They have a mobile truck also, but I can never seem to "catch" it. Today, I'm trying the Chocolate Abuelita. Yum! I cannot describe the flavor, but is is so smooth. A light chocolate flavor with a hint of cinnamon and... something else. Not sure. It's a unique chocolate for sure! Tabitha and Stephanie are eager to help you when you enter. A friendly greeting awaits you! Stephanie is so nice (especially so because I had a ton of questions)! Even after answering all my questions & letting me sample a flavor, she remained super sweet. One scoop is all I need! It's HUGE! My little one wanted a strawberry (water-based) popsicle (paletas de agua). Yum! Tomorrow, I will be back for a milkshake (malteada) and I'm bringing my friends (& all their kiddos, too)!! Fantastic place to help keep cool in the desert - yes, even in the fall and winter! The sun will keep you warm no matter the season. Right outside between the buildings (of post office and this) are two concrete tables with bench seating. It's shady during the day, so the perfect spot to enjoy your cold treat - or even some nachos!! They even serve aguas frescas - yes, made with fresh fruit!!

Our in-laws told us to try to make a stop here when we drive back from California. We seen the stop and decided heck, we'd try to make a pit stop. When we first walked in.... "Ohhh my lanta" was my first thought. I'm in snack heaven! They literally have every single snack by the pound that you could think of. They also had little knickknacks, food & ice cream! Idk how we've missed this place sooo many times. But we will definitely be back again.

We found parking easily and walked on - as soon as we walked in we were greeted warmly - always a good sign! The inside was very clean - it took us a minute to remember the menu because we don't get there often. Ordering was easy and the person at the counter was super friendly! Food was made quickly and was very tasty, hot and fresh! When we were finished I went to thrown our trash and put the tray back and I noticed the gentleman who was making the food and told him everything was delicious! He was very friendly Would definitely stop here again

Unfortunately... it didn't quite live up to it. I ordered the Freddy's Original Steakburger and it was honestly underwhelming. The patty came out dry and lacking flavor, topped with oversized chunks of onions and a single long pickle that didn't really help the situation. My wife's chili dog was just... there. Nothing memorable. Now, I will give credit where it's due. The thin fries were actually pretty good, even though my daughter jokingly called them "Ozempic fries" and honestly... she wasn't wrong. What saved this visit from dropping lower were the shakes and the service. The Signature Turtle Shake and Oreo Double Trouble Shake were fire. I'm not even a sweets person, but I kept going back for more of my wife's shake. Staff was also friendly and welcoming, which helped soften the disappointment. Overall, come for the shakes, maybe skip the mains.

This is the home to the world's largest thermometer and Alien Fresh Jerky. I cannot begin to tell you how many times I have driven past this place but never stopped. Now, I like aliens just as much as the next guy, but it was one of those places that I really had no reason to top of. But let me tell you, I am so glad that I did. In addition to having probably the largest selection of beef jerky next to buc-ee's, this place has more alien stuff than you can shake a stick at. Honestly, this place really does look like it belong on the Vegas strip with its big LED signs and alien motif all throughout the exterior. Additionally, they are in the process of building a UFO hotel. I'm going to tell you this. I will be there as one of the first guests in line when this thing opens up. Let's talk about the jerky for a second, they're not kidding when they say it's fresh. I have purchased multiple bags here on multiple occasions, and I got to tell you this is some of the best beef jerky you can ask for. It's super tasty, and not like that really nasty hard stuff you buy out of gas station convenience store, this stuff really is fresh. I don't know how to quantify alien fresh, but this jerky iis probably some of the best I've ever had. Tons of different flavors and heat levels for every person's taste. Bottom line? This place Is definitely the place to stop when you're out on the road going to or from Las Vegas from Orange county. Honestly, It's a perfect pit stop.

Unfortunately, the customer service has declined tremendously and has become borderline rude. During our visit today, our daughters wanted to use the souvenir penny machine, but it took their money and wasn't working. When I politely mentioned it to the cashier, "Vicky," her response was simply, "Yeah, it's broken," with no apology or concern at all. I suggested they may want to put up a sign so other customers don't lose money, and she just shrugged and tossed our purchased items toward us before dismissing us. It was a really disappointing experience, especially at a place we've enjoyed for so many years. Sadly, this will probably be our last stop here. At this point, places like EddieWorld seem far more welcoming and worth the visit.

They have restrooms that you can use and it is located outside and gated so you know it is safe. The interior of the restroom was OK. It definitely needed more cleaning sessions and it did smell but it was fully stocked with toilet paper and seat liners so that's a plus. Given that this is one of those classic roadside spots that gives you exactly what you need, I didn't grade it as strict. This dairy queen as all the food items as their sister stores but I was able to find out that they did include fried cheese curds at this location. What a hidden find! I also got their chocolate dipped cone to eat afterwards. I got an order to go and was happy eating my freshly made cheese curds while charging my car at the nearvy TESLA chargers. Quick comf food plus a refreshing treat. The service was good and efficient, especially considering how busy it can get with travelers passing through. At this location, the interior dining is small with a few spots to sit down and enjoy your treats. Definitely plent of parking in the front for customers to make a pit stop.

Restroom is connected to this gas station area. It was very busy when I went so the line was wrapped around outside. Luckily I had an RV to go to otherwise I'd probably had to wait for 15 mins.
