I called on a Friday and left a message to inquire about having my 30 lb Icelandic Sheepdog groomed. I received a text message from Lucas on Sunday following up. When I told him the size and breed of my dog, he replied that they cannot currently accommodate new customers with longer-haired breeds, as the groomers are booked months in advance and they can't keep up with demand. Lucas was professional and apologetic and for that I'm appreciative. Being in a position to turn away customers and income is a good problem to have for any business, and I hope that they continue to see high demand for their services. However, from the customer perspective, the reality is that I called a business requesting a service, and I was turned away. Unless you're a nightclub, that type of treatment, as necessary as it may seem in the short-term, doesn't bode well for long-term success. I still have a dog that needs to get groomed, and I'll have to take my business elsewhere. In doing so, I'll likely recount the experience of being turned away to other dog owners, and as any business owner knows, word-of-mouth is crucial to success. For the future, I'd recommend the team take a different course of action than to simply turn people away- rather, advise on the lengthy wait time, offer to make an appointment, no matter how far out, and offer to call if cancellations arise. I would have greatly appreciated that courtesy and felt as if they really wanted to earn my business. Instead, I was left feeling shut out and as though this business couldn't be bothered to accept my money. At the end of the day, simply saying "sorry, can't do it" to a customer, no matter how necessary it may feel and how politely you deliver the message, will always leave a bad taste in their mouth. They'll tell others about that bad taste, and they'll likely never return.

Bubbly Pup did such wonderful work with our beautiful girl, Luna! She smelled, looked, and felt…read moregorgeous... She was running around like a model when she got home! Luna had a great time during her visit. It was her first time to the groomer at just under 7 months old; her undercoat is still developing and her overcoat is only just starting to come in. We learned that it was the first Belgian Tervuren that Bubbly Pup has groomed, and it was evident they really did their homework and studied her breed for a perfect approach to her grooming. We couldn't be happier with the results and will definitely be back. I also appreciate the convenience of text messaging in addition to phoning for appointments and updates.

My boy Dallas is really shy, but they took their time and he loves going there. Dallas gives them 5 woofs So do I! Toys Yes! Food Yes! Grooming Yes! Treats Oh yes! Although if your best friend is anything like mine, you will not be able to say 'Preppy Pets' in your house or they will run for the door, ready to do their own shopping. Best. Pet Supplies. Ever!

My dog just got back from being groomed here, she looks great! The woman I met when I dropped her…read moreoff was very nice and knowledgeable (I forget her name). She was familiar with the knee issue my dog has and advised about not cutting my dog's hair too short since she could get sunburned. Timing and price were very reasonable. We will be back for sure. Also, we were advised that our dog is a little overweight - because SHE IS! It's 100% our fault and we know that. I'm not sure why anyone would get offended by this, it's unhealthy and it's the owner's fault. We should be reminded to keep our pets healthy and in good shape. (I did have a good laugh reading the review by the owner who is all, "my dog is just big boned!") Thank you Bath and Biscuit!!

My dog cannot get in the door fast enough and I feel very good about leaving her there for 7 hours. She is totally exhausted when she comes home. I highly, highly recommend Bath and Biscuit!

Brought my small dogs there had an appointment was told it would be about 2hours came back after…read moreabout a little more than two hours and then was told it would be around two more hours keep in mind our dogs were rescue dogs so that long left in a crate would not be good and they know this they were told this when I first brought them . When the groomer had heard me say another 2 hours is to long that I I'm taking them she came out and said it would only be 45 minutes. When I came back to get them the groomer told me that I would have to pay an extra fee because I was preventing her from doing other dogs. Well the bottom line is I will never take my dogs there ever again and if you care about your pets I do hope you don't either

Very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful cashier associate! Inexcusable behavior and will not be tolerated. 5 star for Alysa in grooming. She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We have a new Morkie-Poo puppy and Alysa was very patient with us and answering all the questions we had. If we return it would be because of her. But there's a possibility we may not because I can't trust this store location at this point.

Arrived next day of grooming - they would not groom our pups as they were over 10 yrs! No mention of this after receiving our proof of vaccinations which clearly states age nor is there anything I could find on their website about age restrictions. She stated that was her experience. While I appreciate her attention to detail, she could have at least contacted us PRIOR to appt - after we made an effort to drop paper work off. VERY disappointed- she was highly recommended !
