Review #952 Posted on 10.14.25 We came here on Saturday the 11th after a few soccer games. Our coach hooked all the girls up and bought them all ice cream. I have to say, the worker there did a great job getting all the ice cream served very quickly for all the people that were in there. Baskin Robbins to me has always been solid, I get they serve dreyers but I like dreyers. It's a timeless brand in my opinion. I also like their sundaes too. You can pick the toppings, classic toppings, IE Carmel, fudge, whip cream, nuts, etc. Not gummy worms, and every candy you can think of lol. I'll keep going to Baskin Robbins. Roman was amazing! We asked if the Twix ice cream had peanuts because our daughter is allergic. He said no but since it was processed in a plant that had cross contamination he said he wouldn't risk it. She ended up going with the cotton candy, but before he scooped her ice cream, he washed all the equipment and washed his hands all the way up to his elbow before he scooped her ice cream. We very much appreciated that and for anyone who have allergies to peanuts or kids that are allergic to peanut this Baskin-Robbins has a case that only has peanuts and another case that doesn't have peanuts at all, it's so good to know that. Roman was super kind and gave so many samples to the kids. If Roman is working, just know that your kids will not have cross-contamination or an allergic reaction ! He was amazing! read more

Been to better run ice cream stores. Not sure who runs the place but they don't know how to train the help or stock supplies. Out of caramel topping, only had hot fudge and peanut butter toppings. This place really makes Baskin Robbins look bad. Next time I will have to go elsewhere, the place was not very clean either, with ice cream on the floor for customers to walk on. read more

We got an email today saying buy one two scoop Sunday and get the second free and they would not give it to us. It's also in the app and the guy just kept saying it wouldn't scan. There was no kind of oh I'm sorry I don't get it. The store also looked rundown and dirty with do not slip signs just thrown on the floor over what seemed like no mess at all. Very bad experience. They need to either train the employees better or don't have coupons in the app that aren't real. read more

We had a young man Roman helping us. He made the experience fun, he engaged in conversation. Most young ppl these days often don't talk or make eye contact. But Roman did. Was very nice. Ice cream was delicious as expected.. over all good time. read more

This place is amazing the cakes are good and service is as well. The Employees are nice and friendly.

I ordered an Oreo's cookies and cream pizza on Uber One and it arrived here exactly as pictured on the website. The service was amazing. Received email that said they have 2 vegan flavors (chocolate and chocolate chip dough). My wife and I had totes them. We did see another non dairy flavor but I think it was water based. These are actual ice cream. Both flavors are delicious. We couldn't pick a favorite. Both are super decadent and rich in flavor. Being the gluttons and self indulgent people that we are we each got two scoops. Bad move.. it was WAY too much goodness. The place is clean, the staff were friendly and attentive. My only issue was the waffle bowl I got tasted a bit old. I thought they're made daily and maybe so but what can I say I know what I tasted and it tasted Stale. read more

Disappointed. Drove down to the store only to see the worker closed at 8:26 when a 10pm closing time is advertised. Winter hours is understandable, however there was nothing notifying of a change in hours & 8:26pm is a strange time to close. Worst service I have ever experienced. Stood in line for 30 minutes. There were 7 people ahead of me. Not one person working acknowledged any of us. After several people walked out without service, I asked how long until our orders would be taken. One of the three people working (on door dash orders only) said they have to fill door dash orders first. Poor management. read more

Came at 9:57pm today and the door was locked. There were customers inside and I was knocking on the door. The customers were looking at me; however, the workers did not. I knocked harder until they opened the door. I showed them the time on my phone and said that I had been standing at the door for 2 minutes. This is unacceptable!!! There were two female workers and one male worker. The male worker was polite, but the female workers look annoyed. I will not be returning to this location. read more

We went in at 9:50 tonight and were told we could not pay with cash as they had already closed out the cash drawer. I asked why they closed it early and they said "it's only 10 mins." This time when we walked in they were all sitting down in the back talking and did not greet us in any way but acted like we are bothering them. Brought my kids for ice cream tonight at 7:30. The girl who was working was very friendly and the store was clean. I would come back again.

Funny story came here the opening day... By accident. I was looking for Thai food saw NOW OPEN so I went in! I was highly satisfied with the quality of customer service.
