I would leave zero if I could still leave a review. This has to be the most poorly run Dairy Queen I have ever been to and I've been to them in Ohio Texas, Arizona and Colorado. Went there last night to pick up an order it was supposed to be ready at. I don't remember the time sat there and waited. There was another guy there who was waiting and as he got the order they tried to give him the wrong order and then waited additional 10 minutes as the employees were yelling and screaming in the back having a good old time and not taking care of the business I don't know who the manager was, but if there was one they are completely incompetent. Thankfully, Baskin-Robbins is right down the street and there you don't have that type of crap going on. I will never return there. read more

Their ice cream is good, but it's so expensive. I got a large ice cream and it was $7. And they NEVER HAVE CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM. Why do they NEVER HAVE CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM??!! We stopped here for a late lunch, wife stayed in the car while I went in to order. (towing a trailer so didn't use the drive thru). Wife wanted a cheeseburger. They only had two chicken sandwiches, one turkey, and two hot dogs on the menu. So I opted for two turkey club sands... it took them quite awhile to assemble and there was only one other customer waiting. I got them and took them to the car.... They were awful. Cold, and should have been toasty. and not at all very good. We've had turkey san's at other DQ's that were WONDERFUL, which is why I ordered them here. BIG MISTAKE and we won't be back. The folks behind the counter obvious have NO CLUE on how to put this sandwich together...or else the franc hise owner has opted to make them as CHEAP as possible, as they were NOT good. Came in on the evening of the 17th 4 kids and an adult One lady and her children were picking up a cake All three employees were Ewing and awing over what a nice job they had done decorating the cake 5 minutes later still waiting as all three are trying to force the cake into an insulated bag the lady had brought We have yet to even be acknowledged Couple minutes later a family of four comes in and after several minutes with the cake lady one of the employees finally acknowledges the other customers in the store She proceeds to wait on the second family through the door. The other two employees still admiring what a great job they did on the cake I won't even mention the 2 cars in the drive up who were ignored for at least the same 8 minutes we were And out the door we went NEVER TO RETURN read more

For three nights in a row, my wife and I have attempted to go through the Dairy Queen drive thru at approximately 8:30 PM. Well before the posted close sign and every time it says they're closed with a line of cars behind us. As we pull forward to the window the store is clearly not closed. I am always so impressed with the people running this dairy queen. for being so young, they run this location like a well oiled machine. my order is always correct, timely, and absolutely delicious. you can tell these guys work as a team to create a great costumer experience. this little place is a great addition to the community! read more

I would've given this place a zero if it were an option. I came here around 530 pm and it was closed! Their hours says closes at 9 pm. However, the workers were hiding in the corner all sitting around socializing like wtf? No one even got up and bothered to come out to explain why they're not open when they're supposed to. I'm torn lol. Who doesn't like Dairy Queen? Most of us can agree a nice cool treat on a hot day is the way to go. However, being charged $2.19 for a water?? $2.19 for a cup of tap water. Now, I love their ice. Don't get me wrong. Come on though, $2.19 ? I don't mind paying .50 for the cup. I have a problem however paying for 1/2 a box of cups. Don't the children that work there. First off the menu was very limited. When we pulled up to the window no one was there to take our money and even then our order took way to long and when we got our chili cheese dogs the hot dogs were nearly frozen. read more

Their employees need to be more knowledgeable about the ingredients they use in their food. I ordered an orange Julius for my daughter, asked the lady if they were made with dairy. (Which I know, it's Dairy Queen, and I could have googled before hand but I was driving & in the drive through) She assures me they weren't so I ordered one for my daughter and I. Come to find out they have at least a cup of milk in them, and my daughter is lactose intolerant. Now she'll be suffering from painful eczema breakouts & probably a pretty bad tummy ache very soon. I understand this is business is under new ownership but after 2 visits they MUST get their act together with getting ALL employees to be pro active and not just joke around behind the counter, waiting to be told what to do, when the customer is waiting for their order. The reviews haven't been good for 2 years and the review today doesn't improve. 6:12pm and young employees laughing and having good time. We go in to order and girl at restaurant is sullen.
