Several months ago I had Lambo doors installed on a 2024' Corvette Convertible. The process was…read moreeasy and quick. Tony recommended at the time that they could also install led lighting on the bottom side of the doors for better lighting and added highlight. The after effect was beautiful as you can see from the photos attached. Over the last couple weeks the doors stopped functioning smoothly so I called Shockwave this morning to see about realigning the hinges. Ten minutes later, I received a message back to bring the car back anytime before 6pm closing. I stopped in during lunch break unannounced today. Their service technician stopped his current project and immediately grabbed the correct tools and readjusted both doors. 15 minutes later I was back on the road - No Charge. Edit 2: The owner has not only refused to provide the video but they've also threatened me by telling me they know where I live and that they'll sue me for my review (see attached image). I've never seen this level of unprofessionalism from a business owner. Also, I haven't purchased anything from this business so the only way they would have my information is if they went out of their way too look me up online which is frankly quite disturbing. Brought my Volvo in on Saturday to see if a remote start can be installed in my car. The guy said he had to check to see if my cars compatible so he pulled it into the back of the shop and brought it back like 5 minutes later said sorry he couldn't do it. No problem I said and left but as I'm driving I hear a weird thumping noise coming from the front of my car. i pull over and check and part of my bumper is loose. I pop the hood and all but 1 of the 6 fasteners are gone so front bumper was basically hanging on by a thread. Thankfully I noticed it before I got on the highway where I'm 99% certain my bumper would have fallen off and caused an accident. Also the rubber molding on the driver side was not properly pushed back in but that's not nearly as much of a concern. I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here at all but if you do remember to take pictures of EVERYTHING before they touch your car.

Monster Performance Center FAILED!!! If I could give no…read morestars I would!! As a business owner if something goes wrong servicing a customer, you should do everything you can to make it right. Monster Performace Center has the right to turn down any business if they are not capable of servicing a vehicle correctly. In September, my husband purchased a 2004 Ford Mustang Roush that needed to be tuned. He called around to several different performance shops in the area to select a shop that would be able to service out car best. He spoke with the manager Kevin of Monster Performance Center. He explained to Kevin in detail everything about the car including all the performance parts on the car. Kevin then assured him that tuning our car would be no problem and it should only take a couple of hours. Kevin the owner of Monster Performance Center requested that my husband bring a written list of any after market parts that are currently on the vehicle when he drops off the vehicle. On September 13th, we rented a U-Haul trailor to drop off our Mustang at Monster Performance Center. When my husband arrived he spoke with Kevin and explained that he left a detailed hand written list of all the aftermarkets inside the glovebox of the car. My husband also made sure to note and also took a picture of how many miles (48,860) were on our Mustang when he dropped our car off. Kevin assured him that our mustang should only take a few hours to tune. The following day my husband called Monster Performance Center to see if our Mustang was ready to be picked up. He spoke with Kevin and he said, "no we haven't got to it yet." At this point he was not upset as he just figured maybe they had a busy day in the shop and assumed he would definitely have our Mustang back before the weekend. On September 15th he called them to see if our car was ready and once again he spoke with Kevin who now is telling my husband they still aren't finished with tuning our Mustang. He asked Kevin if they would be able to get it done over the weekend and his response was, "no we don't work on any cars on the weekend, we go to the races." At this point my husband was furious because he was told our Mustang would only take a few hours to tune and now Monster Performance Center has had our vehicle in their possession for 3 days without any sense of urgency. His calls to Monster Performance Center continued into the following week daily. Every time he spoke with Kevin he gave him several excuses of why the vehicle was not done yet. On September 20th, we received a call from a mechanic at Monster Performance Center informing him that they were able to tune our vehicle but within seconds the engine blew on our Mustang. The mechanic that worked on our Mustang went into an explanation of how they tried a bunch of different tunes and when they finally got it tuned the motor blew. The following day my husband arrived at Monster Performance Center and spoke with Kevin and he told him what his options would be to have a new motor put into the vehicle. At this point my husband just wanted to get our mustang home. My husband paid to have our Mustang towed back to our house on September 21, 2017. When he got our vehicle home he took pictures of all the damage and noted that my gas mileage on our Mustang was now at 49070. That's an extra 210 miles on our mustang that wasn't there when we brought the vehicle to you. Monster Performance Center kept our vehicle for over a week. We brought our vehicle to you with a working engine. We picked up our vechile with a blown engine. How is that fair?? We will never recommend your shop to anyone. Poor business and poor customer service!!!
