I was struggling a bit because I wasn't really getting Berry scents like she had asked. Then I saw Nikki who just so happen to walk by and even though she was gathering a mobile order but I felt like I could tell I was lost so I just asked her if she knew of any Berry scents & she immediately gave me some recommendations to help me in the right direction. I will say she nailed the smells even checked in on me to see if I liked it or not and when one was out of stock she went looking for me and ended finding the scent in a gift set that was perfect for my niece. How many hands have touched these paper product rolls? It was horrifying! I had to use my own hand sanitizer after touching that towel roll. The only thing operational in that restroom was the soap dispenser on the wall. Honestly, I don't remember it ever being this unsanitary. I hope management can get with their corporate office to get a total renovation. It's very sad.

I've purchased a lot of candles from here and I've had some good success. But quite often I get a…read moredud last my last order. I ordered (5) candles and so far I've used (3) of them and there was not any fragrance / smell coming from them. I did not light the other two and I called the store to get some help to resolve this issue. I spoke with a young lady who was rushing me off the phone and she was very condescending. She told me that someone would reach back out to me. But two weeks later I still haven't heard from anyone. I have purchased candles from here that with only one lite could be smelled throughout my 2000 square foot home. I used one of the for mention candles in one of my bathrooms with the door closed and no scent from it at all. If it were $2-3 candles then I wouldn't be upset. But at $15 and up with the original cost $34, is not acceptable. I'd start with one and probably get them one at a time.
