Update 7/5/21 I returned to the Bath & Body Works in the North Point Mall to take advantage of their semi-annual clearance sale. They had lots of items marked down 50 to 75%. Both times I visited the store, Jonathan greeted me, gave me a shopping bag and offered to answer any questions I had. This last time, after I collected my items to purchase, I approached the registers but the cashier was in the middle of ringing up a very large purchase. Apparently she had started ringing up the customer and then the customer walked away to grab more items. While I understand, it's a little annoying when this happens. Nevertheless, I walked back through the store trying to kill time until the cashier was ready again. I then bumped into Sarah who asked if I needed any help. She was very friendly and supportive. I told her I was ready to check out but the register was tied up with a customer who was still shopping. Sarah jumped into action and told me that she could help me check out. Not only did she help me, but she also gave me some complimentary cellophane bags and decorative ties in order for me to give some of the items as gifts. So, based upon my experience with Jonathan and Sarah, I'll definitely return to the Bath & Body Works store in the North Point Mall to take advantage of their future sales. read more

Listen, I love me some body butter so I had to run in and stock up. And I'm about to show my age, but for the love of Tony Danza can ya'll turn the damn music down a notch??? Either that or include a mega phone in that shopping bag you hand me. I shouldn't have a sore throat from screaming leaving your store. That's it. Experience was normal, store is well stocked, staff was friendly. Just quit playing the music at the level YOU like it. I thought the damn Limelight was back in business. Years ago I use to buy their stuff all the time. But then in recently years scented lotions and body wash became popular. Now I don't find their scents so unique anymore. The only thing I will say is that I think their plug ins are still the best on the market. I think they last lot longer than Glade and they smell less artificial. Here is a list of scents that I think are nice for the home. Warm Vanilla Sugar Evergreen Fresh Linen Lavender & vanilla Japanese Cherry Blossom Sweet pea I popped into this store because I was shopping in the area. There store wasn't that busy and yet I didn't seem to be able to find anyone to help me pick out some items to take to a baby shower. Oh well. I didn't buy anything here. This place was slammed with so many people. :/ Went here on a whim during my lunch since I wanted to pick up some air freshener refills for the car and utilize my coupons. The associates here were super friendly and courteous even though they were constantly ringing people up, informing customers of deals on the items being purchased, or walking the floor assisting or restocking. Although this location isn't big by any means, the 5 stars is for the customer service I've seen and experienced. Bath & Body Works is located on the second floor. If you ride up the elevator, walk towards the right a couple of feet and it's right there on the left hand side. read more

Vickie is a fragrance goddess whose love of scents is exciting and educating. I appreciate the way she took time to teach me about different fragrances. Her recommendations and enthusiasm added to the enjoyable shopping experience. Amanda, Kendall and Cynthia are also very pleasant individuals. I am really sad to share that I've had my first bad experience here today. Associates were normally very kind and once went out of their way to be helpful. Rather than politely asking my husband to leave the store if store policy was broken, the associate proceeded to berate him about social rules in front of everyone, including my friend from out of town. My husband actually offered to leave in order to avoid any conflict and she said, "yes, go!" I could understand if his clothing choice involved hate speech, inappropriate things, or if he refused to wear a mask, but it didn't have those issues. It was not harming anyone. I am not going to name anyone specifically because it's such a small thing that I don't want to cause trouble, but I do ask that more courtesy be involved in the future. You can ask someone to leave in a professional manner without making them feel small. read more

If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. The cashiers are rude as hell, won't return here. I went to another Bath & Body Works (the one at The Avenue in Roswell, which is awesome btw) and they informed me that the promotional tote with a bunch of goodies inside could be exchanged if I wanted a different scent, I'd just have to come the same day to exchange it since it was a Black Friday sale. She offered this option by herself without prompting, I didn't even think to ask. Fast forward to two hours later where I'm at the mall running errands in this part of town and think I'll run in and quickly exchange some of the items inside the tote. Store was super crowded and I stayed in line for 30 minutes. Finally got to the front and when I told the cashier what I was there for she rudely said, "We can't do that. It's at each store's manager's discretion and we aren't doing that." Fair enough, you lost at least one customer due to your inept customer service. I'll tell all my friends and hopefully those that read this will think twice before coming here too. Go to the Bath and Body Works at The Avenue. You won't regret it, plus they're super nice and helpful. read more

This place has something for every woman who wants to smell nice and feel pampered. It is the perfect place for men to shop for their women when they don't know what to purchase. I like their selection of body sprays which have a very light scent and are not likely to overwhelm the senses. I also like their hand and body creams that are available in tube form. They just tend to be a thicker and richer option which means that they last longer and actually address dryness. The best part is that they always seem to have a sale along with already reasonable prices. The store is always light, bright and colorful and it is hard to just walk on by especially when you catch those delightful smells wafting into the mall. I only wish that they had non-scented options for those who like a quiet smell that won't upstage cologne or activate sensitive allergies. They don't just carry body scents but also home scents, (candles and plug-ins) as well. Customer service is great if you have any questions or require additional assistance. read more

The store itself is always bright, clean & organized. Great selection of everything. My issue is the management. I purchased a gift for my mother. It was a gift card. The new cashier was pleasant. When I was rung up they said my card declined. I advised them that was impossible. I had plenty enough to cover the gift card & then some. They rang it up again & said it declined. I immediately checked my bank & showed the team lead I had money after she loudly said ma'am it declined. I used a new card. It declined. She loudly said to call my bank because it was my problem not theres. She said they were too busy. There was no one else in line. I called my bank & of course they said nothing was wrong. They suggested they use another gift card or register. I had them ring it up on another register and my card went through. This whole experience pre Holidays was long & the team lead was condescending. The next day four charges posted on my bank account. My charge had gone through every time. I called the stores manager who didn't care. She was too busy. She passed me off to corporate who took three weeks to refund my charges. Horrible customer service both on a corporate & store level. For a store that smells so good they are rotten at customer service. Don't judge a person by appearance. That's a better way to serve your customer. read more
