Ice cream was delicious! One of the best shakes I've ever had and if you read my reviews, you know I've had one or two! Would have been 5 stars but they wrote down S'more instead of Moreo on one of the kids' and we had to wait to have it remade. It's loud inside (music and a decent crowd) so honest mistake but it took about 15min to get the remade ice cream. Normally I wouldn't be that concerned about it but the rest of us were done eating before the last one came out. My kids have eaten here several times and said the wait is typical since they make each order fresh. Doesn't bother me at all except the mistake took and extra 15min. I will eat here again and the ice cream/shake was very good. Not sure if stop by just for this since it's inside the mall and not convenient if you're just looking for a treat but if you happen to in or near the mall, I don't think you'll find a more tasty treat. read more

We came in for a treat after walking around the mall. The creamery is located toward the back near the food court sitting. The owner was working on a Saturday and he was friendly and offered us some suggestions on his favorite flavors. We shared a large homie between 2 people and it was perfect size. We choose the New Yorker which is a cheesecake flavor. It was rich fresh ice cream rolled with gram crackers, strawberries, and almonds. Very yummy. Also very cool decor inside. read more

This ice cream spot is located inside the mall, near the food court and the Round 1. We visited Rollin' with the Homies on a Saturday and although a few reviews commented on the staff, I thought that they were nice. The cashier even offered to fill up our water for us while we waited for our rolled ice cream. I can't remember exactly which one we got, but the total came out to $9.95. They have a couple of seating area, but since the storefront is right next to the mall food court, there's enough seating available. When we ordered, there was no line, so we got our food fairly quickly, but as we ate, they got a bit busy, so there is a bit of a wait if so. Overall though, I think this is a solid spot for a treat. read more

I have been to rollin' with the Homies multiple times and each time I've experienced mediocre service at best. The ice cream is most definitely not worth the terrible service. The cashier seems to hate working there with the way they treat the customers. At my most recent visit I went to order and left assuming my ice cream would be finished or at least almost about to be worked on. Instead my ice cream was pushed back and I completely understand that it was busy but several people who had ordered after me received their ice cream before me. Staff was not nice when I stressed this. Definitely not worth coming back I'm extremely disappointed with every experience here. Sadly it's one of the only options for rolled ice cream. I hope to see improvements in customer service in the future but until then I will not spend my money on poor service and mediocre ice cream. read more

I'm not giving 5 stars because of the business but instead because of the employee. I was there over the weekend and a girl was working I believe her name was Jade she was working the front taking the orders, and dealing with making an order for about 7 little girls plus the 6 people in front of us plus our ice cream after 20 minutes of waiting I realized she was the only one working and immediately felt bad. I watched people be rude, get upset about the wait, and complain yet no one realized that she was all alone by herself working and literally still being polite, still helping, and not getting frustrated. Her ability to remain calm and continue to help everyone was amazing. After 20 or so minutes of her struggling to get everyone serviced her co-worker walked in not acknowledging anyone in the line and just started making ice cream as though he didn't see the people standing in the line. Yet the young lady continued helping everyone and being polite she looked so exhausted at the end of the rush but did such an amazing job I just wanted to publicly acknowledge her. read more

I have noticed the owner responding to previous comments about rude service from the employees, mentioning additional training, but clearly, things aren't improving. My four children visited this past Friday evening (5/24/24) around 7 p.m. to get ice cream. The workers ignored them while taking other orders, were slow and unfriendly when finally taking their orders, and ultimately got the orders wrong. When our 17-year-old daughter pointed this out, the staff were belligerent and rude. When she mentioned that two of the orders were incorrect, they ignored her and then rudely told our 13-year-old son, "THIS IS YOUR ORDER," in a loud, angry voice, despite him repeatedly saying that it wasn't what he had ordered. Our son was distraught by the way he was treated. It is completely inappropriate to speak to any customer in such a manner, especially a young one. Our family and friends love trying new ice cream places, but we will not be returning to this establishment. Many other reviewers have highlighted this issue multiple times, but I don't believe real change is happening in employee training or customer relations. The business either needs to hire new employees, adjust the incentive structure to reward good service, or revamp the training program, as the current policies and training are clearly not effective. read more

Amazing service, amazing food, incredible scenery, and not overly expensive. The manager Tony and cashier Marin were incredibly friendly and warming. Not only was the ice cream delicious but also incredibly fresh. I was hesitant to order the New Yorker because of the cheesecake however it tasted FANTASTIC! My sister also had a recent addiction to the menu, the moreo shake, it was thick, flavorful, and delicious as well. I will absolutely be back when I am in the area. 11/10 experience. read more

My first "Rolled ice cream" experience. I'd say the ice cream was delicious, but it's a hefty price to pay for the "flair" and "presentation" of this icy dessert. A regular size for one person is about 6 bucks, a large is 8 bucks. When you see the amount of ice cream actually used it probably ends up to be the size of a single scoop. There were also some fundamental issues trying to eat this. The rolled ice cream is very hard and tightly rolled. If you don't let it melt a bit it's going to be tough to consume. They also offer two different types of spoons, but not at the same time. Some are very strong plastic like Yougurtland's, and others are flimsy black ones that are useless to cut the rolled ice cream. Tip - If it's just your family eating here, just get a large and share. It's expensive stuff, but the taste is delicious. read more

Ok so very weird rating but I'm not rating off of the food. I'm rating because there was a shooting that occurred in the mall that this is in. The girls that were working there at that time kept everyone calm, assessed the situation and as quickly as possible had us run out of the back door. I did not receive my ice cream but I received my life which is way better than any ice cream I'm ever gonna have. A few people in my group did receive theirs and said it was very good. I'm going to try to go back to see if they will either remake it or refund me. But overall everything was amazing and I can't thank them enough they. deserve a raise! Edit: ok so I'm saying this one day later, we went in and there were different girls working but they gave us a refund no questions asked. He made me an iced caramel macchiato that was to DIE FOR *much better than starbucks in my opinion* they had a cute little area where you could take pictures and the name of the store itself is such a cheeky play on words. This is great, creates its own ambiance within the mall. A medium is $8.00 see photos. About 4 workers on a Saturday night around 5:25 PM not too busy but a constant of 1-2 groups. They roll pretty quickly. 16 chairs/seats. 5 seating areas. More outside the area itself. They also have cold and hot drinks. Ranges about 2.75-$5. They have premade flavors and make your own flavor and for the price you pay it includeS 3 toppings. An extra .75 for any other extras...**TIP for the business: Get thicker/harder spoons. It's tough to break the ice cream in half to eat. The spoon almost bends in half. Other than that flavors are great. Service is great and quick. read more
