Name of Sales Rep: James (Jamie) Date agreement signed for…read morepurchase of car: 5/23/24. Date car delivered to my residence: 5/29/24. Vehicle: 2008 Lexus LS 460 L 4dr Sedan Prior to purchasing the vehicle the car fax was provided to me and I asked validating questions about vehicle directly to Jamie. Upon receiving the car it was immediately noted by me that vehicle displayed the following issues: all 4 vehicle rims were not what were advertised on Car Guru's listing and not what was agreed upon. Rear tires were bald and had zero tread on them on. Vehicle was leaking oil on my driveway. I called Jamie the next business day to state concerns and was directed by him to take vehicle to a repair shop to have it completely inspected. Repair shop provided list of all safety issues that would need to be addressed asap: Horn not working, torn windshield wipers, front sway bar bushings needed, front/rear air shocks needed, 4 tires needed (rear bald - front has balding on edges), transmission slipping, front rear facing ball joints torn, oil filter housing cracked causing oil leak, engine timing cover leaking oil. Needs new tires and alignment. After sharing these issues with Jamie his response was that any labor needed on the vehicle was my responsibility and that "Midas could not be trusted and their business model is to scare and overcharge". He suggested I shop around for the repairs. The issues must all be addressed in order for vehicle to pass PA state inspection - which I informed Jamie would be needed upon my receiving the car. Jamie knowingly sent me an UNSAFE vehicle and NEVER disclosed any of these SAFETY issues. I did not agree to purchase a vehicle in this condition. As of 6/11/24 the vehicle is completely inoperable and has been issued a preliminary diagnosis of a failed fuel pressure sensor. I am making monthly payments ($346/mo.) and the car is not safe and not operable.

First of…read moreall, they didn't have the title for the vehicle we purchased and didn't bother to acquire it from the auction until I called to follow up a month after the purchase. As for our trade in, they never paid it off even after three months due to some ignorant mistakes on their part, again only being resolved after I called over and over pressuring them to get this done. Every answer I got felt like a lie or excuse and suddenly was resolved by the end of the business day when I dropped the friendly and forgiving demeanor. My credit score went down due to having two active car loans and my reimbursement from my previous lender for the difference in the current payoff and payoff check will not include THREE WHOLE MONTHS of accrued interest. I had to jump through hoops not to be fined by the state for not insuring a car I didn't have and I had to call and hold their hands through every step of this trade in. Very unprofessional, incompetent, and dishonest group of folks, so if you buy from them be prepared to do everything yourself until all your ducks are in a row...

Defective Van; Refused to Honor Warranty…read more I purchased a 2015 Dodge ProMaster from Wholesale Inc for ~$31,116.76 on March 30, 2019. I was given a 30 day warranty on the van. The van was defective. While traveling for 60 minutes on the interstate, the van lost power and had a max of 30mph. Multiple check engine lights appeared on the dashboard. On April 22, 2019 at 10:06am, I texted Breanne Carver of Wholesale Inc that the van was defective. Her response was to make a claim on the Wholesale INC 30 day warranty, but they do not fix anything on site. She advised me to take the van into the Dodge Dealership to start the warranty process. I did. The van has been in the shop since April 22 (103 days and counting). On June 18 at 3:37pm, I texted Breanne Carver to make a claim on the warranty. She did not respond. On June 18 at 4:31pm, I texted Jamie Sniderhan to make a claim on the warranty. He denied my claim. I reminded him that I started the claim with Wholesale Inc within the 30 day warranty. He has not responded. I want them to honor their warranty and correct the damages that they have inflicted. I want to be made whole as if we never did business together; specifically, remove 5 hard inquiries from my Equifax credit score. Buyback the van from me, paying off the loan to the bank that financed it. Reimburse me the interest and payments made on the van.

Would not recommend this dealership for purchasing a used car. Came in on the weekend and looked…read moreat a car, on Monday negotiated the price with the sales person who provided buyer sheet with all out costs. Then called back to the original Manager, Kramer, to put down a deposit. He proceeded to say he wanted $900 more. Total bait and switch!!! Left total distaste and wasn't interested in proceeding. Who gives a buyer sheet all out door cost and then verbally says oh no, I need to add $900. Totally unethical. I will never do business again with this dealership with this type of management. What happen was they had another buyer coming in and told them they had to beat our price plus $900. Another note to those looking to purchase, they originally wanted to charge $1,700 for a pandemic fee on a used car due to illegal truck drivers, come on it is 6 years post pandemic. Needless to say, they will negotiate that fee off, so make sure to do so.

My experience with Music City Honda has been extremely disappointing, and I am updating my review…read morebecause the issue is still not resolved. I am now genuinely concerned about the safety of this vehicle. I purchased two vehicles from this dealership, including a certified 2024 Honda CR-V that I traded for at the end of 2025. I also paid for an upgraded maintenance package that includes tire coverage because I wanted peace of mind and expected the dealership to stand behind the vehicle if a problem came up. Soon after the purchase, I noticed tire noise when driving above 60 mph. When I brought the vehicle in, I was told it needed an alignment and that I would have to pay $129. That was hard to understand given that the vehicle was sold as certified and should have been properly inspected before delivery. After I raised the issue, the service department did the alignment for free, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that did not solve the real problem. After approximately a week, the tire noise has gotten worse, the inner side of the tires now seems to be worn, and I honestly do not feel safe driving this vehicle anymore. What makes this even more frustrating is that, despite the history of the issue, the prior alignment concern, and the fact that the condition has continued to worsen, I am now being told I may have to pay a significant amount of money to replace the tires. That is very hard to accept when I specifically purchased a certified vehicle and added extra coverage for peace of mind. Instead of fully diagnosing and addressing the underlying issue, it feels like the burden is being pushed back onto the customer. This is where the dealership has completely lost my trust. During the sales process, everything feels welcoming and professional. After the sale, when a real issue comes up, the accountability seems to disappear. That is not what I expected after buying two vehicles from Music City Honda. This is no longer just an inconvenience. It is a safety issue. I am asking Music City Honda to properly inspect the vehicle, identify the root cause, and resolve this professionally instead of leaving me with an unsafe car and a costly bill. Very disappointing.

The moment we drove it off the lot it became a lemon and they did little to help aside from a few repairs that did nothing. The check engine light came on a mile after we drove it off the lot. The air bag light wouldnt turn off. The electrical components for the windows dont work. They said they would fix the car but nothing was ever resolved. We've actually had to PAY THEM for the catalytic converter to be fixed only for it to still crap out on us and need to be replaced again and of course the check engine light returned 2 weeks later. Also after our first repair, all of the tires had nails in them. We brought it up but they said that the tires already had nails in them. They didnt. We had the catalytic converter replaced again after that but the check engine light still came on until eventually a year after purchasing the vehicle gave up and the engine blew out. Any timevafter that we called to try to have the car replaced, repaired or refunded, they blew me off and said they wouldn't do that. They told me to let the warranty company deal with any repair costs. (The daimond warranty the sell barely does anything). When asked for a refund they said to let the buyers group handle it. We're stuck paying off this car now because they cant be bothered to properly check the vehicles they sell. This is poor customer service and a lemon lot and I would recommend everyone avoid this place. We couldn't even get our tags renewed because again they sold us a crappy car with a check engine light since day one. There wasn't one when we test drove it but 2 miles from the lot after we bought it and it turned on right away. This place sells lemons. Now we're stuck still making payments on a vehicle we dont own anymore while paying off a new one. Stay away from Car Logic Group. I'll warn everyone everytime I find a place to review because they screwed my family over.

After all the disappointments with other places we saw some good reviews about Two Rivers so we then called Two Rivers and talked to Carl Dassinger. Within the first few minutes we knew we finally found the right place and person to deal with. Carl was straight forward with the pricing and the waiting period for a build. We ordered at the end of January and our truck with the options we chose arrived the beginning of April well before the expected time frame. Carl kept us updated along the way and he was very responsive when I had questions while we waited for the build to be completed. I never once had to call Carl to find out what was going on as he was on it by calling us as he received information. Two Rivers Ford and Carl Dassinger is a true example of how truck selling should be done. This was by far the easiest, lowest stress truck buying experience we have had! The pricing was better than any of the other dealerships we contacted. Thank you Carl and Two Rivers Ford
