Moving here from the East Coast where Baskin-Robbins hasn't had much of a presence for the last decade (at least the places I lived) had me curious of what this place had to offer in 2020. I just happen to be in a parking lot with a Baskin-Robbins location while deciding it was time to get myself an ice cream cone. This small little ice cream shop offers a ton of different ice flavours of ice cream and a ton of different cone options for you. I ended up going with the "Mom's Makin' Cookies" and Rocky Road to top it all off on top of a sugar cone with sprinkles on the rim. The total came to around $5.25 and at the end of the day, I did not feel like the price was worth the end result. Both flavours of ice cream were okay, but it pretty much tasted no better then something I could of picked up from the grocery store for $3-$5. It just didn't win me over. Overall, 3 stars for being an average ice cream shop good if there's nothing else in the area. At the end of the day, Baskin-Robbins just doesn't have anything unique or special and even though the ice cream is solid, it just isn't something I'm ever going to crave. Literally just had the worse experience here. I go get a double scoop and a banana split after receiving my order I wanted to pay and leave but no the server attended to a few others and didn't process our order. Then a customer who walks in and knows who I'm assuming is the manger taller whit gentleman. He helps them and gave them their order for free and walked away and still didn't help us. So i finally I said I'd like to pay after waiting 20 minutes and watching him give others free ice cream and his response was "sorry I didn't see you there" but he had a whole conversation about his granny who is out on bond and has a warrant out for her arrest but didn't see the two customers waiting to pay this is truly horrible customer service I hope someone reaches out to me. read more

I've come to this location many times and I feel it has gotten better. On this particular visit, the normal crew of teenagers had additional supervision. Which made the experience pleasant and fast. With 4 families ahead of us, the line quickly descipated and I was able to get my mint chocolate chip. The ice cream at baskin robbins is always good in my opinion, but nothing ground breaking. Any basking robin location would be the same for me and my family to enjoy an ice cream but this location just became our favorite thanks to Nick , he did a great job , customer service was great , I seen nick how he would greet every customer and thank them for coming when they would leave with a positive attitude and a smile, you don't get to see that often, a person that loves their job and enjoys every second of it .
