Literally called me 10 minutes before my cake was suppose to be picked up. They said they didn't have it or they couldn't make it.

We came at around 8:40 and the doors were locked... we then went through the drive-thru and were ignored twice. Then at the window we were talked to and told they close at 9, although the window said 9:30. We then said we wanted banana splits and then told they never have bananas. Anyways, super disappointing experience. And if those are your hours, please change them! Thank you. read more

The word disappointment doesn't even begin to describe picking up this cake. Not only did they not have the flavor ice cream that was requested but now I have this hideous cake for the party it was ordered for tonight. When I inquired how it should be stored the employees response was "I didn't even know we made these here." And that she didn't know it should be stored or how to close the box once opened. This was after waiting about 10 minutes while we watched them drop food on the floor and service the customers at the window. The price for this cake is overpriced considering what you end up with. I wasn't even in the mood to argue with the workers about their horrible service. Why would you give me a milkshake and not fill the cup to the top? She filled the cup about 3/4 and handed it to me like, "here, take it and go." I looked at her in disbelief and just walked out. I wasn't in the mood to compete with ignorance. Despite being ripped off I still drank the watered down shake. What I don't understand is the lack of effort to make sure customers receive good service. I just don't understand why you take customers money and then give them crappy products. If you hate your job, find a new one. Stop doing a disservice to customers. We spent $17 on 3 donuts and two watery milkshakes. I hope the donuts are much better than the milkshakes. All I can say is DO BETTER or find a job that makes you happy. read more

This building shares space with Dunkin' Donuts and seemingly they share employees as well. When I walked in, everyone was in the back, and busy. One person came out rather quickly and started handling business, so no complaints there. If you look around, you see several deals such as 12 classic donuts for $6 from 12 to 6pm, $2 small coollatta drinks, and the such. Overall, this place is clean, semi efficient and decent customer service. Outside of daily deals, this place does not separate itself from any other chain in the lineup. Most of the times I come here, and haven't been here in @a year is because they are almost ALWAYS out of my favorite flavor, chocolate peanut butter. I have other ice cream places that I enjoy- Cold Stone or Menchie's Yogurt. Please don't waste your time or money here. They need new management. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. To the owner of this place, do a better job of hiring adequate employees and provide better training, I walk in and it's like the place is ran by 12 year olds. I placed an order for a birthday cake A WEEK ago, I called today in the morning 10am to confirm that it would be ready and was assured that it would be. I come into the store to pick up the cake just to see that the cake decorator was walking out and said "oh he will take care of you and refund you" before I could even say anything. She knew she messed up. My cake wasn't ready and they cancelled my ordered, they didn't call me to let me know so I could prepare, they provided no solution to the matter at hand, and when I asked to speak to the store manager I got a smart ass remark "oh they won't be here until three days from now" what?! We've visited this store a few times since it opened and each visit we have been consistently disappointed. We just left the store after waiting 7 minutes with three little children under 5. Of the five employees working, not one acknowledge that we existed as we stood at the ice cream counter. This has consistently been out experience: out of product and unprofessional employees, a clear sign of poor management. Just paid a visit to this location for an iced coffee. My order was a small, vanilla iced latte. When I reached the window I was offered a small vanilla latte, hot. We noted the mistake, received an "oh" in replace of an apology and were left to wait on the correct order. I then received a medium, iced vanilla latte. When I noted the order was incorrect after I questioned the price change, the response was "you ordered a small?" and my husband's payment was taken and the drive through window was slammed. While we received a small size price and I'm sure a mistake is frustrating, customer service and professionalism should still be exhibited. Don't go here if you want anything on the menu! Not kidding!!! We walked in right before 6 and we wanted to grab ice cream and a smoothie. First of all they "ran out" of vanilla I've cream. They didn't have waffle cones, we asked for a smoothie they didn't have purée for the smoothie and the people didn't even care to find a solution of hell even go t the back to see if they had anymore. Took my grand daughter out for an ice cream date. There are 3 locations for BR ice cream within a handful of miles. I originally was going to go to the stand alone location because I figured it would have the best (full) selection of flavors. But I scanned the photos and saw the ice cream counter here which looked like it had a good variety. Well, I wish I had gone with my original plan. We get here and the selection is full of doubles (two or three of the same chocolate, 2 strawberries, two of the peanut butter chocolate, etc.) and there were a few empty spaces as well. major bummer! We ordered, and sat down. We needed napkins. I got up to get some, and the dispenser was empty. I asked the man for napkins... he said they don't have any and gave me paper towels instead. Seems like they are skimping on things. (After scooping my waffle cone, he offered me the spoon he used to push down the ice cream on my granddaughter's sugar cone, instead of giving me a clean spoon.) the place was clean, and if you don't care about having a selection, this place is fine, but next time I'll make the drive. read more

Drive thru worker was rude and got both my order and my husband's order wrong. When I told her mine was wrong she gave me attitude and tried to tell me it was right. Used to come here often, when it first opened. Service and quality were great, but then original employees left and the place has gone down hill in a matter of months. There doesn't seem to be any good oversight of the employees. Almost never fails that when I order something, a machine a broken and they can't serve the item or they are just out of product. AWFUL!!! I've been here quite a few times and not once have they gotten my order right. First time they didn't even put our order in, so they took our order at the window and made us park. We had to wait 20 minutes for our order, the only reason we waited was because they already took our money. Second time they charged me for two large coffees when I order medium and wouldn't give me a refund because their manager wasn't there. I have been to this location twice. Both times my experience has been bad. I went about two months without visiting the location in hopes they had hired better employees but that isn't happening. One of the employees had the audacity to tell me not to pick "chocolate flavor" because it was too hard for her to scoop. My son's kid scoop had very little ice cream and the employee still got an attitude when I asked her to please give me what I had paid for, nothing more, nothing less. It would get a negative review if possible. The first time I went in, Me and a friend each ordered a quart. the employee barely filled it to half and charged us. I showed her and asked her to add more. She begrudgingly started to then stopped and walked away. Another employee saw and came over to finish the job. She didn't even fill it or weigh it. This is my favorite place to have ice cream 9 out of 10 times. But I came here to this location specifically because it happens to be closer to my house. I move I will never repeat in my life again. I usually hit the Baskin-Robbins on 2920 in front of the Kroger next to the childcare business. And tonight I was reminded why I came here after playing with the kids in the park and my grandfather to get some ice cream I was charged $15 for 4 of the smallest balls of ice cream I've ever seen in my life one of those was a double scoop but it didn't even equal a single scoop of the ice cream that I'm used to seeing it every other Baskin-Robbins location. I am most displeased if you are coming here expect to pay a lot for next to nothing the staff is nice but they don't know what they're doing. I ended up not having any ice cream I was that upset. read more
