I do not live in this area but I dip in about once a month when I am around. Every single time I randomly come in, this staff greets me with a warm and friendly hello, welcome, and is kind, patient, and courteous with me. They make the drinks superb and then suggest new drinks if I ask for an opinion or suggestion based on what I usually get and make me feel like I matter. In this particular visit, I came in to order a drink and look for some coffee grounds- they give out bags for free for your garden. In this case, there were none left. I asked the girl behind the counter about them and instead of her just saying there's none left she proceeded to make me two big bags full of these grounds without me even asking about it further. Her name was Gabi. She was great, they made such a awesome drink for me, and I want to mention the guy who waited on me at the counter, but I cannot remember his name so maybe next time. I'm marveled at the fact that not only did she draw something really awesome on my cup, but she spelled my name right. Most people spell my name, DON and there's a joke I have about going to Starbucks that no matter what day or what location I go I'm Don (a male name) and not Dawn ( female, and like when the sun comes up ) I have a pic of my cup she handed me, posted here, as well as the amazing, beautiful and valued Gabi, pictured with my coffee grounds. Conveniently located off the freeway this Starbucks was easy to get to and find. Right across the street from Dennys. This location is small but has a drive through. Plenty of seating inside. They have a beautiful mural on the wall. We pit stopped to use the restroom and get a couple snacks. My favs... the coffee cake and lemon loaf cake. Parking was easy, it was early evening. They have 2 restrooms, I picked wrong and it wasn't so clean. Other than that staff is friendly and the shop is clean. read more

There's a reason why this place has 3 stars. The customer service is horrible. Carla was so rude and refused to provide her name when I asked. We made a mobile order and came in 15 min later and they hadn't even started making the drinks yet and when I asked why it took them over 15 minutes to even start making the drinks, when blamed it on the fact that we driver through the drive through which makes absolutely no sense, because if we had walked into the store, the drinks still wouldn't had been started yet. We think she just wanted to be right and couldn't handle taking any accountability. There was no apology, no professionalism, nothing. Horrible service. read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Everything I come here there is barely any customers yet so many workers. They make the drinks such in a rush that the quality comes out terrible. The cold foams are always looking like melted down depressing milk that was in the sun from the moment they give it to you. Last time I came here there was 0 customers in the store and I had to wait 2 minutes just for a worker to look at me and ask if I wanted to order because everyone was so busy talking. The manager was literally standing behind me on her iPad. Proceeds to look at me and stay quiet and not say anything to me or her staff. On another occasion she was rude as hell through drive thru. If you want poor quality and sad looking drinks and to pay to be treated terrible come here please !!! Jayden ruined my day today thank you Jayden for that. Did not return my change to me. Ok I get to Starbucks today in the drive thru and the window opens I smile and say hello, Jayden says ew it smells like cat pee. I said you must be a comedian I don't have a cat. I gave him $20 and he looked at me super weird for no less than 5 seconds making direct eye contact giving me a rude nasty disrespectful look.... ??......he was about 18. and I said what have you not seen cash before? He proceeded to give me one venti pike place hot coffee with no change back. He owed me $17 back. I almost drove forward then stopped and got out to ask for my change. Thats when Jayden called police. That's when Jayden called 2 cops on me who were in front of my vehicle in less than 1 min of being handed the coffee with no change back. I said I'm not paying $20 for one coffee it's $3 may I have my change back. Please and thank you and need a manager. They said they had to get a manager but she's on vacation. The gentleman in the car behind me I told him I'm owed $16.75 back and he actually got out and said you need to give HER, her change back $$& or I will pay for her change. That was very kind of him to do So. he was a gentleman the man behind me in the drive thru. I didn't accept his money and Starbucks didn't pay me my change. Jayden pocketed $17. After that I saw they were going to try something with police so I waited for 2 police To make u turn and leave. Didn't do wrong asked politely for my change back. I just paid $20 for one venti hot coffee, it's $3.25 not even a specialty latte, but just brewed coffee. I was only there 3 mins max entire time. I did not hinder any other customers. When I arrived I was the only one in the drive thru. I was gone in less than 5 mins from start to finish. this starbucks location is gung ho about making rude comments to Starbucks patrons, maybe you had homeless here last night idk but don't tell me that, they didn't return my change and thought I would forget, because of the odd comments Jayden made. they tried to call cops and not resolve the issue. Cops did not get out. Just watched while backed in in the parking spots. They did not get out or walk up. All in all it ruined my day and the man behind me did stand up for me he did say to the people at the window, give her her $17 dollars back or I will. I wish could have said thank you for kind gesture. We both Had to get out of the car because we're both ignored. Neither of us should have had to get out. In a drive thru. Because they shut the window and ignored everyone.for a few more mins. the man behind me had to knock on the window because they were ignoring all of the drive thru. That's not cool. When I called to resolve this issue to ask for refund for todays coffee and my change back, I had a nasty lady on the phone saying "they're busy" & "no manager" call back some other time. and "manager on vacation" What a poor experience. Don't treat customers disrespectfully. How about greeting your customers in a respectful manner, and returning their change and not making weird comments. I feel Jayden Should be let go. And fired. You made things much harder than it needs to be. be kind to strangers. And professional at work. Very bad experience. I guess that's why this drive thru line is usually empty. They push people away so don't want to come here. I don't spend money where I'm mistreated, hundreds of other great starbucks stores available. I usually get awesome service. The best thing about this Starbucks?!! The 24 hour Drive thru window!! sometimes you just want a coffee late at night, and it's good to know that this location is available to fulfill the craving. This Starbucks is on the smaller side, not much sitting area, but they do have an outdoor patio area so if it's a nice day, that's an available option. We went in about 2pm on a Tuesday. The young woman who took our order was friendly and took our order correctly. We went to sit down, but all of the empty tables were dirty. I went back to the counter to request a bar towel. Usually, an employee takes the hint and comes out to bus tables. Instead, I was ignored for several minutes. When someone did come over, she eventually brought me a dry towel, which doesn't clean anything thoroughly. Only half of our order was prepared, so we had to go back and request the other beverages. I was looking at their merchandise and they yelled at me not to touch it as if I was in a museum, even though it was behind glass and I was a solid 2 feet away from the items. Spend $6.15 on Marcha latte 4x a week and it's never full. There's always a ton of foam. If someone is paying $6 for a drink it should be a full cup. Always at least 3/4 empty. Once in awhile maybe 1x a month it'll be full. Lower the price of the drink of this is how it has to be served. read more

LONGEST WAIT EVER. I've been in this line for almost 15 minutes and have moved up two car lengths. I don't normally go to this Starbucks, so I'm not sure if this is just a management poor staffing issue or there is just no hustle inside. I would normally go inside a store but I have a four-month-old and a two-year-old in the car and so that's not an option for me at the moment. If you're looking for a quick drink on the go...
