Despite coming to our home and taking room measurements, we could not get a quote from this contractor for months. The urine smell in the house was a daily nightmare, we just wanted this done! Frustrated, I found Ben's company online and sent him a message about needing a quote for the LVP install. To my surprise, he responded immediately and was able to come out within a couple of days to see the floors and take measurements. Better yet, he got us a quote the SAME night. I wish I had found him sooner. Since then, it's been an absolute pleasure working with him.
