Stopped in with a friend to purchase a polar pizza for her daughter's graduation party. It's located in a small building with one other business, and they share a small parking lot. The place was clean inside and service friendly. Besides the ice cream pizza, we ordered milkshakes ($9 for medium). We sampled a couple of flavors before deciding. We both really liked the Oreo Cold Brew. The young lady who helped us was nice and accommodating. Overall, it's pretty pricey. The cakes and pizzas were more than I'd be willing to spend. They range from $23-$56. The smaller cakes looked like about 4 pieces. The one for $46 looked like about 6 pieces. I'd probably opt for a nice cake and some Tillamook ice cream...way more economical and tasty. The frozen cake part of their desserts aren't very appealing, in my opinion. read more

Total rip off!! This stores prices are way higher than other BR stores and their portions for hand packed quarts are ridiculously small, not even close to full. I even asked the worker to please fill the hand packed quart to the top and they whispered back to me, "we can't, they won't let us, we'll get in trouble." Not ok and a total waste of money. The young worker there was nice and helpful; the woman who was likely managing was rude and grumpy. I will never go here again! I recently got pretty sick and decided to go get some food out and I came here to get a shake. I waited for the line to die down a bit and called into the store from my car. I asked if I could possibly have it walked to me with curbside so I didn't get anyone sick. Kyle took my order right there and made my shake and came out to my car. and I was able to place the money down and get my shake all without contact and good distance! I've been a BR fan for years - Pralines n cream - single scoop in a waffle cone is incredible. But while their local competitors pride themselves in a Generous Scoop, the best name for the BR scoop is meager. A +$5 ice cream should have more than a two inch scoop that gets lost in the bottom of the waffle cone. Service at the Gladstone location was good. But there are so many good options nearby that BR has probably lost me. read more

Great little place. I call ahead and get hand packed quarts then pop in to pick them up. I'd prefer it if they didnt have indoor seating (there are a handfull of seats) but it's December and their outdoor seating is...outdoors. Prepack quarts have been good with the exception of baseball nut which may need to be handpacked for full awesome. read more

Great milkshakes: big is big! Nice hot fudge sundaes: with or without whipped cream, cherry and nuts! The chocolate fudge ice cream I have immediately bombarded to my favorite, but the Other Ice Cream Kind is still my superfave vote. In the middle of the worst Covid Delta spike this year and with CDC and the state of Oregon all recommending masking indoors, these guys refuse to wear a mask while serving kids ice cream...when I asked them to please put on a mask so my daughter (who is too young to be vaccinated) could come in to pick out her ice cream they were extremely rude, and owner stated 'it's not mandated in Oregon'. This is why we need mandates, because of business owners who are too ignorant to just do the right thing...complete and total lack of common sense. My daughter has always gone to Baskin Robbins in Milwaukie for an ice cream, a family tradition since she was little (eases the effort of going to the dentist)...she was very bummed when she got robbed of this due to irresponsible adults who lack any common sense whatsoever. How could any responsible business owner think that not wearing a mask is a good business decision when serving people (especially kids) food in the middle of the worst pandemic of our lifetime...really boggles the mind!!! The people are always so nice and the selection of ice cream is delish. Why the 4 stars? I can't get them to have cookie dough ice cream cake on hand. They say it's not a big seller but I've not found another baskin Robbins that doesn't have a few in the freezer. read more

Clean establishment, very friendly staff, took my grandson for an after-dinner treat, he's three and accidentally dropped his cone, oh no! I would have been happy to pay for another one, but before I could even say anything, one person was already handing us another cone, and another was cleaning up the whoopsie! I don't know why it's called 31 flavors either, they have definitely more than that when you add up all the ice creams and sherbets! The only improvement, I was trying out Apple Pay on my iPhone for the first time, but I didn't have the ability to add a tip. I couldn't let them go without, all things considered, and luckily had some cash in the car, but it did take away from the "magic" and convenience of Apple Pay. read more

Yum! Pretty good place to go if you need an ice cream fix. Only downsides are there are lines and service is okayish. The flavors of the month are nice, my favorite so far has been the Oreo cake flavor. For a chain it's not bad. For ice cream it could be better. read more
