I just left this location. After waiting for a few minutes to be helped, I finally rang the bell. I ordered two take out bowls of the same size. (Medium) When I got home I realized that I was given one small and one what appears to be large. I specifically stated at the beginning, "I want two of this size, (pointing to the one in the middle of the cups), one with strawberry dream and the other the honey cornbread no mix ins" So one person gets more than the other? This is so wrong. Very disappointing experience. I wish I had known this before leaving a tip. read more

Very clean and always friendly. They have great selection of flavors to choose from. I can not remember the 2 that I chose but they have a menu for specialty ice creams and they have very good options. So the ice cream from what i was told is made by cold stone they don't use an outside source. So I was told? Thats like a really good thing because they don't use all those extra additives. I mean I would hope not. They make it on the cold stone in front of your eyes so that's fun to watch. I took my daughter and she got to see them mix and mash so she enjoyed that. They are actually really fast at preparing your orders. The ice cream is kind of on the pricier side but like I said they prepare it all in house. The flavors taste great rich and creamy the fruit is nice and sweet the waffle chips go great with the ice cream! I love it. The only thing is they are very fragile so you have to be careful when you try and scoop with the waffle chips. Inside it's very clean there's hardly ever a wait and if there is it's not long at all. They do accept tips. To be honest I almost feel pressured by how many times they ask for a tip. I know that sounds kind of rude to say. But there's like 2 signs before you get to the register then when you're praying they ask you if you want to tip and it's like uggh. I definitely don't mind tipping I just would rather not feel pressured to do so. Other than that the employees are friendly just not to talkative. But those location is lactated of Charleston and Sloan east Las Vegas. So if your ever in the area I would definitely give those place a shot if your in the mood for a little snack. My new favorite ice cream spot! I really enjoyed the cheesecake fantasy flavor. I recommend getting graham crackers on top. It tasted amazing. It is a bit expensive for ice cream. I got the medium sized cup and it was about $10. The service was good too she was quick and efficient. It wasn't too busy so we got served right away. I love this place I'll definitely be returning especially with the upcoming summer season. I can't wait to try the different flavors. I went in yesterday spend $50 and some change which didn't bother me. The lady at the register skipped the tip portion on the computer pretty fast. She gave me my receipt and it was the amount I paid. I left the store and went to petsmart. This morning I had another 10 charge on my card from crepe station after I had already left. This review is based on my afternoon visit at around 1:30 pm. So I get one of those expensive specialty made ice cream that you see on the walls and the end product turned out to look a lot like the ice cream that's been sitting in the sun for an hour. The problem was that the stone was not cold enough. I didn't want to sound rude but he could tell from my facial expression that I was about to say something and he still tries to sell it to me and offered a free waffle cup. I couldn't take it, and i asked if I could get a banana/strawberry lifestyle smoothie instead. I have been coming to this location for 3 years with no customer service issues. Unfortunately yesterday i encountered my first issue that happen to be with owner who was the only working. He was in the back doing something and took him 5 minutes to come out. Once he took my order he stopped to let me know that the toppings are extra as if it's clearly stated on the menu. I said okay then i asked if he can make it thick he made i as thin as possible then told me if i want it thick just order ice cream and he's not making it any other way nor do i have to buy it. First time coming in this location last Thursday (6/6/19) around 7-8 pm . I'm not a fan of writing reviews . But I thinking of starting too write now. I really enjoy the ice cream, frappe and the smoothies at cold stone . The customer service was very good the young gentleman and young lady was very pleasant. They had a smile in their face , made me feel very welcome. I really like that. Cold stone is not the cheapest. Walked in at the right time because 5 minutes after my husband and I walked in about 4 other parties walked in right behind us. Staff was super friendly and pleasant, she made everything correct. We got the biggest size because we just love Coldstones ice cream. It was about 10pm I guess everyone was craving ice cream, when it got busy the 2nd staff member that was previously up front went to the back and remained there for quite awhile, I felt bad for the other co worker especially since we already had a large order and the line kept getting longer. The 2nd staff member eventually came to the front when we were on our way out but hey team work makes the dream work don't ever leave a member hanging to do all the work and plus customer satisfaction! I used to go to cold stone with my family and enjoy family time getting a treat. This location used to serve/sell sugar free options for people that cant have regular ice cream. Today I called for the 6th week in a row and the manager (Justin) just told me rudely that they are not going to make not even one flavor sugar free. I even kindly explained to him that other locations offer a sugar free option, but they are far from where I live being that this particular location is exactly one mile from where I live. I easily spend $30 -$35 when I used to go and the fact that they don't care about the consumers that can't consume sugar is disappointing. read more

WoW, my 1st time EVER eating Cold Stone ice cream! I had no idea it was a so different from the cheap basic thrifty ice cream I'm so use to. Why didn't anybody tell me about this place? LoL I walked in, and was greeted by an employee who I told was my first time and let me try a bunch of different flavors before I chose. Then I looked at the wall and saw "signature creations" and decided to go all in! Go hard or go home I always say. Even on your very first try! LoL "The pie who loved me" was it's name. It was a scoop of cream cheese ice cream, crumbled up pie crust, crumbled up Oreo cookies, and fudge all mixed in, on a chocolate dipped waffle cone.... omg.... yaaaaaassssss! This cold stone is located next to my favorite nail salon. I'm not a huge fan of ice cream however my kids are. Katiana assisted us as soon as we walked in through the door she asked my children what flavor they wanted. I told her I didn't want big cups for them since I know they aren't going to finish a lot of ice cream. She advised they had a smaller size than the "i like it" And we got a scoop of cotton candy which was delicious and pistachio which is my favorite. I have frequented this store many times, lots of cakes, ice cream and goodies. In August I ordered a cake, it was not ready when specified and I had to accept a substitute that was outstanding. So I gave the store my business again for my daughter's 5th bday. I order 10 days in advance, paid in full for a Pink Sweetheart cake, 8x10 for our 25 guests, $39.99 plus tax. I called the day before to ensure there was no repeat of the delay I'd had in Aug. Pickup was at noon, (when they open) and the party was at 1pm. I was assured there were no issues and the cake would be ready. I get there early, they are open already, I see my daughters cake in the display and it is green, not pink. I explain I order a pink cake, I opened the book and showed them the picture and my paid receipt. My receipt is correct. I request a pink cake and am told (after a search) no pink cake is available. The guy serving me is the same guy that talked to me on the phone the day before and he tells me that they ran out of pink icing after I called, so they made it green. I explain that I am not taking the green cake, I want a replacement. With only 8in round chocolate on hand, (Again after a search of the store) I say I will take three round chocolates in exchange. Three rounds feed 24, so it is close enough. I asked for one of them to say "Happy Birthday Julie" and he takes them to the back to complete it. Out walks another man who identifies himself as the owner. He says I must take "my cake". I explain I ordered a pink cake, not green. He says I have to take the green cake. He ran out of pink icing so he made it green. I say no, I am not taking that cake. He insists. I say no, that ugly cake ain't leaving with me. I tell him again that I will except the three round cakes. He says no, they cost $71, I have to pay the difference. I say I am not paying extra for your mistake. He says I can then take the green cake. I tell him to stop talking about the damn green cake. I ain't taking it, it is ugly! He refuses to cooperate so I call my wife, who rightly starts to freak out about no cake for Julie's Bday Party. I asked her to look up the franchise owner online and this point the owner loudly proclaims "Take them!" and storms away. So I take them. No Happy Birthday Julie on any of them. Wrong cake, wrong color. And the owner has a WRONG attitude. He could have called me and explained, he could have walked over to the Albertson's 50ft away and bought pink food coloring! But he should have at least called. Then copping an attitude is just a nail in the coffin. They guy is an idiot,. Rude too. read more

The second employee on the floor then asked me if I was with him (my husband) and told me that I'd get helped by the same girl who was helping him. The Young lady that works there is very nice. Very clean place and service is always great when I go with my family.

The place was really busy we I walk into it, but I was still greeted very nicely. The staff was very friendly, and it was cool to be able to watch them make the ice cream. I order Chocolate peanut butter cup in a to a go container, a lot of ice cream :) When I got home we put the ice cream into the freezer (had to go to the store after), and in a couple of hours we were enjoying very tasty, creamy, and very good ice cream. I love Coldstone, and currently live in an area that doesn't have one near by. While out of town in Las Vegas, I found this store. I had received a coupon for my birthday that I thought I was actually going to get to use for once.... but I was informed at the checkout that phone coupons are not accepted. It's 2017. Really? I ordered 3 items, including a medium mudpie mojo. I know this item comes with Coffee Ice Cream (I substituted with sugar cookie dough natter), OREO Cookies, Peanut Butter, Roasted Almonds and Fudge. I didn't watch this made because I didn't think I needed to supervise. I opened my ice cream when I arrived at hotel and found I Apparently should have watched because what I received had almonds and Heath bar. In addition to this, we arrived at approximately 9:40. The signs states the stores close at 10. There are plenty of customers in the store with 2 employees behind the counter. One was making orders and the other was doing something else. We were not even acknowledged for the longest time. Then the second employee started to supervise the door, locking it behind customers as they left. When I asked if they were still open, she said yes, but they lock up at 9:50 so they wouldn't get a group to come in last minute and keep them there late. I have worked in retail plenty and I cannot believe this was their mentality. They would turn away paying customers so they didn't have to stay 10 minutes later? The counter was disgusting and some of the ice creams looked like they had been sitting for a long time, had melted and been refrozen. Let me tell you why this store specifically is full of bullshit! There's a girl in this store that is plain out rude, she's tall and light skinned. Not only did she give me some melted ass watered ice cream, she also refused to give me another one. I had to throw it in the trash it looked beyond disgusting. This is the closest cold stone to my house and I love this place. It's the best ocean you can get in my book. Only down side would be that it is a bit expensive but once you try it you will know why. I go to this place at least once a well and never have a problem. Just be ready for a line on hot days in the afternoon/evening. read more
