Small and quiet place to grab cookies to go. There was only one person working on Labor Day, but she was able to get out the cookies in a timely manner. As soon as you walk in, she greets you while preparing other orders. There is plenty of parking outside. I love that they had the cookies of the week on display, just wished they had a name underneath them. We got the six pack and got all the flavors. All the cookies tasted good, especially the pumpkin caramel and the mystery flavor " Oreo Birthday Cake". I am not a big fan of fudge, but others in my group said the Toffee Cookie was good as well. read more

Warning: cookies are huge. What a fun place to go. They have ordering tablets, and a small selection of flavors. The rotating flavor selection keeps things fun: however, since you don't know what the mystery flavor is until you get there, and weekly flavors aren't posted online, my friend felt it was tough on her picky palette, and she sometimes goes in and doesn't get anything if the flavors aren't what she likes. Point being, it would be nice to know what flavors are ahead of time. But other than this comment, it's a fun shop to stop at and share a cookie. Be prepared to pay $5 for that cookie. read more

Didn't know there was a Crumbl in Los Banos until my folks got a free cookie voucher in the mail. Since my folks are not fans of cookies, I took it upon myself to use the voucher. I came in and oh my the smell! I love the smell of cookies baking! At first I was going to do a self-order but the cashier saw me and said she can take my order. I was confused as to what I can order. They had a display of cookies, with 2 different sizes. I thought we could order the small sizes but was told those were for catering orders only. Makes sense. I got the 4 cookie set. I ordered the chocolate with raspberry frosting, milk chocolate chip, Neapolitan and vanilla glaze with Cinnamon Toast Crunch. The voucher was for a free milk chocolate chip. Apparently that wasn't included in the 4 cookie set as that offer is separate. After I paid, the cashier said to wait in the pick up area for my order. I didn't have to wait long. About 5 minutes. The lady that brought my order showed me the cookies to make sure they were correct. I tried the milk chocolate first. Moist on the inside and crispy on the base and outer layer. The chips were not gooey which is what I like. This was not too sweet especially since it's milk chocolate and not dark. The chocolate with raspberry frosting reminded me of a brownie. It has that fudge texture. The raspberry flavor of the frosting is noticeable, but not super potent. This was also not sweet despite the frosting. They coat the cookie with a thin layer which I think is the reason why it wasn't too sweet. The Neapolitan was a chunky piece. 2 layers of cookies with frosting on top. Chocolate cookie on the bottom and sugar cookie on top. Cookies were moist. Base and outer layer were not as crispy as the milk chocolate chip. This was surprisingly not intensely sweet even though there were 2 cookies and a layer of frosting. The last cookie I tried was the vanilla glazed with Cinnamon Toast Crunch topping. I was eager to try this the most as the topping is one of my favorite cereals. Unfortunately this was the sweetest of the bunch. I think the topping made it sweeter. The sweetness of the cereal can be died down with milk but on a cookie, not so much. Maybe if you drank milk to go along with the cookie, it might make a difference. Overall my favorite was the milk chocolate chip and least favorite was the vanilla glazed. read more

Omg it's about time they opened one in our small town of Los banos!!! Let me tell u about this place. A lot of staff, varieties of cookies were good. Grand opening seemed packed of course but worth it to go. I did the 6 pack of the large cookies, more to share around with lol. Ordered pink lemonade, lemon cream, choco cream pie, choco chip and snickerdoodle. Pink lemonade was too tangy n sweet. The rest of them were very good, chewy with a good texture. Although the cookies are soooo sweet I would say....so if u are a very sweet tooth then this is the cookie place for u to try lol in all honesty. Staff was very friendly, did not wait too long for the cookies. Hopefully next time I do go back they will have another different batch of varieties to try. My friend bought three relatively expensive desserts (over $20 mini gourmet pies) for gifts for me for three good friends locally (including me) during the holidays, and we thanked him for the gifts but sadly none gave him positive feedback. Added to this was poor customer service by untrained employees who seemed to discriminate against seniors and veterans like him when he asked them to take my order directly versus their two in-store AI interface devices and merely asked them for a senior or veteran discount prior to payment (whos request was denied!). Starbucks next door gives better service and products but we don't go there anymore either for other reasons. PS: please note that we will not respond to some canned and discourteous AI response that states "reach out at crumbl.com/contact so we can understand your concerns better" since the store manager/franchise owner should be held responsible for this issue and respond via Yelp accordingly. read more

Just wanted a single cookie, couldn't figure out the kiosk menu. No one in shop except one gal with her back to the door scooping cookies. She came forward finally & placed the order. They had their soft opening today. We got the peanut brittle ice cream, a chocolate chip cookie and the chocolate silk cookie. The silk cookie was to rich for me but my daughter liked it. The ice cream was pretty bland. The chocolate chip cookie was very good. Overall I think the cookies are too expensive. They hyped up their opening with balloons and lots of staff. I was passing thru Los Banos, CA today and just happened to see crumbl cookies there! OMG! SOOOO good! I am a total fan of the Kitchen Sink cookie from Panera and the chocolate chip and the chocolate chocolate were every bit as good! I bought 2 of each and they were put in a lovely box and I told the 2 very nice associates that my husband was going to shake his head at me......and he did but he loved them too!
