For 15000 miles on the road, it looked like it was stored for 18 years and was never exposed to asphalt. After 20 minutes of keeping the owner outside in the sweltering heat talking about the bike at almost his closing time, we shook hands and I knew this was the man to do business with. I came back the next morning and signed all the paperwork and he took me through the orientation of the features of the bike and rode it home. I'm a senior citizen and have been riding bikes and judging people for countless years. If you're looking for your first or another bike for riding whether you live in New York or Los Angeles this is the guy to do business with. All his bikes, and he had a stock of many, were just as clean and reasonably priced as mine. If you see anything in his inventory that catches your eye, don't waste time looking the internet further, call him and grab it with the confidence I was fortunate enough to feel in a person to person visit because you won't go wrong doing business with Dino.

The boats they represent are great brands but in my opinion their sales techniques are underhanded. They misrepresented that a 2023 boat on the showroom floor with only 11 hours on it that they advertised on Boat Trader was under contract. Of course, they presented a 2024 model for $60,000 more as the next option. I asked a friend to call the number listed in Boat Trader and speak to another salesperson who told my friend the 2023 boat was not under contract and infact there was not a deposit on it either. I purchased a new boat elsewhere.

Brought my new Mercury 6hp outboard there dew to an issue with the carburetor (wouldn't idle and…read moreleaked fuel) and another local marine dealer didn't fix. Harborside worked several hours on the carburetor and alerted me that someone had attempted to work on it and caused some damage (the previous dealer). Therefore the repair would not be covered under warranty. They way overcharged me and did not fix the issue! They could have replaced the carburetor with a new one for about $35. Instead they opted to work on the damaged original factory carburetor. They are dishonest.

I just came home from an incredible experience at S&N! I…read morehave a Sea Doo Fish Pro that is only two months old. It developed a problem with the waterproof phone storage compartment. It broke and would not close or open. Keep in mind that I did not buy this boat there because they did not have any at the time that I wanted one and they were pretty hard to get a few months ago. So I called them last Tuesday (Oct 12th 2021) and they told me no problem bring it in next Tuesday and they will get it fixed including parts if need and back to me by Friday. I was thrilled about such a short turn around time given the way things, service, and parts have been going lately. Well here is what happened today Oct 19th. I arrived and they knew I was coming from the appointed I had made. They told me to pull it into the yard. This where things went fantastically! I pulled in and met up with Sean (not sure how he spells it). Sean asked what was going on so I explained it to him. He came over to look at it and said to me "Oh yeah I know what this is". Immediately after looking at he instantly knew what was wrong!! He told me that it is missing a washer under the screw and that the factory used the wrong screw!!! He told me he would fix it for me right now!! He went to get a few tools and I'm serious, had my boat fixed in less that 10 minutes!! He said ok its all good you can take it. I was shocked. I expected it to be down for days. I ran into Steve I think his name is, who is the owner. I raved, rightfully so, about what Sean just did for me. When I asked if I need to do anything or show paper work or anything they said "no, it's all good you can take it" Look I know no place is perfect. Some places drop the ball now and then. But I will tell you one thing, I will never take my jet ski anywhere else for any service that it might need. These guys were fantastic! This is the way to handle a customer or to make more customers. Thank you so much guys for getting me fixed up so fast and for having a mechanic like Sean working for you. He is fantastic! I'll be seeing you for my 50 hour routine maintenance when it is due. Thanks to Steve too!
