I came in and right away was genuinely greater by a joyful LV rep. That right away having worked for Apple as a concierge (back in the day) was a green flag. I browsed around and was greeted by a fun gentleman and then decided to look at a few bags. I was paired with Melanie and she was so sweet. I have an older bag and she was open to me trying on way to many to find an option for myself. I really appreciated her taking the time to let me explore and ask way too many questions. This store is beautiful and I love the layout. I am use to the Beverly Center location which doesn't have as many options as this. So I enjoyed the selection presented. I purchased a Louis Vuitton Messenger Bag at the Louis Vuitton Store at Lenox Sq Mall in Atlanta a few years ago. The sides on the strap of the bag started shredding. LV replaced it. The new replacement strap is now shredding. LV is demanding I pay $390.00 to replace the strap. I told them I would be crazy to pay $390.00 for a strap that will shred in less than 2 years. LV refused to repair. They wouldn't budge on the cost of the repairs...wouldn't even negotiate! I finally spoke with the director of the shore, he refused. I told him over the years I purchased 3 bags at his store, the last time I purchased two bags together, My first bag is over 25 years old, and I have never had any problems. My second bag, no problems, I told the director of the store. It's only the Messenger bag with a repeated problem. The director would not accommodate me at all. I have been a loyal customer all these years. The quality of Louis Vuitton products are not the same. Worse! The lady that initially assisted me at the store, told me that costumers have been coming inside their store, asking how they could find vintage LV bags, because the current day quality is not the same. I will never shop at any Louis Vuitton store again. They are losing a good customer over $390.00!!! I am retired now with plenty of money to spend. She was well-versed in the process of analyzing the bags before sending them off to a Care Expert for assessment/repair requests. + they provide a complimentary UPS shipping label to the LV Repair Atelier. While my Sister did her thing, I had to do mine for my GrandBlessings. Throughout the years I have wore many outfits, and sometimes wore political leaning shirts when I felt like it. This time, I walked in and the employee Mauricio asked me in front of multiple employees " no policies shirt today?" I replied "no not today but I have this sticker on my phone" he then chose to reply with a joke about the death of Charlie Kirk and smirk at me. The other employees overheard it. I told him "are you crazy?" I went to the manager and explained what happened and she was super apologetic. The other employees that overheard the interaction also walked up and said I'm so sorry I can't believe he said that. The manager "Barbara" kept saying "I will handle it personally", however now that I have returned weeks later, I see nothing was done. I will no longer shop with this brand in this store ever again. If that is appropriate to speak to customers in this manner and still be employed with no repercussions, they clearly do not respect or care about their customers. This post is for the people investing in LV products. I please advise you to choose carefully and research if desired bag will be able to withstand daily use. I purchased a LV bag in Dec 2017, I usually work from home and the bag is was not used daily and also not used for the majority of the Covid shutdown. So I basically used it sporadically for 5 years, maybe 2 or 3 times a week plus a few vacations. Late last year it started to fray at the top of the purse as well as the bottom was showing a little cracking. I researched and found out my bag (NeoNoe) did have issues and people were sending things back. Since my bag was purchased in Dec 2017, I knew it would not be replaced but was hopeful I could get it repaired. The quote for the whole process (I also replaced the strap) was $200.00 less than a new bag. My jaw dropped. I advised the LV online process to send it back. Once I got it back, it hit me that the repairs seemed to be excessive. I called back to see why since it was not really explained to me what was going to happen for the repair and also found out there was not a warranty for the work I would be having done. So yesterday I took it to the LV store where the sales people were very nice but one comment stood out to me. The LV products are designed to be rotated and not always used. If I had wanted a daily bag to use, I should have invested in the leather instead of the canvas. They also did advise that that particular bag was hand stitched at the top and that is why both sides of the bag had to be replaced. Still did not make sense to me but at least it was more than I received from the online customer support. Bottom line, research before you purchase, especially the customer service of the brand you wanted. LV does not stand behind its products. read more

Oct is national handbag day for my ex-gf and we saw the short line and jumped in. The experience was good and mostly due to the fact that it was a short line, and Bobby/rep was helpful. Upon entering the rather crowded store, we were shown the hand sanitizer and definitely a good idea during this pandemic. The ex is always wanting the new bag, so we asked for recommendations and Bobby was very good. I guess he was able to figure out the type of bag that would work for her style and petite build. We did do a quick tour of the store and she spotted the bag. She was promptly shown the various colors/config of the bag, and Bobby was good to not pressure her into a decision. It is a very crowded store, loud, busy market... definitely not chill. But Bobby was casual, professional and quick. I think that made the experience very good for us. In a way, he was sensible enough to bring us to a quieter corner and away from the bustle. That I think allowed her time to make up her mind. The sales staff are somewhat professional to a certain class of customers whom they think can afford the very high quality products that they display within the store. Many celebrities from the industry whom are residents residing within the community are treated differently, mainly the Hip Hop residents do not receive the same respect like other counterparts or colleagues. It's sad everyone money is not acceptable and it leaves a bad connotation and offensive feeling towards them. Got my very first LV item here! It was my birthday and my bf wanted to treat me with an SLG (small leather goods) of my choice. I did my research online and also watched like a BAJILLION YouTube videos lol. I finally settled on the mini pochette accessoire. On the LV website it said that stock was limited and my best bet would be to call a store and check for availability. Tbh, that day I was just so excited I didn't call ahead and just walked in. It was actually quite crowded, but sales associates still managed to greet me with a smile as I came in. I browsed around the very clean and nicely presented store and eventually made my way back to the front where most of the sales associates were helping people with their purchases. Felipe was in the middle of helping another lady, but told me to wait just a bit as he was finishing up. Within 5 minutes I had him all to myself! He was super attentive and kind. I told him what I wanted and he immediately whipped out a drawer pulling it out! He definitely knows his stuff lol. He informed me that due to the high demand of the item they rarely have it in store and I had just snatched the last one! Bless UP. The transaction went smoothly and my bag was all packed up and presented to me. Felipe treats his customers like royalty! Two thumbs up! Overall, it was a great experience and I felt like vip even though it was my first time buying LV. The only reason for the star off is Bc of the low stock. I wanted to look at the mini pochette accessoire in a different print and colorway (the one with the lovely red interior liner!!), but they only had the classic monogrammed one. I get that it's popular and not the stores fault but I was just a tad bit disappointed that I couldn't see it in person and put it into consideration. I made her look at the tags inside the bag, and had so many diff ideas to what i wanted. She was sweet, patient and just so helpful... and honest. Customer Service in the Lennox store during NE season does not get a satisfactory grade b/c they have not met NE "basics" @ NEtime that I have physically visited the store. It does No1 NE good to obtain NE of the Associates' names nor their calling cards as I have personally experienced NO call backs from multiple VMs/texts I would send. They have an LV (800) number published if U have Qs for the Atlanta location & the call center will take a msg and U can wait for a response. I wouldn't expect a response. To this end- I have resorted to doing business strictly on the LV website (http://us.louisvuitton.com/eng-us/homepage) & now place ALL my purchases via this website; no hassle & my order is delivered directly to my door. If I had NE Qs, they have a direct line & even email addy,depending on Ur preference on how U'd like to contact them. Just like w/ NEthing- the human factor is graded. Knowing that I can shop online but make trip(s) to the shoppe b/c of specifics, I have a level of expectancy on how business shall be conducted. As I've stated in the beginning, I have shopped @ many LV Stores & different locations, and it's a culture shock to me, w/ the experience I've had w/ the five visits I have made @ Lennox Mall location and the multiple attempts of phoning them regarding my concerns with pieces I have purchased. I am writing this review for Louis Vuitton in Lennox Square Mall in Atlanta, GA. I must say, first off that I don't understand why so many reviews are so widely negative for this particular Louis Vuitton location. I had a blast shopping at this Louis Vuitton store. After shopping for most of the day and visiting Prada, Guess and Cartier, I decided that Louis Vuitton was the next stop on my list. When I walked in, I was kind of taken back by how large this Louis Vuitton store actually was. Keep in mind that I usually buy all of my Louis Vuitton at South Park in Charlotte, NC. You could literally fit two of that store in this Louis Vuitton store. I browsed for probably ten minutes, enjoying all of the beautiful Louis Vuitton products this store had. This Louis Vuitton store has a HUGE inventory and literally had every Louis Vuitton item on my Louis Vuitton wishlist. It was so hard to say no to myself and not buy everything I saw. I was very interested in the Horizon Briefcase and sales associate Lucas Johnson was very kind enough to show me exactly what I was looking for. He found exactly what I wanted in no time at all. I was also looking for a Zippy Wallet in Vernis Leather in Cherry and a Sarah Wallet in Vernis Leather in Hot Pink and Lucas was in quick succession in helping me find both of these items. In the end, I settled on the Horizon Briefcase, as I still hadn't visited Gucci, Fendi and Versace on my shopping spree. I would like to give a HUGE thumbs up to Lucas Johnson for being so helpful, courteous, kind and patient in helping me find everything I was looking for and doing it with a smile on his face. Location, service and the large selection. Decided to go and see if any of my items on my wishlist was available since online has been unavailable for some time. Since beginning of Covid I have made purchases online. Arrived around lunch time on Saturday and there was a line. Stood in line for a minute. Staff came out greeted me and asked for my name to put on their list to go in. She then proceed asking what items I was there for, I provided. Waited about a good 15 mins and was our turn. Staff informed need to sanitize hand when entering. As soon as we did so, we were greeted by the sale associate. I informed her what I was looking for. She showed some of the pieces on my wishlist that was available. I normally inspect all the pieces prior to checkout. Sometimes you will be handed the defected ones or ones that looks like it has been brought back after someone purchase. Been a customer of LV long enough to know different craftsmanships on all pieces. No matter what countries the pieces are made although it should be flawless. I made the purchase and while boxing up the items I was able to walk around with my husband and looked at other items w/o the sales associate under my nose. Great experience during pandemic times! The times I have come to this location it was either with my lovely aunt (God rest her soul), who owns several LV purses, or with my boyfriend. There has only been ONE occasion where we got service with a smile. Everyone here walks around like they have a stick in their behind. Oh, and don't walk in there not dressed to the T because they will not help you. I am so serious about this. My most recent experience was when I wanted my LV Speedy Damier bag hotstamped. The associate that did give my boyfriend and I some attention claimed that they had a new machine that didn't allow them to do the hotstamping. Girl what? Why are you lying? She told me to go over to Saks because they had the ability to do it there. I will, greatly! And just to think I could have spent some money there because there were some sunglasses I wanted that retailed for $690. Sunglasses. That I probably have no business buying but I wanted anyway because I saw them at LV in Aruba. Also I did not appreciate the security guard that went to talking about us as soon as we came in the door. If I decide to come back I'll make sure I'm in my Sunday's best. *rolls eyes* read more

I went it today to buy a bag that I'd already seen online, so I was able to walk right to the item I wanted. This was good because no one acknowledge me when I came in. I was there a few minutes holding the bag before some one came over to try to help. I did have a question and the guy, while nice, didn't have an answer. He went to find the woman that worked in that area, I guess. She came back and seemed annoyed by my question, which was a simple one about color. Anyway I bought my bag, and she never introduced herself, and just seemed to not really care if I bought anything or not. Just not a very pleasant experience at all. The store all's is in desperate need of a refresh, fro the chair I was sitting in while waiting for her, which had torn upholstery on the seat, I could see shelves that were broken. Noticing that made me scan the room and it's just kind of beaten up and tired. If it were the Gap I would have thought twice about it, but for what they charge you'd think they could keep the store up so it doesn't look raggedy. I'll just order online next time. read more

Plate was told that this was not real gold so product can get scratches over time. I have a Michael kors bag for 10 years and this has never happened. My friend and I were checking out the wallets at Louis Vuitton after lunch at Seven Lamps today. Okay, let me rephrase, my friend needs a new wallet, not me. That's the con of having a big house, she lost her wallet at home. So it was really her checking out the wallets. We stepped inside the store, the gentleman near the door greeted us. We were looking around, and my friend said the wallet is on the display case on the left. There were many people being helped by a couple of staffs. A minute or less, a male associate came and asked if he could be of any help. My friend started to ask him to show her this wallet, and that wallet and perhaps another one over there. In the end, he had like 7 or 8 wallets on the table. My friend was looking and checking out every wallet. The associate was so nice, and patient with us. Errrr.. I mean with her. I am just an innocent party here. So my friend told the associate she would think about it, the associate was all smile and said no problem. He seemed so genuine and nice. Honestly, I have been to this Louis Vuitton and never have any problems but today's visit with my friend was a great test for any sales staff for extreme patience and helpfulness. My experience with LV store at Lennox has always been great! The associates are never pushy and are very helpful. I have gone in to purchase bags and wallets for myself, my sister, and friends. If you get to choose your client advisor though, seek out Chloe she is my go to advisor!! She is super helpful and awesome!
