I finally had a chance to go to Oming's Kitchen and it did not disappoint! This location is in the East Side, Sunrise Manor area in Las Vegas. Oming's Kitchen is a Filipino restaurant. There are two different locations in Las Vegas. My husband and I ended up stopping by this restaurant after going to the Age of Chivalry Renaissance festival. When we stopped by on a Friday afternoon, we were the only customers inside the restaurant. There was plenty of seating available! Looking over the menu, some of their options include the following Sinugba Pork Belly Sinugba Chicken Adobo Beef Sisig All day breakfast items (Tocino, Sausage) You can order these in combos as bowls or additional combos with pancit. Both my husband and I ordered the half n half combo with rice/pancit, 6 pieces of lumpia. He had ordered the Sinugba Pork Belly and I ordered the Adobo Beef. I normally see chicken or pork adobo, but I rarely see beef adobo! I had to try it out! While waiting, I filled up my fountain drink with Sprite. The meal was cooked fresh and was ready in about 15 minutes. The team member brought out the order from the kitchen. The beef adobo was thinly sliced. Green onions were put on top of the beef. The rice was underneath and was flavored like the beef adobo. The beef was scrumptious! The pancit was a seafood flavor pancit. It was good. The lumpia was deep fried perfectly. A side of sweet orange sauce was provided with the Lumpia. My husband enjoyed the Sinugba Pork Belly. The team members here are amazing and the service is fantastic! The food was great! I'm not in this area too often since it's far away from where I live, but if I am in the area again, I'll make sure to stop by Oming's Kitchen!

Made a random stop at this location. The place was clean and the service was great. We each got their plate of pork belly, chicken and adobo. The portions were huge and prices were reasonable.

1 lb. Pork Belly and Longanisa Breakfast

We ordered the pork belly and longanisa breakfast to-go. The pork belly was flavorful and tender, though definitely on the fattier side. The longanisa was perfectly cooked--juicy, sweet, and savory. There was a bit of a hiccup with the delivery (the driver got our order wrong), so we ended up picking it up ourselves. Despite that, the food held up well and was worth the trouble.

This Filipino joint did not disappoint! The place was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and provided adequate customer service. Omings is located in the shopping area off Nellisj Blvd. There are plentiful of parking. I ordered the combination bowl with pancit, lumpia, and pork belly BBQ. Outstanding flavor for all. The lumpia was small and cooked perfectly, taste of heaven. The BBQ was ahmazing , sweet and savory, the pancit was cooked perfectly and not dry. This place is a true hit representing Filipino culture and food! Don't forget the desert, the best halo halo in town... delicious.. Thank you, I will be back!

Ang Sarap!! So happy to have found this place! Casual and friendly! The Kuyas and Ates at work were warm, hospitable and welcoming! Staying true those Filipino values we're proud of! The food?!! Omg! As good as it gets! You can't go wrong! I visited twice in one week! For the value, you can't beat it! The portions are generous and the food tastes fresh! Can't get enough of the lumpia! Salamat po! More power to Oming's kitchen!

Longanisa Breakfast (Longsilog)

I ordered a breakfast plate which came with garlic rice, longanisa, and eggs. They were able to make scrambled eggs. The garlic rice was realllllly good. There were small fried crunchy bits of garlic. The rice was more on the drier side, which is how I prefer my rice. This was the perfect place to have a hearty breakfast. Sadly you cannot add pancit and lumpia and make it a combo like you can the bowls. So I ordered a side of lumpia. The lumpia was good, I felt like it could have been crispier (personal preference. The food did take a bit long to come out. There seemed to be a lot of mobile orders than people eating inside the restaurant. Inside is well maintained and clean. The tables on accommodate parties of about 4. If you come with a bigger group you may need to move tables or sit separately.

Came in for the pork belly bowl and lumpia and left fans. We will definitely be back just not sure what we will get next. Tasty and the flavors blend beautifully.

Followed my tiktok fyp, and it did not disappoint! Came in half an hour before closing, because we didn't realize they were closing early. The guy behind the counter was so nice and sweet, going over the menu with us and explaining everything. Went above and beyond in customer service. Heard we were staying at a hotel and gave up extra napkins, utensils and plates. We ended up getting the pork belly, some garlic fried rice and some lumpia. It was all so delicious. Will definitely come back again, when in town!

Halo-halo

I have always wanted to try authentic Filipino food and not any of the fusion places. I researched the area, and Oming's seemed promising. As someone who's not very familiar with the cuisine, I found what we ordered to be a bit disappointing. We ordered a sisig bowl and a sinugba chicken bowl, which we made happy so that we could try a bit of everything. Sisig was one of the items that I've always wanted to try because people always rave about the flavor bomb and crispy texture of the pork belly. The flavor was okay, but it wasn't crispy at all. It was also very oily and got boring after a while, but the lemon did help a bit. The sinugba chicken was too dry and salty for my liking. The pork belly may have been a better choice. The pancit left little to write home about as it wasn't very flavorful - it just tasted like rice noodles with veggies. I actually liked the lumpia as it was very fresh and crispy but my boyfriend thought it was just okay. Lastly, we ordered the halo-halo, which was probably the highlight of the meal. It was the perfect thing to end off our not-so-satisfying meal. I loved all the textures in the cup, from jellies to beans, palm seeds, evaporated milk, and the creamy ube ice cream on top. What's not to love? Overall, the items were a hit or a miss for my boyfriend and me. We felt like there are many other similar cuisines that taste better. But this could be because we're not familiar with Filipino food, or that we just didn't like what we ordered. The restaurant was clean, and the service was fine. I probably wouldn't be back though unless I'm craving for a halo-halo.

Sinugba pork belly

Okay, so I tried this spot this week and I have gone to the one on Blue Diamond but now I'm on this side. I tried the pork belly combo which includes lumpia Shanghai. I would've loved if it they had this and rice and I'd be fine, but I decided to get the combo so I can get lumpia and try another item with it. I didn't like the pork belly so much after a few bites tbh.. it was too sweet with the sauce but Filipinos love their food sweet and I can't. I asked what Sinugba meant and the lady told me it meant eel, but as I looked it up it means 'grilled'. It was perhaps the eel sauce she was referring to that was on it and it was a little too saucy for me. I would try other food here like the adobo bowl or something else with lumpia on the side for a combo meal!

I was searching for something different around my neighborhood and soo happy to find this place! The place a nice simple and staff was attentive. Surprised to see it empty but as I sat an enjoyed my meal a rush of pick up orders came in. Was going to be my first option but glad I stayed to enjoy it fresh. I ordered the Sinugba Pork Belly ( which I could out means grilled/roasted) and it was nicely grilled with a great sauce. I made it a "Happy" it adds more lumpia and pan it. Everything was great and huge portions. Loved the lumpia so much I took some to go. Next time I come I definitely want to come on a weekend when they offer their Lechon! Can't wait.

Pork Belly Combo
Amanda M.

A Cebuano owned / style Filipino place. We got the sisig and sinugba pork belly. You have the choice to "make it a combo" which comes with lumpia for +$3 of "make it a happy" for +$4 which includes lumpia and pancit. Not turo turo style, it is made to order. Sisig was okay for a quick fix but nothing special, and I wish it was a little more citrusy. The pork belly was my favorite.

The sides were also better than expected. The potato salad was especially good, and the mashed potatoes had a lot of flavor and paired well with the meats. My only disappointment was the smoke profile. I was hoping for a stronger smoke presence across the meats, and they definitely benefited from the sauces. Thankfully, the sauces were excellent, especially the mustard-based sauce, which added a great tangy kick and complemented the BBQ perfectly. Overall, I enjoyed the meal. The quality was there, the flavors were good, and it's a strong BBQ option in a city where great barbecue can be hard to find.

I grew up eating KC BBQ and and lived in TX for several years and had plenty of TX BBQ- this to me is decent BBQ but if you know and like phenomenal BBQ this isn't going to compete with that. Read so many great reviews so I had really high expectations. Again, kudos to the pit master. The tenderness of the brisket, pastrami and beef rib was the saving grace. The pork ribs are wonderfully juicy and packed with deep flavor, pairing nicely with the complimentary sweet BBQ sauce even though they do not strictly need it. Unlike most places where the pulled pork dries out, this one stays remarkably moist and savory throughout. Chili (4/5): A very unique side that is much thinner and more watery than a traditional chili, holding a texture closer to a thin spaghetti sauce. Despite the looser consistency, it is absolutely packed with a variety of delicious smoked meats in every single bite. Mac and Cheese (5/5): An exceptional side dish and a clear favorite of the meal. It's incredibly rich, creamy, and distinctively flavored with sharp cheddar, which gives it a much bolder and more satisfying punch than standard restaurant mac and cheese. Corn Bread (5/5): This side functions almost like a dessert, boasting an incredibly sweet, vanilla cake like taste. The high level of sweetness provides a nice contrast to the intense salt, smoke, and savory flavors of the massive meat plate. Logistics Tip: Parking is limited but manageable between the two adjacent lots, and there is a clean restroom on site. To help beat the intense heat, they generously provide complimentary bottles of ice cold water. Keep in mind that they hosted live music on the late Saturday morning that we went. While it adds a fun, energetic backyard vibe, it can get incredibly loud and makes chatting with friends difficult, so you may want to bring ear protection or plan your arrival time accordingly.

The sides held their own too, which always matters. We even stopped in the meat market before leaving and grabbed some chicken and beef links, some frog legs, and a few bones for the dogs The live music was a nice touch and really added to the vibe, and even though they were busy, the wait time honestly wasn't bad at all. Only thing I wasn't really feeling were the sauces, they just weren't my favorite. But everything else hit, so it didn't even matter much. Brisket is really good but a little dry in the mouth. Great Smoky flavor. The mouth-feel was just a little off. It was a little dry, but not bad. The pulled pork was wonderful. Nice Smoky flavor. Nice and tender and juicy. Felt great to chew in my mouth and did not feel dry. A+ for the Pork. The jalapeño cheddar sausage was amazing. Really well done. Flavor was great texture was great. Just a little kick, which was great. I always wish there was more kick, but I understand you got a cater to your customers. One thing I was kind of concerned about was the temperature of the coleslaw. It should be really cold, but it was just kind of a little bit of above lukewarm, but not really cold. Coleslaw should be cold. The mac & cheese was pretty good. Needs a little bit more liquid in it but the flavor was awesome. And it looks like they prepackage the Mac 'n cheese in containers and then sprinkle some cheese on top. That's a nice touch, but it makes the whole container of mac & cheese dry out. They only have one barbecue sauce. It was pretty good. But to me the best way to judge barbecue is if it doesn't eat barbecue sauce. And this did not need barbecue sauce. It was just a nice addition. Great ambience. Great music playing. Very clean and well kept area. I would definitely come back when I'm on this side of town.
