The only thing that bummed me out was I waited awhile to get service because the manager was screaming at the workers in a very demeaning way. And the manager saw me. She didn't stop talking down to the employees even though I was in there shopping. I felt so uncomfortable and was unable to focus on what I needed or wanted because she was letting out her frustrations in front of everyone. Once the manager left Adalia came right over to me. She was so professional, helpful and sweet. I couldn't believe she could just walk away from someone talking down to her for so long and just shake it off but that's exactly what she did. The associate could not tell me how long they were going to be or would not call them. So I thought I could purchase my items and go on about my day. I thought surely they could ring me up. When the associate said that the register was locked and could not ring me up. I would have to wait for the owner to come back. I was in shock! This place is known for discriminating against the very community they do business in. Their other store down the street I have been in there before and customer service is terrible. They treat every customer like they are going to steal. I would not recommend spending your money going their. Also, the way they treat their associates are terrible. I don't know why they continue to work there. Just a terrible place to shop in.

Everyone at Kathy's is so friendly and down to earth. Every time I go there, I consider it more like I'm going to see old friends, and it's actually something that really improves my mood long term between that and the fact that my nails always look incredible! They have a huge variety of colors, top coats, ways to do different types of nail art, etc. I usually see Anna, and she always does such a great job, and I really enjoy visiting with her.
