Today, I was craving a milk tea, but I wanted to check out a never boba and dessert sport and trusty ol' Yelp popped up with Kobing Dessert Studio not to mention their rating is 4.5 so i knew I had to see what they offer. They do not have a big drink selection, but what they do have is different from other boba spots and they do have a selection of desserts. The service is really good and they two employees were very friendly. The inside is super cute and cozy. I ordered the coconut strawberry cloud drink. It consists of coconut water and fresh strawberry milk. I added boba and coconut jelly to my drink. I will for sure be back the prices are great too!

They have a lot of other things to order, but I recommend skipping the strawberry cheesecake bingsu. The spot was really cute and clean. There were a ton of tables open on a Wednesday evening. Staff was super nice and efficient!

I responded, "Yes, I'm ready, but whenever you are, no rush" because I could see they were busy cleaning and washing things in the back. One employee then asked the other in Spanish, "What did she say?" The other explained in Spanish that I had basically said to take their time and that there was no rush. The first employee responded with aa smug attitude comment along the lines of, "Well then, she's never going to order because we're busy," and they both started laughing and continued making comments about me in Spanish. Eventually, one of them came over and asked what I wanted to order. That's when I responded in Spanish and gave her my order. The look on her face immediately changed. She clearly had not expected me to understand Spanish, and the other employee stopped what she was doing and looked over as well. Suddenly, it was very obvious that they realized I had understood what they were saying the entire time. I think she even bypassed the tip option when charging me. She walked away before I finished and I asked for my receipt and she said I'll give it to you right now but never did. It was incredibly uncomfortable and disrespectful. I was actually trying to be patient and considerate because I could see they were busy, and somehow that became something for the employees to mock and laugh about. What bothered me most was thinking about how comfortable they were talking about a customer right in front of them simply because they assumed I couldn't understand Spanish. It makes me wonder what they say about customers who actually don't understand them. I left feeling judged, disrespected, and completely unwelcome. I will definitely not be returning, and based on this experience, I would not recommend this business to others. Customers should be treated with respect regardless of what language employees assume they do or don't understand.

The cake I received was a dark burgundy/maroon instead of the advertised bright red. They said it was darker because that's how the colors get when it's cold . I think as a little bummed out because I was having a galentines event and the colors didn't even match . Also , if it couldn't get any worse when we cut into it, the cake flavor was birthday cake rather than the chocolate I ordered. My husband raised the color issue in-store and was given $10 off a $25 cake. However, when I later called about the incorrect flavor (which is a separate issue), the manager said nothing further could be done because of the $10 already given. I understand minor color differences can happen, but receiving the wrong cake flavor feels like an incorrect order, not just a cosmetic issue. Disappointed with how this was handled, especially since we didn't get what we actually ordered. Won't be back here again .
