We have been here before, did not have any issue. On Mother's Day we went to pickup a cake that we ordered a week before. It was a mad house in there with last minute people trying to get something. We waited in line and when we finally were up Fran went to the back to get our order, she came back a minute later saying they were looking for our order, so we stepped aside and she began helping the next customer. By the time she helped 4 more customers she turned to us and asked if we wanted a different flavor as they couldn't find our cake. I said no we would like the kind we ordered and paid for a week earlier. I could tell she got annoyed and went to the back again. She came out and helped more customers and then after 10 more minutes they came out with the cake and handed it to her and she said here's you cake and pretty much threw it into my arms. Stopped by today to pick up a cake on the go with a decoration. I purchased the 8 inch cake . White chocolate raspberry. That's always a great go to for first time people trying or for gifts . Everyone I've gave these cakes to they love them. The girl who helped me in the front was very nice and she helped me choose the decorations. Got a decorated red velvet birthday cake from there and it was super sweet (expected though). Went in another day to try the strawberry and cream cake and oooof, it tasted like there was copper in there. It wasn't good at all. Also got a seasonal flavor to try (churros?). It wasn't bad but it was over the top sweet. I'm so glad we did as I was impressed from the time I pulled in to a huge parking lot with a lot of parking, until the time we left. We stopped in on 4/19 to purchase a 10" lemon Bundt cake to take to an Easter/ Birthday celebration the next day- the staff was not friendly at all! The person who rang us up hardly even looked up from what was either a tablet or phone as another employee hastily boxed the cake up, I don't need small talk or anything like that, but the fact that it was close to $50, and I wasn't asked or offered any sort of decoration for the top of cake like on prior occasions really just made me mad. When I asked do you have a Happy Birthday decoration or anything for the cake I was then offered a "tooth pick banner" that I could purchase for $.27 ..... yes you read that rite. I just had spent just under $50,and the transaction was complete and it wasn't until I asked that I was offered a small Happy Birthday tooth pick sign I could swipe my atm card again for $ .27 Pretty terrible customer service for such an expensive cake. I can honestly say we will not be going back her again. Things like this are a luxury, and when you spend that kind of money on a cake and the employees are too preoccupied to even interact with paying customers- they will not get my hard earned money. read more

I went in to receive my birthday reward bundt cake and the first woman I encountered at the counter was not welcoming in the slightest. She seemed very bothered when I asked her a question on where to find my confirmation email and literally said "not sure" to me. I also have worked years of customer service and would never speak to someone that way. However, the other woman at the counter was very sweet and helpful & definitely redeemed my experience there. On New Year's Eve yesterday, I was at Wal-Mart Victorville returning something. I was curious about Nothing Bundt Cakes (NBC) which is in the same shopping center as Wal-Mart so I headed over to NBC. This was my 1st time here at NBC. Very cute and lovely shop, but it doesn't have a lot of space inside. They probably should have made it bigger because when they get really busy, the line goes all the way outside the door. I got 4 bundtlets for $5.50 each. Red Velvet with chocolate chips, Strawberries & Cream, Snickerdoodle, and Chocolate Chocolate Chip were my chosen ones. I had high hopes on the bundtlets, but unfortunately, I was slightly disappointed with them. Cake texture was very sticky mushy wet LOL (don't know how to describe it any other way)... I'm not even going to call them moist. Picture yourself pinching the bundlet... it will stick to your fingers like glue... they might as well call them sticky bundlets LOL. Moist fluffy spongy bouncy cake should not stick to your fingers. Also icing was sweeter than how I would have liked and there was too much icing especially inside the hole... not enough cake for that much icing. Yes, bundlet size could have been bigger, too. Anyway, I could taste all the flavors except for the red velvet which was my least favorite. Strawberries & Cream flavor was the best in potency. If I had to choose the best out of the 4... it would be the Chocolate Chocolate Chip... this one was very good and it was not as sticky mushy wet like the others LOL. Oh forgot to mention... the bundlet container needs to be bigger so the icing on the sides of the bundlet doesn't touch the sides of the container. I couldn't remove the bundlet out of the container without some of the icing sticking to the container. Staff was okay. Prices are a tad high. Ambience is nice. They do have a rewards program... buy 12 bundlets and get 1 free. Will I be back to NBC? Well, yes I'll give them another chance. I do want to try a few more flavors. Hopefully, I'll get less sticky less mushy less wet bundlets next time LOL. And I hope the same for you. Happy NBC'ing! read more

These bundt cakes are the truth!! I highly recommend the little mini Bundt cakes for sampling, a few of the flavors that they have, all of them look so good. At $5.50 per mini cake they gave us a little sticker shock, but that change once we tasted these. They are fire. Really moist and the frosting is creamy and rich, and the middle is filled with frosting. Easily, the best pancake that I've ever had. They remind me of Sprinkles cupcakes, back when Sprinkles ruled the niche bakery game. I could definitely see these being a great pick-me-up or to treat yourself, or for a special occasion or gift. Pre ordered for a birthday to make it easier for the workers. Received order confirmation, my card was charged.. all ready to go right? That would be a no. I get there, and they have no record of my order, that's already been paid for! I show them the screenshot with the order # and details... nope they still can't help me. No compassion, no apology, nothing. I was instructed to do another order with them, in the store and pay for my order AGAIN. They then told me I could call someone tomorrow to maybe get the extra charges off my card. No empathy, no money off for the inconvenience, or anything.
