When I picked up the car I mentioned a couple scratches on another bumper that I suppose happened in a parking lot. He said wait a moment and he would see if they could rub it out.... Perfect Fit or Perfect Shit?…read more I've hesitated to make this post, but after today I feel people deserve to know my experience. In November, I had my valve cover gaskets replaced. Less than a year later, I went to change my spark plugs and found a large amount of oil in every spark plug well except two. Now I'm having to replace the valve cover gaskets all over again myself. That's not even the worst part. I also had my entire suspension replaced there in November. Within about a week of driving, one of the struts came up through the wheel well, leaving a huge hole that had to be repaired. On top of that, I later discovered my right front brake caliper wasn't even bolted on. These aren't minor mistakes, they're serious safety issues. If you want a shop that stands behind its work and you want your vehicle repaired safely and correctly, I cannot recommend taking your vehicle here based on my experience. I gave them my trust, and now I'm paying to fix their work myself.

Again, the additional repairs were quoted at a very reasonable cost. All the repairs were done, can't tell there ever was any damage. All the staff was very friendly! Not setting right, it finally got the best of me, I reached out to the current manager (Eric Parker) and he agreed to look at my car. After a quick look over, he happily took my car and said, "we can do better". While honoring the lifetime warranty on their work, he assured me that it would be at no charge.
