Like so many yelpers have already mentioned, you do need to make an appointment which is not at all difficult. I actually called in the morning on a weekday and got an appointment within three hours. The number to call is 512-974-4343. On my visit I brought all kinds of paint, fuel additive, cleaning agents, lubricants, and pesticides. To be honest, I thought they were going to charge me something for this collection of environmentally damaging products, but I offloaded everything onto their carts in a matter of minutes and was on my way. That evening I realized that I did not get pics of the recall number written on the ladder. I called first thing in the morning to see if they happened to still have access to it. I spoke to Steve and he not only located the ladder, but sent me pics so I didn't have to go back up there. Everyone I have spoken to there were friendly and helpful. They deserve 10 stars!
