Both of my kids went to ND Orthodontics. They were so easy to work with and always worked around my kids busy schedules. Very friendly staff and I thought Dr Darvish was wonderful. I felt the exam of my teeth was very thorough and she did a good job explaining what the treatment plan would be for my teeth if I decide to move forward with it. Posted on google and posting here as well, so you will be aware before committing anything with this business. Back in 2018, they charged us 50% of the treatment cost when we cancelled treatment after the 1st month. Reason of cancelling was my son still too young to take care of the mouth appliances even with parents help. Other orthodontists recommended an older age to start treatment. I think the fees collected from us were too high. The clinic is clean. Parking lot is always full. Their schedule is very limited Tues - Thursday, which is a huge inconvenience for families with children at school age. update 3/23/2021: Based on a friend recommendation, we decided to give another chance and we scheduled an appointment with them in March 2021 for a consultation to check if we can start a new treatment plan. I think they read the negative review, but they didn't try to follow up with their customers or potential customers to correct the situation. Instead, they just politely refused to do any service for us. What I don't understand is why did they schedule a virtual consultation with us if they have already made their decision to not do any service for us? It sounds like they were just trying to waste our time or perhaps satisfying their ego because of the negative review I left them on google. read more

FIRST! I've never gone to another orthodontist for braces before but ND Orthodontics certainly offers the best and friendliest service. I would expect nothing less from Dr. Darvish, a Harvard graduate. The facility, furniture, and tools are top notch. Even her staff are happy and friendly. However, at times I feel drained because I feel like I have to match their enthusiasm or maybe I'm getting old. Either way, this place is a gem. I feel so taken care of. The team is super friendly and receptive to your concerns. They have even diligently worked with me to remove my braces earlier! Not to mention, I get free stuff: tea, coffee, any flavor ice cream, free raffle prizes, and a lot of dental care needs for free. I am confident when I say this but ND Orthodontics is worth every dollar I've invested. The care here is unrivaled. I'll update my review when I hopefully have my braces off in August. read more

Great office. When I called to schedule they were helpful and friendly. Found me a time that worked well for my daughters school schedule, when they had a cancelation sooner they even reached out to me to see if we wanted to bump up our appointment (we couldn't- but thankful for the offer). When it came to the appointment they were on Time, informative, Thorough, provided us with 2 different treatment options as well as cost and a variety of payment plans. I haven't had the best experience here. Every time I've gone back for issues with my permanent retainer they have been nothing but rough with my teeth. It could have been bad communication on my part but when I asked for a minute break from the glue scraping it was a no from them. 12/29/2020 I had my appt scheduled on Jan 5 2021 to get a quote for an ortho treatment, and Dr. Darvish's office called a week before the appt to let me know that she would have to cancel the appt as my last cleaning was in 2019, over a year and a half back. It didnt make sense that I need the cleaning just to get a quote - I understand that I would need it before starting ortho treatment if I chose to go with her. My granddaughter's front teeth were extremely crooked, to the extent that she wasn't able to use them for biting many foods. Dr. Darvish and her team worked with us on a two-step process, first for only her front teeth (while she is still losing baby teeth and a full set is simply not possible) with a partial set to correct the appearance and improve the function of her upper incisors. We had the braces removed yesterday and she now has an absolutely beautiful, beaming smile (says even the girl who "hated" her smile just hours before.) She couldn't stop smiling. Stage two will be a full set to correct her full bite after her permanent teeth are in. The improvement in her smile (and thus her attitude about smiling) is remarkable and worth every penny. read more

ND Orthodontics is really amazing. I have done Invisalign with them and was so happy with my results. As an adult I was really nervous about going in and starting orthodontic work but i was instantly put at ease. This place has been absolutely fabulous. Dr. Darvish and her team are so patient helpful. My young son went into the beginning stages for braces and started with a bite plate. He has progressed so much and they have been nothing but wonderful in the process of getting the impressions with his gag reflex. The office staff is so accommodating to my crazy retail schedule and so kind when I bring in my younger child when my son has his appointments. They have an amazing reward system that intrigues kids to do their best both in their oral hygiene and in their schoolwork. I thought they were fine when I was getting treatment years ago, but I was younger and didn't complain that my teeth weren't completely straight because I wanted my braces off early. My fault I guess. The reason for the one star is now is because they only care about money and not you. My teeth have slightly shifted and I tried to make an appointment to get a consultation to see if I can have my retainer adjusted. First let me tell you that I made this appointment before a few weeks and didn't show up because my papa was very sick and then passed away. He lives in Az and my family took a trip down to see him. Anyways before the trip I made the appointment and there was no fee. When I get back it suddenly costs 100 dollars for a consultation? This is crazy to me because it's never costed money for the consultation and it didn't cost money two weeks before. It also was going to cost for the retainer or adjustment. After my mom spent thousands of dollars on braces on 4/5 of her kids I guess it wasn't enough. They were obviously mad at me for missing an appointment, but life happens! I wouldn't recommend. They are way too money hungry and don't even do a good job so they aren't worth it. read more

Dr Darvish and the staff are very professional and helpful. My main complaint, and something I wish I had known, was their hours. They are not open to patients on Mondays or Fridays. It is also very difficult to get an after school appointment on the remaining open days unless you schedule out weeks in advance. This makes it difficult when you have an emergency and need to come in for an urgent repair. There are openings in the mornings, but that would mean pulling kids out of school, which has a priority over ortho. I think they should have extended evening hours if they are going to limit the actual patient days to only 3 per week. read more
