I've given so many chances when I go to this Baskin Robbin's. The customer service sucks. The girls taking orders and cashing out are laughing and talking to each other. I work in customer service so I know how we should be treating customers and this is not it. My orders have been messed up twice. I'm always having to repeat myself because they're too busy talking to each other to pay attention to the customers. The ice cream is great and it suck's that it's the only Baskin Robbin's in town. Super disappointing. Definitely need to retrain workers on their customer service or talk to them about taking their job seriously. read more

This location has a drive-through! That alone sets it apart from most other locations. I love coming here as the service is always fast and easy. The ice cream is yummy. The location itself is super cute. The door handle is their signature pink spoon, and the curbs in the parking lot are even painted pink. One of the best things about this store is the owner. I was at the Best Western next door and wanted to have an afternoon treat. This location is great and they have a drive thru too if you don't want to get out of your car. I got myself a Reese's peanut butter cup ice cream sundae with strawberry syrup and whipped cream on top. Used to love this shop a ton. Year by year the customer service aspect of the workers degraded. I went through drive through today around 8:30pm and wasn't even greeted with a hello, have a good night, F you, or anything. Even after greeting her first, she just stuck the card reader out of the window, handed me my ice cream, and shut the window. All of this was without a greeting or any eye contact. I know that Walt trains these people better than this, it's sad that they disregard the social aspect of interacting with customers. Our family's purchases may not be significant, but it's time we stop accepting the poor manner these high schoolers choose to treat us as community members. read more

I went to this location yesterday to buy my niece an ice cream cake for her birthday. We decided on the mini ice cream cones . There were about 5 employees,which to me seemed like too much for a small ice cream location, who did not bother helping me at the register. Two employees were gossiping at the drive thru window and the other three were busy gossiping with a customer who seemed to be their friend. I stood there for about 5minutes waiting for some one to check me out at the register. When it was finally time to eat the ice cream cones, everyone agreed that they tasted really gross . They tasted as if they has been sitting there a while. The cones were chewy and soft . The ice cream had a slimy taste to it. I would recommend they throw away old ones away and replace them frequently with new products instead of selling old slimy ice cream cones. read more

@Baskin Robins in Los banos. I am very disappointed in Holly who answered the phone. During these times of shelter in place I tried to call about what flavors are there for the6 to 8person cakes they had. She has said there was wayyy to many cakes and she wasn't gonna be able to go over them on the phone. I have been there several times. There's has never been over 4 or 5 of one size cake. I wanted to call ahead to get Gunners name put in it so I could just go through the drive thru being pregnant with Afib and diabetes if I don't have to go in I thought it was the best to use there drive thru. She starts talking to someone in the store"this lady wants all the flavors of the cakes but I'm taking an order what do I do" the other voice tells her "tell her you can't". Really I wanted a specific cake size not all the cakes and I want to order also. I also would not have minded waiting. If I could I would give them zero stars!! Went through the drive thru tonight and ordered a milk shake. I requested it be extra thick because they get watery in less than a few minutes. As I drove up I could see the OWNER talking his staff and laughing how I think getting it thick wouldn't be more expensive or something to that nature. I normally would go there about once or twice a week, but today they lost a loyal customer due to the lack of professionalize and or racism. Never would I recommend this place to anyone. Let me begin by saying their ice cream is great! Service is good. However, this location is weighing their portions. I left with a two scoop sundae that I literally finished in less than 4 minutes. It was that small. I understand the importance of portion control for a business owner, but you will lose customers that way also. I will be not be returning to this location. I hope your extra dollars you save is worth the customers you lose. When you have competition in town (Surfs Up Ice Cream). You can ill afford to lose customers to save some pennies on the dollar. rainbow sherbet for life!!!!!!!!! now that i got that out of my system, i have been eating br 31 since i was a kid. it started with rainbow sherbet... then additions of vanilla, rocky road, chocolate chip, etc have rotated through as a 2nd scoop option. additionally it's a perfect portion that leaves you satisfied and nothing is wasted. i hate big portions; leaving wasted ice cream and putting it in the freezer never provides the same results for a later eating. i love their sundaes sans cherry. we are a family that does ice cream cake for celebrations and with their recent addition of online cake ordering, it couldn't have made it any better. who doesn't love a cake that entirely made of ice cream with fudgy crumbles at the bottom. makes my mouth water writing about it. this location is great because they have ample seating, a staff that is always courteous and friendly, clean, and a drive through. a fan for life, if only you were on the east coast... carvel just isn't the same. read more

They are always out of flavors or dipped waffle cones. They can't take the time to put up any signs advising what they are out of.

I love the fact that this location is a drive-through it's really convenient being that it's so hot in town and I don't have to take my toddlers out of the car either. I have always experienced great customer service and my ice cream is always delicious. Overall a great place for a nice treat read more

The ice cream was as expected for 31 flavors: good quality, great selection of flavors, and a bit pricey. But what I really appreciated was the service. My least favorite thing about ice cream shops is the apathetic teenagers who usually work there. Not so for this place. All the staff were professional, and Jacob, who served us, was fabulous. They're all running around like chickens with their heads cut off maybe have a manager there that knows how to manage those girls looked like high schoolers Their attitude wasn't all that great either. A Baskin-Robbins with a drive-thru - sounds like a great idea. But I'm typically driving westbound on this stretch of Highway 192, and the ice cream is on the eastbound side of this often-busy road. Is it worth it to brave oncoming traffic? Well, sometimes, you just need some Peanut Butter and Chocolate. But please, be safe. Sit down and eat your cone. There's no way to safely navigate your way across two lanes of highway traffic with a cone in one hand. read more

I love this Baskin Robbins!! The drive to Fresno to pick up my son at college, I stop and get the yummy Reeses Sunday is to die for. :) The way back is a cappuccino blast to get over the pass. I love the colorful ribbons that were on the ceiling and the staff is so fun and happy. Not only does the ice cream make you feel good but the happy go lucky staff are great. This is by far the best Baskin Robbins I have been to in a long time. It has the pink spoon door handle that I love to see, a restroom which is rare, streamers hanging from ceiling, and it's a drive thru. The young girl who took our order memorized everything. Was a great experience! read more
