Friendly staff and clean interior. Nothing but your average doughnut shop however the staff was overly welcoming on a Monday morning. Ordered 2 Iced Vanilla Coffee's and half a dozen doughnuts, which the lady serving me added a few extra doughnuts. Thanks! Our iced coffees were delicious. Coffee didn't taste old or stale and the doughnuts were also fresh. This seems to be the only Winchell's in the high desert but it was less than 10 minutes from the freeway exit. If I'm in the area again I'd be back to this Winchell's. read more

Apparently this Winchell's is a 24 hours I went on August 8 2026 at 10:14 pm with cash in my hand this Hispanic man had all doors locked windows closed when I told him to take my order he ignored me and my husband Luckily I saw a guy outside he told my husband to go Yum Yum Doughnuts down the street and was way better it had 3 employees you can actually drink coffee inside and employees are way nicer and speak English this place should hire someone with people skills or remove the 24 hours sign or put a sign that says close not have costumer's banging on windows I Felt like communicating with animal in the zoo who ignored me and my husband read more

Today I went around 4:30 PM to windchills and seventh and I keep in mind have a A in the window, but I had a coffee of a cold coffee. I was sucking once on my straw, the coffee out and the second time I took a sip a fly came out. It was in my mouth. It was disgusting the donuts taste awful. I don't trust that guy from Honduras in that place he doesn't care if you eat it or not I went back and got my money back nasty place. I do not recommend anybody eating there. Well yet another great Donut house that came highly recommended. The Donuts weren't as fresh but they were still good and service wasn't that great but something about the atmosphere made the trip worthwhile. The quality of the donut is unmatched, per usual Winchell donuts!! Unfortunately, the young lady behind the counter was having a less-than-good day. By her attitude it was, I can only imagine one of her worst days ever. As I was placing my order she interrupted every part of my ordering....it's a donut shop... I know... I get it. Maybe I don't...customer service?...no worries, It's a donut shop..... . She was caffeinated and wanted to hurry up and get my order, but in her haste, she got it wrong. I ordered a dozen and a half. She raised her voice with me while I was paying, explaining she had worked there since she was a little girl and always called a certain donut a plain donut. I called the cake donut by another name. She communicated hostility during her explanation. I thanked her for clarification but I had evidently rubbed her the wrong way. It's a donut shop... how hard is it to enjoy the 2 minute interaction with your customer while they place their order. Obviously, every single person that walks into a donut shop, let alone a Winchell's, has joy in their heart and is happy!!! I was. My goal is to bring Joy to my Dr's office!! Perfect pit stop before a roadtrip this weekend, 5am all shelves full of fresh, fluffy, still warm donuts. We kept it simple with custard filled and coconut, both amazing, good service and so cheap, paid just over $1 for both. It is the only spot in High Desert to get Winchell's Donuts. The place is quite small, however, there is ample of space to sit down, and enjoy them inside. Furthermore, it is quite clean, most of the time. Donuts, as usual, are quite tasty and delicious. The only drawback, of this establishment, are panhandlers, who are hanging outside the shop and loitering the area. Despite that, it is the only spot in High Desert, to get Winchell's Donuts. Winchell's!! I've been wanting to give them a try for a while but never stop. What the heck was I thinking? I should have stopped sooner. These donuts are GREAT!!! A little scary at night when you have to wait outside at the little window. The cronuts are good and only a couple miles from home so this is my donut shop of choice. I usually stop by whenever I get a craving for a cronut or one of their delicious raspberry jelly-filled donuts, but I was on my way to a family gathering last night and thought I should bring some to my family, so I got a dozen. And it was a mistake going at night. I have never noticed such a discrepancy in customer service between night and day shifts. I got there a little after 7pm, so the shop was closed and I had to order at the window. The young man who works there during the day is very nice and friendly, but the older lady who was there last night was rude and impatient. After struggling to select which donuts to buy (because I couldn't see what was available), she takes my card and after a while says it doesn't work. I found that weird because it worked at a grocery store and a Redbox machine earlier that day... Luckily, I had cash on hand, and after giving me my change, I asked her for my receipt. She scoffed, headed to the drawer, and picked up a random receipt for a $0.99 bottle of water and gave it to me. Not ok. The donuts were delicious, but the night lady working there needs a serious attitude adjustment. I'll stick to visiting during morning and afternoon hours from now on strictly to avoid her. And the icing on the cake: when I was driving around the store to get onto 7th St. I saw her captivated by whatever soap opera she was watching on the television. We ate here on our last night in Victorville, CA and were very happy. We shared the mussels to start absolutely delicious. I had the fish and chips and my wife had the sole both were wonderful. The kids menu offers good choices. The server was excellent and ensures that we got our food in a hurry as we had evening tickets for Alcatraz. read more
