If you're looking for a cake that doesn't look like the photos and has the incorrect flavor of cake you choose , look no further because this place will definitely not deliver. I ordered a Valentine's "XOXO" ice cream cake from this Baskin-Robbins expecting bright red detailing and a chocolate cake base. The cake I received was a dark burgundy/maroon instead of the advertised bright red. They said it was darker because that's how the colors get when it's cold . I think as a little bummed out because I was having a galentines event and the colors didn't even match . Also , if it couldn't get any worse when we cut into it, the cake flavor was birthday cake rather than the chocolate I ordered. My husband raised the color issue in-store and was given $10 off a $25 cake. However, when I later called about the incorrect flavor (which is a separate issue), the manager said nothing further could be done because of the $10 already given. I understand minor color differences can happen, but receiving the wrong cake flavor feels like an incorrect order, not just a cosmetic issue. Disappointed with how this was handled, especially since we didn't get what we actually ordered. Won't be back here again . read more

I came here because I wanted a simple 22nd birthday cake. They did it exactly how I wanted and I couldn't have been more happy. The flavor was amazing and the ice cream I chose of Rocky Road with the chocolate cake. Will definitely be ordering from here again. First time visit yesterday was a good one. The store is as nice as one expects for this chain. It is located in a shopping area that does not have a lot of beauty or open businesses, but it is worth going to. And I don't just say that because it's a hot day. The staff was cheery and smiling. Even before the pandemic, the servings have been decreasing but has gotten ridiculous as the picture shows. It would be better to have an acceptable weight and actually weigh them. Last night my boyfriend and I ordered through DoorDash, Sundaes on a Sunday ha ha! The REESE'S® Peanut Butter Cup Sundae, this layered sundae is a peanut butter and chocolate lovers dream come true! Filled with REESE'S® throughout, from the ice cream to the toppings, I licked it clean! Order this and thank me later, it's one of my favorite sundaes they make! I would recommend this location, our sundaes may have arrived a bit melted but it's delivery and who cares it was soo good! Who doesn't like ice cream? I loved it and I hated it! It tastes good with many choices I can found in Baskin-Robbins, But I hated the ice cream when I think about the sugar! The workers in this Baskin-Robbins are very attentive and nice. Fast service and the store is clean! This Baskin-Robbins in Sunrise Blvd is so conveniently located in a shopping and restaurant mall. Most of the businesses are closed due to the pandemic at this time. Baskin-Robbins is one of the very few businesses still open! Many customers purchased the drinks and ice creams to-go, but also many customers have enjoyed their ice cream in the parking lot too! I have gone to this ice cream restaurant serval consecutive time's throughout the week's and it's a really nice location to grab some ice cream. I think the business owner was in today as I was waiting very patiently outside of the restaurant to grab a bit to eat earlier this morning before they opened. The business owner allowed me to come into the restaurant early and I had placed my order. I highly recommend them to anyone that's ready for this kind of food. read more

Good location for a baskin Robbins! It's funny how it's right next to a dominions, ihop, Indian food, sushi, and a 24 hour fitness! So basically you eat dinner, work out, have ice cream! So location is good... And of course the 31 flavors of ice cream is even better! My favorite of all time is very berry strawberry but I was craving a cappuccino blast with extra vanilla ice cream! The young gentleman made my blast awesome! Plus he was very cool and a hard worker with motivation! Too bad I didn't catch his name! Only reason I knock off a star is because the inside is extremely narrow and small and when it gets crowded, there's very little room... Came in the morning of Pi(e) Day to get a turtle pie. Was so disappointed to see there weren't any pies in the display case. Asked the young lady if there were any in the back. She went to check and reappeared with an older gent (may have been the manager? owner?) who said he'd be happy to make us a pie if we could pick it up later. Sure! Place is small. REALLY hard to come into the store when the cash register is in front of the only door and there's no way to get around a customer checking out. Service is typically fast. Some ice cream looks clean and fresh. Most of the kids who work here are friendly. read more

2/11/22 @ 7:45p. Just left the Sunrise location slightly annoyed. Female cashier refused my request for slightly more than two 2.5000000000 oz. scoops of ice cream on my Brownie Sunday. "We use 2.5 oz. Kid Scoops for Sundays, Can I get you anything else?" Seems a bit small. " We do that so they'll the ice cream will fit in the cup with the toppings". Baskin Robbins is always a nice treat. We took my niece and nephew for a treat. They got two scoops and my daughter and I each got one, we tried the no sugar added turtle something. I forgot the name but it was really good. We decided next time we will split a single scoop. It was really good but really rich. workers were very respectful, a worker named adam and a worker named max were very generous to me, they gave me a lot of samples and they made sure i got the best ice cream for me. i was with one of my friends, and a worker named kyle had very good service. another employee named nick helped me with a parlay, it hit, which payed for the ice cream. there were other very kind employees that i dont remember the name of. overall very good service in general, would highly recommend. read more

this location is very small and narrow. They unfortunately didn't have tables down so we took our ice cream to go and ate in the car. Lol, the young lady that helped us didn't seem very friendly. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or if it's just her natural attitude but she didn't smile at all during our stop in. The young man was nicer and smiled more. The employees were really nice when I went here but I give only 4 stars because the milkshake was very runny , I got a small which comes with 2 scoops but the kid working must have put way too much milk , I pretty much sucked it down before I even left. Do not get a milkshake if you like them thick , I wish I would have known and I would have just requested an extra scoop of ice cream or something . read more

Location is close to us and employees are friendly. The bathroom is always clean. I like that because if the bathroom is clean it makes me feel like everything else is clean. April flavor of the month is "Snacknado"...caramel ice cream with pretzels, chocolate potato chips and candy pieces. It sounds crazy but good Lord it's a perfect balance of sweet and salty deliciousness. Yum!!! read more

Love coming to Baskin Robbins. It's close to our house and they have a great deal on the quarts of ice cream. I love how they do a flavor of the month, and now they have a lot more different things to choose from besides just ice cream. My mom always gets me the grasshopper pie for my birthday. It is so good! Tonight we got two quarts of ice cream, but I was a little disappointed, my mint chip had hardly any chips of chocolate in it. It was pretty weird since I always get mint chip and I've never had it so bare before :( read more

Ordered an ice cream cake for my son's birthday, I was extremely disappointed. Not only were the cone flavors I requested wrong, but also the fudge crunch was not there. It was more like an Oreo broken in half, so you have big pieces spread out in the middle of a cake. It looked nothing like the picture. Honestly, Cold Stone knows how to make it better, I got it the year before I should have just stuck with them. read more

My daughter is allergic to everything, soy, dairy, egg, fish & shellfish. She can safely eat out at 4 places, and Caring Kitchen is one of them. We stop by every time there is a birthday party to pick up a cupcake so she can be included with her peers. We stop by for fun, we stop by because everyone deserves to be able to go to a store and say pick what you want. Now, for those of you who are like us and are worried about some cross contamination, Rancho does have nuts and soy. We have never had an issue with cross contamination with soy, everything is clearly labeled, and the team does a great job confirming any allergy's. I would double check depending on your nut severity, but many things seem to be pre-wrapped for this reason. The other location is even more allergy free (nut and soy free). I cannot reccomendation this company more, you will pay for the quality, but also for the safety, amazing taste and everything else that comes with a great bakery.

The so called manager made fun of my 5 year old special needs nephew, I've contacted corporate several times, and the refuse to do anything about the situation. It is always busy with lots of customers coming and going. So that equals waiting. But if I am driving to or from Sacramento on Highway 50 I can take the Zinfandel exit in Rancho Cordova and literally be at a much less crowded Crumbl store in minutes. I have been here many times now and the service is always excellent, the shop is clean and inviting, and there is plenty of parking. Best of all, I have my choice of the same, wonderful and delicious cookies as the Folsom location. And... there is never a wait! So all you Folsom and El Dorado Hills peeps traveling up and down Highway 50 corridor... know that if you want a quick Crumbl Cookie fix without a long wait... head on over to the RC location.
