The inspection was supposed to be of the full attic. My attic is split due to vaulted ceiling so the young girl and young boy only inspected half of the attic without going through other door. A tube was put in and netting put up from the outside for a week. The bat droppings removal was included along with sanitation but droppings were still left in attic under area where bat was seen hanging during clean up. And still other side was not checked to make sure nothing was left. When i called to voice a complaint, the owner returned my call but had the nerve to raise his voice with me getting upset over me explaining about the dropping still being there and other side of attic being checked by the girl he sent out. The girl stated that she sprayed both sides but had not even been to the other side and i just wanted to make sure we were fully in the clear for our attic. I would not recommend this company if you talk to customers like that when an issue arises.

Seann came within 2 hours. in addition to removing the one he found he trapped and killed another dozen over a period of about 3 weeks. He said it was the largest rat colony he'd ever dealt with! He covered nearly as many vent entrances with steel mesh plus repaired a couple of other potential entrances. He always contacted me before coming to check the traps and was conscientious about closing and locking the backyard gates. They started off great with the once a month treatments to my yard. Then they started coming sooner…read morethan the 30 day window. They started coming (for example) June 26th then again on July 6th. They would not come twice in a month but every 12-15 days. I called in June to request my date of service be only during the last week of the month. They said ok and kept coming every 14 days. I called in July to cancel the service and end the contract. The phone agent said she would have the supervisor contact me. I asked if I needed to cancel in writing and was told it was not necessary. Of course I never got a call and a text was sent while I was at work saying my technician was close by. I tried to call but I was on hold for 20 minutes. My card was charged for another month. I called again and got the same spill about a supervisor calling me back that never happened. Fast forward to today and I get a text saying my technician is in the way. I was beyond annoyed. I was serviced on Aug. 22 and again on Sept.11. Today is Oct 2! Once every 30 days was the agreement. Luckily, I was home and able to wait for the tech. I called while the company to let them know I had canceled their service and that I had contacted my card company and blocked them from making any more charges as well as locked my card. Again I was put on hold and then told a supervisor would call me. Once the tech arrived, he had been to my home before and he was very kind. I told him what was going on and told him he could collect the boxes. He said he understood and would cancel my service from his end. Much to my surprise (not!) I get a call about 20 minutes later for someone from the company. She apologized and said she can see the notes that I canceled in JULY ( it is now October) but she doesn't know what happened. I don't believe her. Nonetheless, skip this company if you need expected honest from them. The techs are friendly and kind. The "supervisors" are scammers! $85 every 14 days verses once every 30 days gets costly.

To make it all worse there were never any mice even caught and I suspect I was scammed and told that droppings from prior work last year were fresh. The company didn't honor their warranty from work done last year because it was a different franchise owner. Now I'm having difficulty getting through to cancel the monthly service I don't need because I don't even have mice. Never use them.

Read a ton of reviews for companies in the general area and decided to go with AWR and I'm glad we did. Paul was super quick to get out to our house to investigate and found the entry point. He set up a trap and within a few hours, there was a fat, male grey squirrel in there. He came back out the following day and blocked off the entry point and took care of the squirrel and trap. Couple of days later and no more attic activity of any sort. He did a wonderful job sealing off the prior entry point to make sure we won't have new guests trying to make a home in the attic. It's rare these days to get great service, quality work, and the pricing not be astronomical. Paul was fast to respond, easy to contact, and provided great service with an easygoing attitude. He didn't try to make me feel dumb about not knowing as much as he does. He actually wanted to help me solve my problem and not rob me in the process. I can't speak for any other similar companies in the area, but I would 100% suggest AWR to anyone with critter issues.
