Baskin Robbins is so overpriced that we have not returned. Staff was friendly, but it's too expensive per scoop.

Freezer burned. So frozen they had trouble scooping it. Shrugged when I tossed in the trash and "Oh well". Will not return.

Terrible customer service by the two evening employees. Definitely won't be going back here.

This Russell Stover outlet store is connected to the factory which employs between 300 and 500…read morepeople. The store has an amazing selection of chocolate and other sweets as well as ice cream. When you walk in you're greeted and given a sample to try. The backroom has all of the candy that is a little older but still not expired, but at lower prices. They also stock what they call bloopers which are the candy that may look a little odd but still taste great. In addition to Stover's, they also make and sell some other national brands which they acquired years ago, like the Whitman's sampler.

I visited the Russell Stover store a few years ago when it was in its old building and was entirely…read morean outlet store. On this visit, I was surprised to see an entirely new building on the lot where the old one used to be. The new building looks like someone's large, fancy house and has a nice seating area with tables outside, in case you want to enjoy your treats before you leave. We walked in and were greeted with the sweet scent of chocolate. We immediately tried some samples of their caramel apples, which were delicious. They have a variety of truffles and other treats in a glass case at the front that are sold individually, as well as ice cream and coffee. Someone asked us right away if we needed help or wanted anything from the cases. The rest of this part of the store is a great selection of pre-packaged hard candies, chocolates, Jelly Belly dispensers, and gift boxes. They also have several shelves of sugar-free treats, including chocolates and hard candies, which was nice to see. At first I thought that everything was regular price and there was no longer an outlet component. Then I realized that the front of the store is full price candy, while the large, Costco-esque room in the back is the outlet section. A piece of advice - check the expiration dates when you're browsing this part of the store. While chocolate doesn't exactly go bad the second the clock strikes the expiration date on the package, the candy they had back there that hasn't expired yet will likely taste fresher and better. Some of the outlet candy was from Christmas and Valentine's Day and was rapidly approaching its expiration date, while some had expired back in 2016. I realize that this is to be expected in a discount section, but it's just something to be aware of.

Look, I didn't drive all the way to Montrose, Colorado just for the Sonic. But I also feel like I…read moreneed to tell you that this was my first ever Sonic experience and it probably had to happen on a vacation when we wanted a fast breakfast to eat in the car on the way to the national park. So that's the story, we rolled in and opted for the drive-thru instead of the drive-in, and I was introduced to the breakfast burrito, which is more of a torpedo. I also saw that croissant sandwich, which seemed acceptable. Under normal circumstances, I wouldn't make too much of it. But in the time of COVID, I feel like Sonic came through. Stay in your car. Or go through the drive-thru. It's not fancy food, it's not local food, but they have the convenience piece nailed down. I gobbled up my breakfast and hit the park. It was super easy, super fast, accurate, and totally acceptable. Much love in the time of coronavirus for being super distanced.

This location is dirty, inside and out, and the entire property is in poor condition. If they care…read moreso little about their property I'm not surprised they seem to care so little about getting a simple order correct. I got to the drive-thru window and it looked like it had been attacked by slobbering Labradors, YUCK. Finally got my ONE item, a milkshake, and drove away only to find a mile down the road that it was almost completely melted. I'm not coming back.
