more

Pulling up I was so excited to finally try this establishment. However, the service was TERRIBLE. I pulled up, stated my order and the young lady had no clue what I was referencing.... Confusing since it was on the board (however, giving her grace since it's new).. after I placed my order I was just sitting there with my card waiting to pay. This was our first time visiting. When we pulled up there was a decent crowd. Totally understand why. The Italian ice is delicious. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They offer free samples of any flavor. It's a cute atmosphere with inside and outside seating. We all three got small sizes. This has become my new flavorite spot for soft serve ice cream (not yogurt or ice milk) With many different combinations of gelati, soft serve and slushy you can customize or try some of their own selections. The drive thru was the quickest option. From the person taking our order, to the person delivering the order, they were polite courteous and smiling. I've been here twice and I'm highly unsatisfied with both visits. The gelato is good but nothing special; gelato is basically the same anywhere you get it. I only came back the second time because I have a teenager who likes it. First off, both times I've been here, the dining room was disgusting. I used to manage a restaurant so I might occasionally judge places a little more harsh than the average person but the dining room was so dirty I honestly cannot fathom how this place does not have more negative reviews. Every single table and chair was either sticky or had very noticeable amounts of crumbs or toppings on them and a couple tables even had little puddles of ice cream on them. There was one clean chair in the whole place. All the manager has to do is look around the corner from the "kitchen" and they would clearly see the filth. Secondly, on both visits, I ordered 3 items to go and yet for some idiotic reason, I have to ask for a lid for each item and a drink carrier. How is it not common sense to automatically offer these standard items. For the love of god, can y'all get a manager to properly train these employees to ask customers if their order is for "dine-in or to-go"? And also... train them to automatically include napkins, lids, and a cup carrier without me having to specifically ask for each of these items? Furthermore, the second time I was here the employee put drinks inside a plastic bag without a carrier and literally just handed me a bag with one of the drinks entirely on its side. How dumb are these people to hand a customer a couple of drinks inside a plastic bag. I'm absolutely appalled by the lack of common sense it takes to do something like that. Also worth noting is that the restaurant was NOT very busy when the dining room was a wreck. I might understand if the drive-thru was wrapped and there was a line out the door. However, that was not the case; there was one car in the drive-thru and maybe 3 customers in front of me, so there's no justifiable reason to have a dining room be that disgusting other than just having lazy management and employees. My last problem, is that the cups are so over filled and the lid are so useless that within the 4 minutes it takes to get home, there's so much ice cream leaking out the sides of the cup that not only were all 4 or 5 napkins completely soaked, but it was running down the sides of the cups and soaking into the drink carrier. In those 4 minutes to get home, I basically was left with an order of fruit flavored soup. I do not recommend EVER getting a to go order from here if it takes you more than 1 minute to get... unless you just do not care about your car interior or your hands being covered in a sticky mess. To avoid this messy disaster in the future, I would consider dining in, but unfortunately it appears as though the employees have no clue where to find sanitation buckets, towels, brooms, or mops. I give this place a year before it's either shut down due to inspection failure or just lack of business due to poor customer experience. I kinda hope it does because no business owner that allows a place to be run like this deserves to stay open. Gross. read more

My family and I came on a Saturday night and it was packed but we got out desserts very fast. The young lady that helped us was very sweet and generous when making our ice cream. My family and I are from New York and this place remind us of carvel that meets Ralph's. The price was also reasonable for the size of our desserts. We will definitely be back. read more
