I'm not looking for handouts, but want to get my money out of them so it's not a complete waste (I have all the colors). Now I've lost a lot of confidence in the company as a whole. I have a lot of their clothing, backpacks, and accessories. Before, I was assured that the quality is so good that they'll stand behind it. My only reason for not giving five stars is that upon my last visit, the bathroom and the dressing room were very dirty... Like dirty enough there was no way they had been cleaned that day, or maybe even the previous day or day before. Other than that, everything was great.
