My older two have always done great but my little one has been apprehensive. Today we went for cleanings and the hygienist (really wish I remembered her name) was so sweet and patient with my youngest. She literally sang her a song during her cleaning. At the end of the appointment my little one was happy and so proud of herself. What a relief! Dr. Kwon always does a thorough check at the end and gives helps suggestions for at-home care. Me and my kids love it there, we highly recommend it. Thank you! Side note: we had to reschedule a few weeks back, it was last minute, morning of, and they were completely understanding & did not charge any fees.

Maybe they're great with people who have average-slightly above average dental anxiety. But for someone with literal dentist phobia, you will not be treated with any more patience than anyone else who experiences no clinical distress just by stepping foot in the office. If you have questions about your insurance, the receptionists are quick to CORRECT you, not have any type of patience to explain or ask clarifying questions. Again, these guys are probably fine if you have no issues going to the dentist. But if you already have issues, don't bother trying here.
