Took 11 y/o daughter for a consultation here and we will not be returning. First off they were 30 minutes late to start and made no apology. The waiting room was over crowded and we barely had anywhere to stand. While examining my daughter the Dr. asked my daughter directly if she had started her period. I noticed that Dr. Katz doesn't even have a medical degree and had no business asking or needing this information. She then stated that it's really important to start her treatment now because she will stop growing soon. There is no way this is accurate. She is 11 years old. The Dr. also told us she will need 2 baby teeth extracted by her regular dentist even though her dentist doesn't agree. The dentist left the office w/out explaining the reason behind this, leaving her assistant to explain. The assistant also told us that the braces will help with grinding, which made no sense. The whole visit was over an hour and felt inappropriate and grifting. read more

I have Invisalign, so only see them once every few months. Care is normal. What I don't like is having to wait an hour each time I come. It's not okay to overbook and have patients wait an hour. I let it slide the first 2 times, but having to wait that long 4 times in a row?! Not ok. Will revise my review when I see improvements. read more

I want to give a heartfelt shoutout to the manager named Danny who got down and dirty when I pulled over their parking when my tire hit the curve and deflating. While calling for road side assistance, he came out and quickly offered his help and changed my tire so my wheels won't hit the ground as it was deflating so quickly. I am submitting this review to Kiro News for such a noble help who didn't mind to get down on his knees first thing in the morning to help me out replacing my deflating tire and locate the nearest tire replacement. To know a manager whose willing to help outside clients, staff and patients must be lucky to have him as their superior who genuinely care! Thank you so much and these words are not enough to repay your kindness and I can only spread my sincere at gratitude for saving me to spend so much money replacing my tire/wheels. I have to agree with the other reviewers like on Google how exposed you are in this office setting where everyone is able to see and hear everything. The area for each patient is basically see-thru and exposed to the one next to it, and comparable to about the size of a restroom stall, tiny. Dr. Katz was talking loudly in front of the whole office, lobby, and nearby patients about things that were very private about patients she apparently had no problem embarrassing. As an onlooker, I quickly realized we had come to the wrong place and decided not to stick around long. It also appears that she is the only dentist on duty and juggling multiple patients at the same time. No thanks! read more

My family has been going to this office for the past 4 years and all of their people are the most friendly and caring of all of us human. Their expertise can accommodate any patient request with excellent results. The only bad thing they have is that they are so good appointments have to be done at least a week ahead of time, even though they are adding new chairs. Would recommend this to anyone and everyone. My daughter is 10, she has a lot of fears with dentist and orthos. Dr Katz worked so well with her and ALWAYS reminded her that it was her mouth. She gave her options on how and when to do things. She never was trying to rush her and move to the next patient. Her staff was always great absolutely nothing negative to say. We had one issue with my daughters expander, we went in that day and Dr Katz took care of an unavoidable issue while working through it with my daughter. The respect she shows her patience and the love she has for her work are absolutely amazing. She is not after anyones money, she's not there to rush you. She wants to help you. She never said anything about wanting to also help my daughter work through her fears of dentist and orthodontist but it was clearly her goal. She never pushed my daughter and I to do anything we didn't want to, we had time and choices. I could honestly go on and on. Well... the Yelp! And Google reviews don't lie! From the making the appointment to the moment you are walking through the door you are treated like family. Everyone's got that Starbucks, Nordstrom's type of customer service... that alone gives me their business. So far, I have only gone through the consultation process which I felt was thorough and honest. I felt they heard what I expected and needed and they provided me their thoughts. We developed a treatment plan and next thing you know I'm making an appointment to get adult braces. Cheers for a year long transformation. I've seen comments about the office being too open - I definitely felt that way when I initially went to my consultation but after meeting everyone and being in there, I felt very comfortable and I actually really like how the office is set up.
