We were still seeing these bugs, so I asked them to come out again in January. They sprayed and also did a treatment outside which we were grateful for. I'm still seeing these bugs though, so I called to see if they had anything stronger to spray and they said that we're out of the 30 day warranty window so our only option is to pay for their four seasons program. We don't feel comfortable doing this because it doesn't seem like the previous treatments even worked. On the phone, the owner said he would spray the inside and outside perimeters.The owner acted defensive and said something like "What are you talking about? What do you mean? How will we do that?". We were uncomfortable with his demeanor. He then said that he wants all of his client happy, and if we found any bugs within 30 days of his visit- the company would spray again for free. As he gave us the receipt, he said even though it doesn't say 30 day guarantee, that's what the policy is. We should have known that was a RED FLAG. We found bugs within the first 3 weeks. We called the owner, and he acted extremely rude and said "well you got dead bugs- that's what you paid us to do!" He refused to spray the second time as promised and asked if we wanted a refund. we said yes.We have contacted the owner 3 times in 2 months. He promised to have the check in the mail each time. It never arrived. During the 3rd call, He said yeah sure whatever and hung up on us. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Wish we had been warned.

We've had no issue with ants or otherwise since we've started with Harmony. Recently, on a Sunday, a raccoon holed up under our deck and wasn't budging. With kids and dogs, we needed to get it out. We called Harmony since we knew that they would "catch and release" if the raccoon was healthy. They came out quickly and removed the animal without incident. I was expecting a huge bill for the last minute weekend call, but it was more than reasonable.

The service guy was nice and polite and I guess did what he was supposed to do. He was so that I he was able to sign me up for a maintenance plan. That's where it all fell apart. They were supposed to come on a regular schedule but I would get random calls asking if a service guy could come out. If that wasn't a good time it would be weeks before they could send someone again. This went on for a few months and I cancelled the service. They tried to tell me I couldn't but could not come up with proof that I had signed that type of contract. After I cancelled they said I still owed $75 for the balance of the month I cancelled. That was just dumb. No service guy came out that month so why would I pay? We argued the $75 for about a year before I finally paid when they threatened to send it to collection. If you have a pest problem feel free to call them. Just don't get suckered into a long term contract. A company that doesn't post their street address on their website shouldn't be trusted.

He quickly gave Advice on how to make and spray a lavender oil and water mixture to deter them. However we did ask for the professionals to treat a corner of our roofline where we saw multiple wasps coming & going from, which we were very pleased to see that activity stop. This week we called Keith back out due to finding 5 wasps in our bathroom this weekend. Preston was amazing in terms of taking care of the problem, plugging up holes in the house, and keeping the place mouse-free throughout my lease.
