I foolishly have been going to this franchise for 18 months and they are always out of at least half of their flavors. The young staff when told about this could care less. I don't blame them. However once again today, no Strawberry mango their flavor of the month; nothing chocolate at all; and oftentimes today included, what comes out of the machines that do happen to work is milk. Shame Most importantly, the young man came out today and wiped up the machines with a napkin. This is dairy and dairy is known to harbor salmonella and a host of various bacteria. All those machines on the front end that we the customers see need to wiped down with wet clean cloths. And lastly, I do not know what goes on behind the wall of the counter--you have to call them out and they act annoyed as if you interrupted them making out or something like that read more

I went this past Wednesday to the Yogurtland at the Visalia mall and at first I was extremely disappointed when the manager mentioned that they only had two favors of fro-yo that included the orange citrus and the rainbow pop, as we proceeded to walk out to the mall exit, the manager kindly stated that they closed, at that point I asked the two ladies up front if they have any sample containers so that we can try the two flavors they had, and she gladly gave us some mini cups and mentioned that if we liked any of the two remaining flavors they would be on the house, she apologized for the awful inconvenience and continued to apologize and hopefully this freebie may change our minds about this location, to my amazement when I tried the flavors, they were great, and the manager and the lady behind the counter were so nice, saying that they were so short on all the flavors due to the fair pop up event in the Visalia parking lot, I asked for their names and let them know I'd be giving them an awesome review because their customer service skills were amazing and managed to turn a bad experience into an amazing one, I will be coming back for more just because these two amazing ladies work here. Service on a Friday night at 8:30 was zero stars for me. Upon entering, we were ignored by two young girls who were busy on their phone and in conversation amongst themselves. We weren't greeted or spoken to. My husband asked"Do you have sample cups?" and the reply was "no." Nothing more was added. I wanted to try the dairy free options. My husband proceeded to try and converse with the two young girls and asked if "is it that you no longer give samples or are you out?" Reply was "we're out." As my husband was paying, the two girls decided to continue their conversation and failed to initiate any convo or implement qualities essential to good customer service. However, there was a "thank you" from the girl who cashed us out before she returned to her seat next to her coworker to continue their conversation as they leaned in and swiped their phones. Food quality: The strawberries from the toppings bar were bad and my husband had to pick them out to throw them away. After a nice dinner, we chose this place for some froyo...bummer. read more

On Friday night the hours are 12-11pm. We arrived at 10:40pm and the sign on the door is flipped to close. The worker inside pointed to the sign indicating it's closed. I don't know if they just want to leave early for the day or being racist. I find that the yogurt from this place is hit or miss. Sometimes the consistency is good and other times they melt right away just like a smoothie texture. My suggestion is... if it's 20-30 min before close time, don't bother show up. They might be closed and you will waste your time and leave empty handed. If they want to close early they should change their business hours online and on their website!! There used to me more options for yogurt in Visalia/Tulare. Hopefully they reopen soon so we'll have options than just this bad service yogurt place in the mall on Mooney. read more

If I could give this place zero starts I would I saw some girl name Monique she said she was the managers to these young ladies and was yelling at them for food she throw away that was there's and from the sound of it it was pretty expensive food and all she kept on doing was yelling and walking away and came back and yelled again and I had my child and grand baby with me this was unprofessional of her to make a scene at her job I saw with my eyes her go and throw away the food and came back and laughed with a coworker I think that was so rude and disrespectful of her she should get fired because women like her make The business look bad!!! read more

I once loved this location! They had delicious fruit and variety of yogurt flavors and sizes. They were prompt and clean even with the busy mall schedule. Then I went and got strawberry leaves in my yogurt which are not suppose to be eaten because they can be toxic in certain stages of ripeness. I also had a pineapple thorn in my teeth from my chunks of pineapple gross . I attributed it to the young new guy that was helping me. I went back a week or two later and the strawberries had leaves in them and I explained to the worker that it was not appropriate to serve strawberries with leaves and her response it depends on who is chopping it. Please train your employees of the hazards of food before someone gets sick. read more

I absolutely adore Yogurtland. They have such a friendly staff, ready to greet you and offer you tiny sample cups to select from their variety of normal and new flavors. The fruit is so fresh and wonderful. The yogurt is cheap as well! An entire cup of yogurt with a lot of fruit came out to around three dollars. I was traveling with my daughter from Rancho Cordova and we stoped by Yogurtland because we have one by our house. The two stores couldn't be more different. The Fair Oaks store is way cleaner and more friendly than the Visalia store. I was severely disappointed coming to this store. The machines had yogurt splashed all over, and the toppings were a mess!!! We came right at opening and the gentleman (the manager) was far from friendly, he was extremely short with us. He was rushing and trying to get us out. Needless to say, we will not be returning. I will be glad to go back home and return to Fair Oaks Yogurtland. read more
