Three years previously, my vehicle was repaired and painted by their shop. Initially I was satisfied by the quality of work even when noticing the paint was not a perfect match in places. Not setting right, it finally got the best of me, I reached out to the current manager (Eric Parker) and he agreed to look at my car. After a quick look over, he happily took my car and said, "we can do better". While honoring the lifetime warranty on their work, he assured me that it would be at no charge. One week later, seven paint cards (to find the perfect match) more than $2,500 absorbed, hours of sanding, removing parts, prepping and repainting the entire driver's side, my car was completed. I was eager to see it! Eric and his team did not disappoint! I sincerely respect and appreciate him for taking my car back and his commitment to make things right. Perfect Fit or Perfect Shit?…read more I've hesitated to make this post, but after today I feel people deserve to know my experience. In November, I had my valve cover gaskets replaced. Less than a year later, I went to change my spark plugs and found a large amount of oil in every spark plug well except two. Now I'm having to replace the valve cover gaskets all over again myself. That's not even the worst part. I also had my entire suspension replaced there in November. Within about a week of driving, one of the struts came up through the wheel well, leaving a huge hole that had to be repaired. On top of that, I later discovered my right front brake caliper wasn't even bolted on. These aren't minor mistakes, they're serious safety issues. If you want a shop that stands behind its work and you want your vehicle repaired safely and correctly, I cannot recommend taking your vehicle here based on my experience. I gave them my trust, and now I'm paying to fix their work myself.

Gave us a very reasonable estimate for the repairs and scheduled us for after our vacation when the pars would also be in. During vacation, we had some additional minor accident damage. When we returned from vacation we took the car in for the initial repairs. Again, working with Taylor, she said give me an extra day and we will get it all fixed. Again, the additional repairs were quoted at a very reasonable cost. All the repairs were done, can't tell there ever was any damage. All the staff was very friendly! So I dropped off my 95 Mazda Miata MX-5 to get painted at Mike Robert's Auto Body. It was in…read moreperfect condition before I dropped it off and I had just installed a brand new stereo beforehand. I go to pick it up a week later... I am horrified to find that my clutch is not engaging properly and the face to my brand new 100 dollar stereo deck is missing. I asked them about it and they said that they lost it, they aren't willing to pay me for it because they have some sign in their shop saying that they aren't responsible for lost stereos. I am very very very frustrated. I can tell that it was driven because a quarter tank of gas was gone and my damn clutch and transmission is going out. They wont take any responsibility for any of the damage to my car. I will say that I was satisfied with the paint job, but I'm pretty sure somebody over there messed up my clutch. And some idiot lost my stereo face as well which really irks me. They wont pay for it either. They offered to sell me another one. 1/10 is the score I give them.
